I got the medium-sized crabs, which were really good. I knocked off a star because the drinks were really weak. Also, I ordered a Cesar salad, which I feel is pretty easy and hard to mess up. But they used iceberg lettus and the dressing was not good. The fries and chicken wings looked good.

We drove 2hrs from Philly and when I tell you I was not disappointed at all. The food was on point, the service was amazing. Definitely the best crabs I’ve ever tasted.

You might wait to get a table, but it is definitely worth your time! Had one of the best crabcakes I've ever had!! It was all lump crab! Hubby had the crab quesadilla, which was excellent as well. We sat at the bar and had impeccable prompt service from both bartenders!

Google
Service was ok, Tina was all over the place because another waitress went home or left. That wasn't good for business. Crabs were amazing though and drinks were slow to come out.

Food was excellent and crabs were very tasty but they only had mediums as the were waiting on a truck for crab replenishment. Family of six got two dozen of crabs, corn, and food with a few bar drinks and dessert. Baltimore bird, Buffalo chicken sandwich with crab dip, bacon and cheese was excellent. Kids really liked funnel cake fries and Oreo sundae. Watched the Orioles play while eating. Food came out fast but in a weird order and not all together. Crabs came out faster than one persons meal. Spent $500 but it was worth it for a nice treat. We will be back.

Me and my family really enjoyed our dinner at Mr. Bill's. We arrived on a Tuesday sometime between 5 and 6pm. When we walked in it was not crowded at all. The crowd came a little later. We were greeted several times upon arrival and our server Tina was very friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the bone in and boneless wings, the crabcake eggrolls, the Buffalo shrimp tacos and the steamed crabs...omg...the crabs were delicious. My mom and I split a dozen of the large ($105 dozen). When the crabs came out they were piping hot, delicious and huge!! I couldn't even finish 6....maybe it was because of all the yummy food I ate before the crabs. I will definitely back!!! Mr. Bill's did not disappoint! 👍🏽

Dined w/my special lady here tonight for the 1st time in 16 years. We were not even slightly greeted upon entering the door. It wasn't very busy. The seafood was tremendously bland. Totally lacking very little flavor. Their seafood appetizer board was bland in flavor but nice in size for the price. Our service from the young girl and young fellow from the kitchen was appreciated and genuine. Our actual server, however, wasn't as attentive as one should expect. Nor did she even put forth slight effort. The ONLY things the server did were take our order and (post meal) bring the check. NOTHING else. Thank the Lord for the young gal and guy in the kitchen and reception area (who kindly asked a few times if we needed anything). The shocker was seeing a 18% tip (highly undeserving of the server) automatically put on the tip, when most restaurants charge that for larger parties NOT parties or two. Although I shall occasionally buy their crab chips... ...I shall NEVER return to dine. TREMENDOUSLY disappointed.

Although I love their crabs, I have to say my favorite meal is their Ricky’s Ribs. They were so tender and juicy they fell off the bone. The tasty sauce they cook them in is amazingly the best I’ve ever had. I get them just about every time we go to dinner there and I’ve always been impressed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was top notch. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait long for anything. Service from everyone is always friendly. Say hi to Tiffany when you stop in. Be sure to order Ricky’s Ribs when you go.

Yelp
I visited this place for my birthday the year before last. There was plenty of parking, and the decor had the typical crab spot vibe. We were seated immediately, and it wasn't crowded when we arrived around 6 PM. I started with the steamed shrimp, potatoes, and onions, which were quite tasty. My sister ordered the wings and shrimp. The wings were average--not particularly impressive. She also tried a salad, which was decent. We wanted to sample the corn because we had heard great things about it, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. We ordered a dozen large male crabs, which were heavy, meaty, and well-seasoned with their house blend. As we were finishing up, the place began filling up with regulars who seemed to enjoy themselves thoroughly. I would gladly make the over-hour drive again to get an update on the food and to try the corn, cream of crab soup, and hopefully more crabs, ideally the jumbo ones.

Yelp
Okay, I've awakened from my food coma and I'm ready to tell my story. On a hot almost summer day in Baltimore, I decided to venture to Mr. Bill's for what was described as the best crabs in town...well, it came highly recommendation and they did NOT lie! First, this place can get busy so it's recommended to get there early or make reservations. Next, the staff was very cool to chat with and our bartender knew how to make a good Paloma! I love that this place feels like it belongs in Jersey Shore or near to a beach because it gives such a cool and beach like ambiance. I enjoyed looking at the setup, the bathroom with the sliding doors, and everything that mimics the inside of an authentic beach side restaurant. The food...for starters we had the honey old bay wings and listen to what I say...THESE were fried perfectly and the sauce was DIVINE! If they bottled it, I'd buy it because the wings were everything. Crabs and corn: the corn was the sweetest I've had and it was perfectly roasted. It added a good break between enjoying the crabs and that brings me to the CRABS! If anyone can point me in the direction of their seasoning aisle, I'd run to it. The crab was covered in seasoning and touched by the food gods. Some of course, we meaty while others were not but the majority were filled with succulent meat. Whew! I'm having a nostalgic moment. Would I return? YES! Immediately! Price: one dozen for $90 (special) medium male crabs wings: under $16 (can't recall) BTI Paloma: $12 Kid friendly: there is an extensive menu and if the rest of the food were as good as the wings, I'd trust it for the little ones. Good for groups: eh, if you arrive early and made prior reservations Drinks: I had a sip of the lemon drop and it wasn't good BUT the Paloma was amazing! Cash or card? Cards accepted not sure on cash Service: Good service but a little slow Overall, I rate this place an excellent option for good food, live games (TVs available) a full bar, clean restrooms, and DELICIOUS food!

Yelp
Round of applause for me FINALLY finding a sit-down restaurant and the crabs are good. Customer Service I called about reservations they only do a party of six or more. Went right in and got seated. Immediately someone took our order and informed us about the crabs and what they were waiting for. Never had to ask about getting our drinks refilled because they were always filling them, very attentive, and just all-around excellent customer service. Food Ordered the Wings sweet bourbon flavor and fries they were delicious. Great flavor to them!! THE CRABS Ok sooooo let's just say I'm super picky so if I'm saying they were good, trust me they were. They have a truck coming every 30min and they sort out their crabs. We had to wait a little but it was worth it. The Lg males were heavyyyyyyy, meaty, the seasoning was good and they were hot and fresh. All good crabs with chunks of meat. Parking Plenty of free parking on the lot

Yelp
This was my 1st time here. Went with a good friend. We were politely greeted when we walked in and were seated almost immediately. The crushes were $6.00 for happy hour. We ordered some wings for the appetizer. I can't remember the flavor but, it had the same taste as the crab seasoning. We also ordered a dozen large males. The seating was pretty comfortable. The crabs took about thirty minutes to come out but, let me tell you they were worth the wait. The crabs did not disappoint. I would definitely return. Food and drinks were simply delicious.

Yelp
Stopped in BTI for a quick lunch. The place was booming with business but it didn't take long to get seated. When you walk in and look straight ahead you'll see the hostess stand. It isn't right at the door. Once you get to the stand they ask you for the size of your party and you're seated. The place is clean, dimly lit and moderate noise level. Most of the patrons were there for crabs and by the looks of things BTI does well in that department. However, I came for a light lunch and decided to try the Crabby Pig flatbread. The flatbread had white sauce, jumbo lump crab, mozzarella, bacon and crab aioli drizzled on top. The food was good, the service was on point and the price was right. Not only do I recommend I plan on going back for some crabs.

Yelp
I went to Mr Bills 1 week, skipped a week and then went 2 weeks in a row, all for the crabs. The crabs have always been good. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the crabs. Last week, it took someone 15 minutes to acknowledge us and when she did, it was just to say, are you ready to order. I called yesterday for them to tell me they had crabs and a few hours later to arrive, the lady said they were out and only had a few dozen from the previous day that had sold already. She went on to say that she wasn't sure why I was told that they had some, knowing they didn't . I asked the waitress if she knew of any place in the area and she suggested Costas , but said they may not have any. I called and went to Costas. Crabs were equally delicious as Mr Bill's. After the customer service experience at Costas, I feel as if I was being abused at Mr Bill's I remember going to Mr Bill's in the past and the owner (older man) would be in there and everyone was so pleasant, What happened?. All I can say is a "Big Thank You" to the staff that recommended Costas, bc that's my new dine in crab spot. Unfortunately, I can't continue to patronize Mr Bill's and give tips for that type of service, sorry!

Yelp
I probably should give this place 2 stars, but I feel like maybe I visited during an off night. Overall, the food was a disappointment except for the crabs. Service was blah. My friend ordered mozzarella sticks. The outside was done, but the inside was still FROZEN. So she replaced them with shrimp tacos (3). The tacos were extra stuffed with shrimp, but we did not care for the batter flavor. The sauce that is drizzled on the tacos didn't do anything to hide the batter flavor. So I dipped the tacos in a thai chili sauce, which made it taste better. I tried to order the crab corn, but they were out smh So I ordered the crab eggrolls (6 halves), which was a large portion size. The egg rolls did not have a crabcake filling... only crab dip. The dip was creamy and cheesy. It was good, but a bit disappointing. I also dipped it in the Thai chili sauce. I love the Thai chili sauce. The crabs were good, but overpriced and not as large as I expected. The inside does not have any cute decor, but the tables looked clean. Getting assistance from the waiter was a bit of an issue. Everytime we needed him, he was no where to be found at least 3 times before he would pop up... there was only one other table with guests and 2 people at the bar... so it wasn't that he was busy with other tables. He seemed available at the beginning when we first sat down, but after the 1st item was ordered, it was a struggle after that... he did tell us gratuity was on the check when he gave it to is, which was good because some waiters don't say anything hoping for customers not to realize it.

Yelp
I truly can't believe I haven't written a review until now. Call and if they have crabs... GO! The seasoning is fantastic! It is unlike old bay season. They are always crowded so go as soon as they open to be able to get the largest crabs they have available. The ladies working there are great. It is open seating so don't expect it to be quiet since you will be talking over other people. I

Yelp
This is one of my favorite crab places in Baltimore! They are always consistent and the food is delicious. They recently remodeled the dining room and the service is usually pretty good. I love the seasoning they use on the crabs. On my most recent visit, we tried the crab tots. They were absolutely delicious! Check them out for delicious steamed crabs. If you are not a crab person, try the wings or one of their sandwiches. You won't be disappointed!

M G.

Yelp
I finally made it here and the experience was lukewarm. Not sure if I would go back. The crab meat was tasty! But the seasoning was so overpowering I could feel my blood pressure raising as I was eating the crabs...it's way too salty! I had to brush the seasoning off before I could eat the crabs! Then when it came to the check, the hostess told us crabs were $3 per, crab size were sm & med mixed. We ordered 18 crabs and got a bill for $135! All the manager had to say is "I'm not sure why she told you that, sorry" it was no big deal to pay it, I've paid more but their response wasn't professional or customer service centric!!

Yelp
We came a long way to try this place out. It's bigger inside than what I expected. The tables aren't too close like some other popular spots. The dining area and bar area were both inviting. Small bathrooms. We arrived around 3:03p and was seated promptly. However, we were next to the dish return station, so we asked to be moved and was able to do so. Our drink order was taken and I ordered crabs at the same time. When the sodas came, we ordered appetizers. One of our appetizers (the crab egg rolls) was wrong (we received cheesesteak egg rolls) but it was promptly fixed. I probably should've kept the cheesesteak ones because the crab ones weren't good at all. The cream cheese taste overpowered any crab in them. Would not recommend those. The steamed shrimp and potatoes were delicious. My husband also enjoyed the cream of crab soup. At this point, 32 minutes have passed and no drink for me and no refills as our server hadn't returned. We flagged down a person and asked for our server to come over, which she promptly did. She was very frustrated and had said aloud to herself to calm down. I imagine she was having a busy shift. When I inquired about the crabs and drink, I was told the crabs take 30 minutes and the bar only had one person. Other tables who were seated after us received crabs and multiple drinks though. I pointed out that fact and I was told those crabs were reserved. At this point, we ordered entrees. My crabs came out about 5 minutes later, but it took nearly an hour (after ordering) before I received my mai tai. The Mai Tai was freaking delicious though. Had I received it earlier, I definitely would've ordered another. The crabs were some of the best I ever had. The seasoning blend is fantastic. I would like to note that I was unaware that corn came with crab orders, but it's $3. Had I known that, I would have asked for no corn. I don't like corn, so I essentially paid $3 to throw away food. After the mishap with service, we were a little discouraged about ever returning. It's an automatic 18% gratuity (certain situations), yet I was not receiving 18% service. On to the entrees. My daughter loved her pasta. She gave us the shrimp, but loved the chicken. My husband really enjoyed his crab trap dish. I did not enjoy my chicken Baltimore. The chicken wasn't seasoned enough and it was a little dry. My daughter loved the funnel cake fries and the brownie sundae was yummy. Most of the food was really good and the only reason we may return.

Yelp
Good ole Mr. Bills!! I haven't visited in over 10 years and was pleased to see the renovations, updated menu, and great modern touches made to enhance the experience. My ggggf and I visited for some large male crabs, and they did not disappoint AT ALL !! We pre-gamed w Thai Chili Wings and Fries first, and they were so yum. Great size, Percy texture. The crabs came out shortly after looking good and tasting great!! Our table person (Marie) was super sweet and was pretty awesome w food accuracy and making sure we had everything needed. I'll definitely be back !!

Lisa O.

Yelp
The crabs here are nothing short of awesome! Nice size crabs, big and full of meat and the "mustard" The wait staff was right on point, and very friendly. The atmosphere is slightly loud which is to be expected, considering all the "hammering" and shuffling of crab shells. Definitely recommend you try this place if you love Maryland Crabs!

Karizma R.

Yelp
The crabs are good and the service is usually great. However, the establishment is family owned and every time I come, they never have large male crabs... however what I have observed is that when their family comes in, they always sit at the largest tables and order dozens of crabs, and they seem to be the only people getting the largest Crabs ! It seems a bit unfair that paying customers are always (don't know nor do I care if the their families are paying for crabs) ...getting the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the largest size crabs even when placing a reservation! Just don't forget about your customers when you're showing favoritism to your family. Also, I would suggest hiring a hostess ...someone to take your calls on a daily basis, because nothing is more annoying than driving far just to get there and find out there aren't any large Crabs! We're sick of small and mediums! Also !!! I forgot to mention that I was asked to move to another table when I asked them to change the TV channel ... The l the hostess stated that she was eating her lunch and watching the game on that particular TV! How unprofessional?!?! One more bad experience and I'm done with this spot because I don't believe in paying gratuity for a small Crabs and unprofessionalism with dirty bathrooms!

Yelp
Welcome to Baltimore Tic Toc & IG recommend this Resturant so I had to visit The outside reminded me of the old Chesapeake Bay Resturant ...once inside it reminded me of Crusty Crab from doing Bob I liked the set up... The servers were friendly...Resturant was clean On to the menu ... there was a lot to choose from I instantly went to the beverages and ordered a Watermelon Margarita ... Excellent choice This drink wasn't syrupy sweet... was a creeper and really good...recommend I moved on to the appetizers Crabby corn .. a definite win Stevie tots ... heavy on the cheese but the crabmeat was present (they didn't skimp) Deviled eggs .... Good not much to say... I would order again Bar salad w/jerk chicken ... really good.. the chicken had a real jerk taste through n through It was also big enough to share.. do of all you planned to eat was a salad this would hold you Note on to the Crowd Pleaser I ordered large crabs... they were out of XL They wear priced reasonably. Heavy and meaty I liked the seasoning they used (house blend) So over all I recommend going here The staff constantly checks in on all the tables (team work dream work) They actually laugh talk and joke amongst themselves...shows they are family oriented and I really liked that...which is very welcoming They have TVs for the sports fanatics... do you can watch various games while eating Over all check them out

Meka M.

Yelp
This small quiet place has the best crabs. Visited on a Sunday and they only had medium crabs, but they were heavy and flavorful. We also tried the steak eggrolls, and the a salad. In addition, the grapefruit crush cocktails with crushed ice are the best. In addition, our waitress was really friendly and attentive. Overall, I would return, but hopefully next time they will have larger crabs.

M C.

Yelp
Crabs were $110 for large and they were piping hot and delicious. Service was good and friendly. No complaints here...I'll be going back soon! Oh and it's 30 minutes away and worth the drive.

Venus S.

Yelp
Hot, delicious, jumbo steamed crabs! There are other seafood and american options on the menu. But let's be honest, you're coming for the crabs! Have a sweet tooth? Try the funnel cake fries. It can get crowded on the weekends. Expect a wait. Recommended? Absolutely! Advice: Ask for the bacardi bucket!

Yelp
Came here after seeing it on Instagram. Called to make a reservation for 2 but was told they only accept reservations for parties of 4 or more but if we arrived at 3 when they opened we "should" be able to get a seat. There is 2 separate areas, one for parties of 4 or more who have reservations and the other area (as soon as you walk through the door) was for walk-ins. These were all high pub tables. There were about 10 tables. We arrived at 3:06 and the walk-in area was almost filled up. So if you go, get there early! They only had small crabs! I have NEVER ordered small crabs however since we drove over an hour to get there we just sucked it up. In addition to the crabs we ordered the crab corn, steamed shrimp (came with onions and potatoes), crab dip and hush puppies. The crabs were hot but they were too little and the seasoning tasted a bit different than the traditional crab seasoning not in a bad way. The crab corn was delicious, but they were scrawny and too expensive at $10 per ear of corn. The shrimp were overcooked and too salty, seemed like they just dumped crab seasoning on them. The crab dip was just ok. The hush puppies were fresh and hot, they serve them with honey mustard which to me, didn't go well with them. The food came out fast and the waitress was attentive. Overall I would not come back, even if it was a quick drive. I'm going to stick with Mike's Crab House!!

Courtney F.

Yelp
If your in search of a consistently good crab spot choose Mr. Bills. The buttery sweet old bay seasoned crabs are delicious every single time. It only takes a second to be seated and the server will rattle down the specials and prices and get started on your order. It's nestled in Essex and is great place to gather friends and family for a nice conversation over crabs and a variety of other dishes. Highly recommended!

Frank H.

Yelp
Best place for MD steamed blue crabs with their own seasoning! Great orange crushes too!!

Warren H.

Yelp
I love the service , crabs are a bit pricy but The customer service makes up for it. Plus they have a good selection of other food besides crabs

Jessica P.

Yelp
I tried this place and steamed crabs in Maryland a few days ago. I just have to say, I can't believe I've been missing this my whole life. I live in ct but I was in the area on business and I'm so glad we found this place. Mr bills came highly recommended by Baltimore natives, so my coworker and I felt confident coming here to partake in Maryland's best kept secret. we got a dozen and split them between three people. We also got the soup which was delicious. I was adventurous and went for the north and south soup and I'm very glad I did. Can't say enough good things. When I am back in the area I will come to Mr Bills for more delicious treats!

Amanda P.

Yelp
I have been going here since I was a child. We all loved Steve! What April and Tina have done with this place! Is amazing! My favorite place to get crabs and be treated like family. Relaxed updated ambiance is so nice. Love you guys!

Loquetta M.

Yelp
Had a great time the crabs was good. The service could have been better but I understand it was busy. I will visit again soon.

Tom H.

Yelp
Food is excellent ! But Not Cheap ! Been going there for almost 18 yrs. ! When Steve was alive he sat at his post & announced when your table was ready. He was a great guy and very friendly. Since he passed - the place got a total makeover, both inside and out. Very nicely done - But - the menu prices jumped up accordingly !

Dakota M.

Yelp
A friend recommended Mr.Bills for crabs so we decided to go on Tuesday. They have specials each day of the week and Tuesday is Bangin' Shrimp tacos ($13), Patron ($7), House Margaritas ($5) and some other specials. The shrimp tacos are perfect if you're hungry. We kind of got them is an appetizer and split between three people because they were a really good size (bigger than expected). The flavor was good, but the salsa from the jar kind of ruined it so next time I'd tell them to hold off. I also ordered some hush puppies which were so worth it. They were cooked perfectly and so fluffy in the middle. We also ordered Crab Cake Eggrolls which had way too much cream cheese. It seemed like there was a good amount of crabmeat in them, but it overpowered by the thick cream. My friend said when he got them before they were a lot better. We didn't even finish the order. We also ordered crabs which were awesome. I loved the seasoning which had a hint of sweetness and they were super meaty. The drinks...I'd stick to beers and straight up shots here. I got my regular tequila and club soda, but the margaritas and slushies that I tasted were way too watered down. I'll definitely be back for the crabs and to try some other menu items. Service was great!

Mona L.

Yelp
Tried this place because it was listed on Instagram as one of the top places for crabs in Baltimore. I can't confirm this because when predicting the crabs even were got there, I was told mediums were $85/dozen. Now, I love crabs as much as the the next Baltimorean, however, I AM NOT paying $85 for a dozen crabs when I know an awesome place two minutes from my house where I can get a bushel for $70. Not happening. So while I can't rate the crabs, I can rate what we did get and the service. Our server, Nancy, was awesome. She was super attentive, not only to our table, but each table we saw in her with. To top it off, she was probably the only server in the whole place that smiled every single time someone looked at her. It was amazing and she would be the reason I might come back. The food was meh. We ordered hushpuppies and crab tots as an appetizer. I enjoyed the hushpuppies, my husband enjoyed the tots. While the hushpuppies were a tad over cooked, the tots, to me, were much worse. Plus, there was so much cheese on them that they were clumped together and the crab dip on them was questionable. Most places were have gluten crab fries actually have lumps of crab meat in them and these didn't. At all. My husband ordered a pizza for dinner, but they wound up running out of dough so he got a chicken sandwich topped with crab dip, cheese and bacon and he loved it. His sandwich also came with a side of crab chips that I enjoyed. I ordered a pound of shrimp which came with potatoes and onions. Not so good. The shrimp were overcooked and there was so much seasoning on the potatoes that I couldn't eat them. Over I would be fine if we didn't return to Mr. Bill's. I'd rather check out the other two of the top three crab spots. Hopefully, they will fair much better.

Yelp
So this was my first time at Mr Bills Terrace inn, my friend brought me for my birthday 6/25, I didn't try the crabs cause hubby already got me crabs for lunch. I ordered the Stevie's tots it was ok my party wanted to order crabs but they where out of the large mind you dinner was at 7 how are you already out of crabs at the start of dinner. Our server was not good, she took forever to bring out most of my party's food and it took 20 mins to get a drink menu No Happy Birthday and yes they new cause I had a chair with ballon's and cup cakes. No extra plates for sharing the cupcakes when I finally got the drink menu my friends where boxing up the food to go home. I did order the orange crush which was the best part for me. I should have just stuck with Jimmy's famous seafood. But my friends like what they ordered

Lisa L.

Yelp
First time visiting last night with my Hubby for date night. Everything was amazing! Food delicious. We had steamed shrimp with potatoes and onions and some awesome male crabs. Can't wait to visit again. Our server, Rachel B, was amazing as well. Very friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Who wants crabs!!! Well if you do this place is a great stop! I came here as a family outing and we were so happy we all came together to enjoy a some yummy crabs!! They have a menu with full entrees and such as well as crabs. They have a really nice mixed drink menu that is very enticing! They also serve desserts which after all the food I devoured I wasn't even thinking about it! One lovely things is the nice industrial sink that they have put in the back so you can clean your hands after the feast! Our waiters at the beginning didn't seem to say close by and tend to us but towards the end of our visit they started doing so much better! All in all this is a great place to get some crabs...oh and their mash potatoes and sweet potato fries are amazing!!

Mae F.

Yelp
It's been about four years since I was last at Bill's, and definitely not by choice! My sister was in town with a friend and they've never had Maryland crabs, so we had to get them the best! We dined in on a Tuesday at around 6:30pm, and because of the day of the week and the time of year, it wasn't really busy at all. I immediately noticed that they had made even more renovations to help separate the the bar and dining areas. I also noticed some upgrades to the menu. The menu has been expanded to include a wider variety of appetizers and entrees, and the general aesthetic of the menu has been improved as well. We went with the cream of crab soup, crab pretzel bites, a crab grilled cheese sandwich, a chicken sandwich, and the six of the largest crabs they had that day. The cream of crab was fantastic as usual, the crab pretzel bites left a bit more to be desired, and the crabs were a great size and seasoned/cooked to perfection. The crab grilled cheese received zero critiques from my husband, while my sister's friend found the chicken sandwich to be a bit overcooked and dry. To be honest, the aforementioned criticism is what is to be expected when ordering chicken at a crab joint, so I don't fault Bill's at all for this! The total came to a little over $100, which really isn't bad for the amount of food we got! I, of course, will be back!

Yelp
~ My new Baltimore Family ! I absolutely love this place. Friends and family heavy. You can tell by the laugher and great conversation. The staff know me their regulars and treat them great showing they truly appreciate their relationship. Everyone loves this place for their seafood and it shows. A buddy of mine invited me here for the Ravens game & to also celebrate my birthday. I had a ball. The staff continued to give me complimentary b~day shots with I passed off to my friend. The shrimp were good, you just have to ask for the potatoes and onions with it or you'll get'em naked like mine was. I also tried the honey old bay wings. Surprisingly, they were absolutely amazing. The customers are even great. Some came over to wish me a happy birthday and paid for a drink as well. Beautiful place that Just got renovated. I was able to meet the owners at closing. Tons of parking all around. I'll def be coming back to this restaurant. No question about it . Hope you all enjoy. ~ #TeamDiesel4Evaaaa

Yelp
There crabs are delicious. They sometimes have great weekly deals throughout the year. They waitresses are friendly and they come around to make sure you have what you need & if you are enjoying there service and food. It's comfortable seating and a good atmosphere.

Yelp
Everytime me and my family come they are always closed! they advertise online one time and then when you get there they are closed it's such an inconvenience due to the 45 min ride we ride to come here!

Yelp
I've been enjoying crabs at Mr. Bill's Terrace Inn since 2013. We went last Sunday and took a friend who had never been there before. He was very impressed with the crabs. We had wonderful service from Ashley. She was very attentive and checked on us often. Looking forward to coming back next month. I do miss the Saturday night karaoke with our group of karaoke friends.

Yelp
They started adding the 18% gratuity to all checks. We don't like that, but we understand.... We think. Anyway, we still love Tina and her crew, and that seasoning is still the best around.

Yelp
When Mr. Steve (The Owner) was still alive I use patronize this place to get steamed crabs weekly. I was even offered a job there as the Karaoke D.J but I had to decline due to other obligations. However, I was at Costco and saw that they sold gift cards to Bill Crabhouse and it brought back great memories so I decided to buy $200 worth of gift card because after eating crabs and wings the bill would usually be about $160. I called Mr. Bills tonight around 4:30 and spoke to Shannon and I explained who I was and that I would be coming there tonight for crabs and she advised me that she had small, mediums and large. I let her know that I wanted to make reservations for seating and large crabs and I would be there around 7P.M. Shannon said that they didnt take reservations for parties less than 6 people but call when I am on my way and she would put me on the list. I called when on my way to the crabhouse and she said that she would put me on the list. I arrived at 6;50 and introduced myself to her and she told me that it would be a brief wait. An hour passed and I approached her to asked for a follow up on my wait time. Shannon told me that I had four people in front of me but assured me that they had plenty of medium and large crabs because she was aware that I was only there for crabs. I stood at the door from 6:50 to 8:15 until a seat at the bar became available. As I sat at the bar awaiting a phone call from Shannon to let me know that a table was available. I was advised by Ashley that most of the crabs were sold out and that they only had a little bit of small males which is not what I reserved and or quoted to be available for me prior to my arrival or while I was at the crabhouse. I explained what I had experienced and what I was told by Shannon and while sitting there the owners daughters Tina came to the bar. I explained the situation, and she said that she would look into it and be right back. Tina, who is now the owner or manager passed me several more times and didnt say a word to me about the inconvenience or anything at all which was so unprofessional and disheartening. Again, I had $200 in gift card and due to this terrible customer service and poor communication, I spent it on anything that I could find on the menu because I KNEW THAT I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. One thing about Mr. Steve is that he ran a very strict and professional operation and everyone to include the employees knew it. A memory that still sits with me is the last time that I saw Mr. Steve I was there eating crabs and I ran into Richard and Annabel Sher who I knew from my prior profession before retirement. I was introduced to a man that looked so familiar to me by Richard Sher and it so happened to be Oprah Winfrey's fiancé Stedman Graham sitting there eating crabs. The environment was very pleasant and you had a GREAT Experience back then but obviously not anymore. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT A PLACE THAT LACKS DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Went for crabs on a Friday evening and it was just as I remembered before they remodeled. Crabs are still delicious and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress Ashley was very attentive and personable. Mr Bill's seems more spacious after the remodel and still has the great atmosphere. Also got the honey old bay wings which were delicious too. I did not care much for the Hawaiian mixed drink - way too strong for my taste. I'll stick with the crabs and food when I return cause I'll def go back.

Yelp
Tonight was our first time at Mr. Bill's. Dakota was very nice and accommodating. Rachel was an awesome server. Everything we had was great. Crabby Corn, Eastern Ave Eggrolls, AMAZING crabs! The Funnel Cake Fries are the best

Yelp
Terrible service and the worst experience I've ever had. The bar tender Ashley was extremely rude and we heard her using racial slurs about black people. I can't believe people are still treated like this. Bill's would be wise to get rid of this racists they have working for them.

Yelp
The food was great and service was good! It was pretty packed on a Saturday Summer evening so it was perfect that we made reservations ahead of time.

Yelp
I came from NJ with my husband to enjoy a great seafood putting. Arrived to establishment approximately 7;45 pm, and it was packed but we were seated within 5 mins. one thing I noticed up front was the hustle and bustle of the staff. They were courteous but ensuring that customers were serviced. Our waitress was Rachel, who was very sweet and let us know what was happening with our food order often. My crab cake order came out first while we were waiting on crabs. It was delicious and melted in your mouth. The issue came while waiting for our crabs where Rachel told us the guy in back said that the crabs were a bit hollow and they were sorting through them. While I appreciated knowing about my order, Rachel did leave us hanging for about 35-40 mins about what was occurring and then she came back then to ask if we wanted butter, brought that to us and it was another 15 mins until we actually got the dozen of crabs we ordered. They were so worth the wait!!! Meaty, big, and tasty!!! The drink I had , blueberry lemon drop was too too sweet for me.

Yelp
Who the hell charges for melted butter when you just ordered $400 in steamed crabs. This place is a joke

Yelp
Went there last night with my coworker and two of her friends for 3 dollar crab night.. We ordered 3 dozen of crabs and was amazed how big and meaty they were for just 3 dollars.. One of the friends who don't eat crabs ordered a pasta shrimp and jerk chicken bowl and she said it was very delicious... Service was excellent.. only thing I didn't like was beer was 9 dollars each.. We definitely agreed to make this place our new crab spot ever Tuesday

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed the crabs at Bills. At first from the outside I was a little discouraged. We had a large party with people who we forgot to count and they were very accommodating even during peak time. The steamed shrimp were large and delicious! The crabs(we got large) were tasty as well. They must have there own seasoning because I've never had anything like it! Almost like it's curry in it ! I found my self licking the outside of my crabs. Service was very quick and efficient! It's surprised us at first until we realized that's just how they move! Our drinks were pretty good also. A few of our patrons sat at the bar and also enjoyed their experience . Thanks Bills for a wonderful Friday evening!

Yelp
Hands down the best crabs I've had back home in Maryland. Quality, quality, quality. I wish they shipped to LA.

Yelp
Second time eating here while visiting Baltimore. The crabs were large and delicious. Very friendly staff and bartenders. A band played during the evening, which made for a good evening of food and entertainment. We waited for about 45 minutes for a table but waited it out at the bar. The staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Horrible customer service terrible after addressing the issue with the manger she told me it was out of her hands it was nothing she can do.
