Google
Mr. B’s Ice Cream Parlor was a really great spot. On the day we visited it was pretty cool outside so we opted for the hot blackberry cobbler and ice cream. The atmosphere is really neat, much like an old ice cream parlor from the 1950’s. The service was also very good. The lady was friendly and very knowledgeable about the town.

Philip Maxfield

Google
Really felt sorry for the lady working for all by herself. She made the wait worthwhile when she gave "two for one" on ice cream scoops!! The ice cream is soooo good! Cinnamon and Strawberry Cheesecake.

Jes Gettling

Google
I am grateful for this place. More classic ice cream shop vibes and way better quality ice cream. Much prefer this over more commercial/corporate places. The flavor and texture is just way better here

Google
Mr. B's Ice Cream Parlor served a good Turtle Sundae but there was nothing extraordinary about the experience. The location is ideal in busy old downtown area of Branson. It is a cozy corner shop. The angular entrance at the street corner is awkward and potentially a challenge to someone mobility impaired. There is another door on the Business 65 side that is level. The sundae was served in a Styrofoam bowl with a plastic spoon. The portion was good sized. Also, we were told the nearest restoom was a couple of blocks away.

Google
We came here to celebrate my son's birthday, it's the best ice cream and cobbler I've ever had!!! The service was great, I highly recommend Mr B's 😁

Google
Located in old town Branson on the corner of business old 65 and 76. If you're looking for a big scoop of ice cream for a great price you must stop in. From old fashions malts, soda ,ice cream and sundae. They also have chili dogs (which table next to us had that looked delicious). All the pictures is just one scoop of ice cream each. Dad got the homemade vanilla with chocolate syrup, strawberry rhubarb was moms selection and of course old fashion chocolate chip.

Google
Business was packed and Lisa was so cool and calm as she managed everyone's orders in a timely manner. Scoops were the largest I have ever seen. However, no one should have to do that alone...note to owner need more help in ice cream shop.

Sarah Martin

Google
They were out of at least half their ice cream flavors. The server was not pleasant at all. There was no place to wash our hands prior to getting our ice cream. The tables were dirty.

Yelp
Loved this place. Biggest scoops in Branson was not a lie. Ice cream was delicious. I had the peach cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream. Cobbler was hot and delicious. Would recommend anyone to try this.

Yelp
Very large scoops as the sign says, largest scoops in Branson. Do not come here after eating a meal, wait a couple of hours, they give you that much! Everyone got cobbler and vanilla ice cream. The peach cobbler tasted the best, although I did not sample the cherry. The cobbler is heated up before they apply the ice cream. Helps melt the ice cream into the cobbler. Stop in on a hot day, ice cream cones are also available. Many flavors of cream to choose from.

Yelp
Neat little ice cream/sandwich shop. We got the frito chili pies which are delicious. Also had one scoop of the ice cream with strawberry topping which we shared. Definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
Biggest scoops in Branson, and they aren't kidding! Service was fast and polite. Ambiance is that of a classic parlor and it's a nice vibe. I got two scoops of the pumpkin pie and my lanta, it's the biggest two scoops of ice cream I've ever had. Tastes great but was a lot to finish!

Yelp
My wife and I came here for a nice dessert. It claims to be the oldest ice cream parlor in Branson. The service was good and the ice cream tasted yummy. The ambiance is just like going back in time. We will come back the next time we are in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
They told me the ice cream wasn't homemade nor were the cobblers. Ice cream tasted cheap. Skip it.
google avatar

Janaya M.

Yelp
We had a vanilla cone with one scoop and a one scoop bowl of chocolate cherry ice cream. The cherry ice cream was at the end of the bucket and so she just filled his bowl to the brim with ice cream. It was a lot. My vanilla cone was packed full. I can't imagine what a 2 scooper looks like. The ice cream is good. $5 for a waffle cone with one scoop. $4 for 1 scoop in a bowl.

Yelp
If you're shopping in historical Branson, make sure that you stop by here for a scoop of ice cream. Get it in a cup you will not be disappointed. The ice cream was delicious and the one scoop was so large it filled up the entire cup. I couldn't imagine getting two scoops. They had plenty of seats inside and outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. The inside was kind of diner style, and their servers were pleasant and happy to help us with giving us samples.

Melinda Williams ..

Yelp
Great ice cream. The scoop was the size of a softball. The birthday cake ice cream was so good.
google avatar

Matthew G.

Yelp
The ice cream is delicious! One scoop cones are huge, better be hungry if you want a double! We will be back for sure. Service is excellent as wee.

Yelp
Ducked in here on a rainy Thursday morning after having lunch at the Branson Cafe. Great selection of ice cream and good service. If you need to satisy a sweet tooth after a savory meal of comfort food this is a spot you need to check out! Enjoy!

Yelp
Cute little ice cream shop with great service. The staff were very friendly, and loved the generous portion! My husband and I shared the banana split. We will be back to try different flavors.

Yelp
Omg we happened upon this ice cream shop after playing mini golf in the heat all morning and man did we score! As we walked in one of the patrons told us that the single scoop is massive. He wasn't lying! Not only are they heavy on their serving sizes, but the ice cream is super creamy and delicious. They made my single half cotton candy and half cherry chocolate chunk. Both were heavenly. They also have a variety of unique flavors like lemon bar. The workers were all super friendly as well.

Yelp
We stopped in on our visit to Branson in June. This place is busy so be prepared to wait for a bit. The young people on the staff are really friendly and they are moving non stop so give them a break. I know you're hot and it's hot outside and the line is slow but they are doing the best they can and keeping a great attitude while doing it. It's worth the wait though! The blackberry cobbler with cinnamon ice cream...chefs kiss

Yelp
I come here specifically for the old fashioned sodas but occasionally sample some of the unique, handmade ice cream in a dish. The servings are HUGE. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It gets crowded in the cute, old fashioned, shop, but the staff knows what they're doing and will serve up your order with a smile in a timely manner! If you're walking the downtown streets, be sure and stop in for an ice cold treat!

Robert K.

Yelp
They say they are the largest scoops in Brandon and they ain't kidding. About 2 dozen flavors available. Had a scoop of cookie dough and 1 of moose tracks. Bowl was overflowing. They were out of cones when we were there but probably a mixed blessing there due to the volume served.
google avatar

Yelp
Diamond find! Locally made creamy delicious ice cream. Also their serving sizes are extra! Perfect after a hot day outside. Cute decor within and a place that has been around a while. Staff was super friendly and they give samples. Also it us situated in the older part of downtown Branson so you can walk around and take in the cute stores if you wish.

Yelp
This is a really old traditional ice cream shop. It's not fancy, it's not hipster, it's not tofu ice cream and alternative rock. It's a soda fountain style ice cream shop from yesteryear. The ice cream is rich, the treats are decadent, the staff is casual and friendly and enganged with your selections. I ordered a malt (I often get chocolate malts) but they had cherry vanilla and almond ice cream and I was in the mood for something lighter. They gave me the raised eyebrow for my choice to blend with the malt but proceeded. We discussed that it was unusual and the guy making my malt grabbed a spoon and tasted it to see if it worked and then had me taste it to see if it had enough malt to my liking. Who does that? My wife had pralines and cream as it seems hand made and she said it was great too. Many places in Branson don't have bathrooms, and as this was a really old ice cream parlour it did not have one either. Even the staff had to walk about half a block away to use a public restroom. They had a constant stream of great 50s and 60s pop music playing and just a fun place to stop in.

Yelp
Mr bs has the most delicious ice cream ever I like the decor and atmosphere and the food is really good to I would definitely recommend Mr b's
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
The lemon bar flavor is where it is at!! Ample choices, sundaes, shakes, specialty sundaes, cobblers. They have a little of everything. You can't go wrong with a stop here
google avatar

Yelp
Great ice cream, very smooth and creamy. A very good selection of flavors. Our favorite ice cream shop in Branson.

Scott N.

Yelp
This was a very good place! Customer service and getting your stuff made was excellent. Walked in there was a decent line and it moved fast. Only a few seats to sit down, but there's benches and stuff out side if needed.

Yelp
I love old time spots and this was a good one as soon as you walk in you here iconic 50s music which is a great genre. You can get shakes, malts, cones, and cups etc all for a great price. I checked in here today after a long hot walk down the streets and my family and I saw this and we went in as soon as I walked in Fats domino was playing. It had just the right decor inside. I got a single scope ice cream cone and the ice cream was chocolate to die for and it was not to die for but it was good. They also had a free ice water location which was great because if your like me ever time your have something sweet you got to have water. All in all you get the whole 50s ice cream experience when you go here I highly recommend this place for anyone.
google avatar

Kolya H.

Yelp
Such a sweet atmosphere and LOVED the ice cream! Staff very fun and kind! So many yummy options to choose from on the menu! Feels like you're in the 50's

Kara L.

Yelp
Very good service very good ice cream even a small amount you get a lot of ice cream reasonable prices the best Ice Cream Parlor in Downtown Branson! Will recommend and will go again and try a different flavor I had the pecan with caramel and I really liked it it was really good! Very happy! Very good Birthday Ice Cream! Made my day extra special! :)

Colleen R.

Yelp
Such a quaint ice cream shop. You'll swear you stepped back in time. The ice cream was great.

Yelp
My wife and I were visiting Branson for a few days and decided we wanted to get some local ice cream on our last day. We saw Mr. B's on Google and thought we'd give it a try. We were not disappointed! I got the Pirate Chest Sundae and it was amazing! Literally so huge! The place is great, the vibe is really cool, and the service was fantastic! I had Kristina served me and she was awesome! I definitely recommend this place. If you're looking for great ice cream and a fun vibe, look no further than Mr B!
google avatar

Yelp
Boy oh boy, this was a great find! Just go! No need to confine reading, but do so if you must! This shop is located in the old downtown Branson, which was another great find for us. The shop was full of happy, happy customers. The options are endless. We had one scoop ice cream flavors with waffle cones. My husband considered getting two scoops, until he saw how substantial the one scoop was. If we lived here, this would certainly be a regular treat. Again, just go!
google avatar

Byron B.

Yelp
Good ice cream, friendly people, fair prices. Probably the best ice cream for the money in Branson. I stopped in with the kids and was greeted quickly by cheerful staff. There are a lot of flavors to pick from that are all made locally by Mr B's. They have two sizes of waffle cones, which is nice if you get a single scoop. The cones are just average, but the ice cream is very rich and delicious. Prices are quite a bit lower than the big chain locations on the landing, and as good or better product. The atmosphere is a fun old school vibe, which I liked. Will definitely be back next time We come through town.

Autumn S.

Yelp
The ice cream was delicious, but I did not get everything the sign said came on my sundae. It was super busy when I visited, so I understand the mix up. The workers were nice and the service was relatively fast for being so busy.
google avatar

Breanna S.

Yelp
Delicious ice cream! Upon stepping in, this place had the feel of an old timey ice cream parlor. Cute decor and lots of amazing choices! Plus really reasonable prices with how much ice cream they give you. I got the small, and the scoop was big enough to be two! The flavor I tried was Loaded Expresso, which had caramel and chocolate with the coffee ice cream, and it was super good. Had enough to take it home and eat it the next day. A must go-to in the Historic Downtown Branson area.

Todd F.

Yelp
Good place for an ice cream or treat. They also serve chili and hot dogs. The chili was greasy and didn't have kidney beans in it, not my thing. No crackers served with a $6 bowl of chili. Friendly counter server.
google avatar

Eric Y.

Yelp
Mr. B's was totally awesome. They're downtown Branson's oldest ice cream shop and it shows. The ambiance was great with great staff.
google avatar

Huda D.

Yelp
The ice cream is nothing special--it's something you can get from anywhere. What made this place nice for us was the atmosphere and friendly staff. We had a coupon which turns out didn't apply for what we ordered, yet they were kind enough to accept it. This place takes you back in time, and there's history to the building which you'll learn about if you ask the staff
google avatar

Tasha M.

Yelp
Amazing ice cream and HUGEEEE portions. Cute little place. We enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly!!
google avatar

Brandy M.

Yelp
This is the cutest little ice cream parlor in Branson. The staff made sure that every table was wiped down when a group left before someone else sat down. They were great at recommending things to try. The ice cream we had was very good. The girl who helped us was so sweet and made sure we were happy with our selections! I will definitely be back before leaving the Branson area. If you're looking for something good, not overly priced that has a welcoming staff I definitely recommend that you give them a try.
google avatar

Quentin W.

Yelp
Great little place downtown near the landing and Dick's Five and Dime. Great hotdogs! Huge scoops of ice cream! And handmade lemonade that'll make you slap your momma! Has a 50's theme with great music playing. Nice play to cool off while visiting the shops in old town Branson!
google avatar

A P.

Yelp
If I come back to Branson - I want to go back here!!! Good chocolate ice cream! Good prices! I had a hard time deciding what kind of ice cream to get! Maybe next time it'll have to be a double scoop!!
google avatar

Glenn B.

Yelp
Fix the time on your website to reflect when you're actually open so people don't drive 30 minutes to a place that says they're open but actually closed when you get there.
google avatar

Stephanie J.

Yelp
Coming here was one of the highlights of my trip. It was very nostalgic to bring my children to a place that reminds me of when I was a little girl and my dad would take me out for ice cream. The staff was very nice and the ice cream was excellent. If we ever come back to Branson, I will be coming back here for sure.
google avatar

Yumei P.

Yelp
Out of this world ice cream and great old fashioned service. Huge portions so plan to share... or not! They prepared the ice cream sundae with such finesse and even used handmade whipped cream. It was definitely worst the stop when you are in this area.
google avatar

Justin K.

Yelp
This district in Branson is attempting to keep an old fashion theme and the ice cream parlor falls right into that category. There was an energetic man and a kind older lady working that were both helpful and patient as my children wanted to try numerous flavors of their Hiland brand ice cream. Single scoops, brownie sundaes and a coke float filled our booth as the kids slurped up every drop of ice cream as if it would be their last. This isn't a must-see or anything like that. It's a nice pit stop on a hot day with some nostalgia associated to it for many of the older tourists. It would have been neat to see an old fashioned fountain machine as a throwback to ice cream parlors of old.
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Very creamy tasty ice cream. Old school feel with fair prices. Nice staff to help. Easy to find at the egde of downtown.
google avatar

Meg I.

Yelp
This is a cute little ice cream place in downtown Branson. It was a nice place to stop and cool off after walking around shopping in the sun. The shakes and ice cream was great. My only complaint would be that I don't think a banana split should cost $7.00.
google avatar

DJ N.

Yelp
Five words! Apple cobbler with ice-cream!! I've had homemade cobbler before and Mr. B's does it right! The ambiance is layered with classic parlor music, tables and chairs. If you are in the area....stop by. You will not be disappointed.
google avatar

Makenzie W.

Yelp
The people are extremely nice and it IS a neat piece of Branson history being the first ice cream parlor established, but all of the ice cream served could be bought at your nearest Wal-Mart. I believe that all of the ice cream served is the Hilland brand. It's a nice treat for a hot day, but it's not a HAVE TO GO kind of place.
google avatar

Gi L.

Yelp
If your looking for some of the best ice cream in Branson, this is it. Best strawberry ice cream I've ever had!!!
google avatar

Russell F.

Yelp
Throw back to yesteryears. Ice cream was good and they use peanut free (fresh scoops) for those with an allergy. The shop and staff are a view into the past. Friendly staff!
google avatar

Nicole M.

Yelp
Super cute decor! Public restrooms close by are really nice and I highly recommend the cobblers. I'm not big on deserts, but my boyfriend gobbled down the cobbler and strawberry ice cream scoop was fantastic
