Mr Burger

Been a while since I came here, while I love the burgers here, the service was a little poor. I'm sure management could fit another 1-2 people during peaks. 2 people on during lunch time, only taking orders from the QR/web app. Had issues with the order, and feels bad to get back to them when they're cooking up other burgers. A lot of people waiting though, either get there early and just be ok with waiting 15-20 mins, a long time if you're starving. Burger was good though, had the Mr. Double, chips extremely crispy and would recommend. If you can get past service, burgers are good.

Mr Burger is teeming with happiness & laughters. Because, apart from their burger that I had today, their team is simply marvellous. I asked for their Mr Hot to make me cry, & indeed I did. The kitchen crew even took the initiative in asking an amiable young girl to have sent me some chilli sauce just to make sure that I could enjoy their Mr Hot hot enough as I requested. In fact, in tears till I can hardly breathe well😅 How HOT wasn’t that? Loving their burger, as well as the dedicated team.

I had the tropical burger. Should have been tasty but other than the pineapple, was absolutely tasteless. Burger bun was stale, BBQ sauce tasted sugary and cheap, really low quality ingredients and I have buyers remorse. Wouldn’t bother.

I came here for a quick lunch, so I ordered Mr Burger ($10), served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, mayo and ketchup. Considering they are located in a busy food court, you would expect them to be faster, but I had to wait for 10 min to get the order. Thankfully, the burger was really nice.

Not a bad burger but also not that great of a burger as well. The patty was cooked well, pink in the middle. It could of done with more seasoning. On certain days they give free sides like chips, bacon for example. Not a bad burger option for workers in the Docklands.

Ordered a Mr Hot for takeaway. The Mr Hot is supposed to come with onion rings. The staff thought it would be ok to swap out the onion rings for fries without asking. And then on top of that, at least two of the fries had gone green, which can indicate the presence of solanine and cause someone to get ill. I brought it up to Customer Service. Was told they would get back to me since it was the start of the weekend. One week later, they never did. Not wasting my time contacting them for a refund again. It’s safe to say I won’t ever be ordering from this chain in the future.

Had an awesome burger in a long time. Ordered a veggie burger + super hot and it was perfect in every sense … recommended ✅

I ordered some chips. I saw an employee sitting on the prep station surface. That was gross but as i was ordering chips i decides to place my order. The employee on the prep station then proceeded to blow her nose with a tissue. After that and without washing her hands proceeded to handle my food. I told her she hadn't washed her hands and she just laughed at me, parroting me to her colleague and laughing. After being treated this way I got a refund of my order and left. No apologies from the guy who refunded me, he could not care less. Awful staff!! There are no contact details for this company, reached out on Facebook and go no reply.
