I recently ordered the Fish in Chili Sauce as take-out after hearing great things about this restaurant.
The sauce didn’t disappoint— standard aromatic. BUT I have a small mystery to solve: what kind of rare or precious fish is used in this dish? I only found five small, thin slices swimming in that beautiful sauce. Perhaps a mythical river fish?
Jokes aside, the flavor was good , but the portion left me puzzled. I’d love to know more about the fish used—maybe it really is a delicacy! A little more would go a long way to match the generosity of the sauce.
Hopefully your other potential customers could see a bit more fish!
