friendly service, average food! 2 of our dishes were forgotten 🥹 but thats fine. Sushi on the plates were just ok for that price. But the dishes like bowls and sashimi etc. were good! My favorite was shrimps with asparagus and yummy miso sauce Atmosphere depends on where you sit! If you are alone or 2 i recommend to sit at the bar 💕

Sushi was great. I found sashimi to be the best part. Out of this world!! However.. really really expensive. For two people with drinks 135 euros. So expect it to be a fancy restaurant with high prices

One of my favorite places to have sushi in Berlin. Not only that the standard sushi is of supreme quality, they also offer various mouthwatering signature dishes designed by their chef. On top the staff is super friendly and always up for a chat if it’s not too busy.

Came in yesterday with a reservation for six people and booked table on purpose (you can’t sit with a group and kids at the bar). I was told that only the bar is available since the reservation is done by other people. I insisted that we want a table and was told that a table in the corner (where an employee was eating at that time) can be cleaned up. After the table was cleaned up, I still saw rice remains on the table. The table was in the dark corner next to the toilette (I assume that this table is not much liked by customers hence the employee was having dinner there). We decided to leave after this experience. This is highly unprofessional to say the least.

Slightly above average. Fresh fish, but the rice was dry and the quality of ingredients is very low. During lunch time there are only a few positions on the menu that you can order - that is probably why food came in no time. The toilet was dirty and disgusting. For 25 euro - I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Great white tuna. The service was really good and the lone waitress went out of her way to make the night much better. Especially with our little one in tow. Would definitely recommend coming here. Hard to sit at the counter because I might have eaten most of what was going across. Tuna was a great dark purple and matched its appearance with flavor.

It’s definitely a good sushi place we awarded 4/5. Matcha tiramisu was particularly good. If only coffee were served together with the dessert :-(

If there is a place for sushi, this is the one. Such specialities that are just so delicious, best sushi I ever had. Also, I didn’t expect a sushi restaurant to have cocktails but they have and they are great, top!

Well, what to say about this place: first it's looks like a sushi restaurant which is good as it's actually a Sushi restaurant ! Then what do you expect from a sushi restaurant ?yes sure sushi !!! So definitely nothing wrong to say about the place (really nice & clean), the service (ok) and the food are correct. When I say correct is that it meets my expectation while looking to eat so called Japanese food. But then, come the bill: it was twice more than I expect. So yes it could be me or no. Well the best for you is to check by yourself and let me know !

I once loved this place. But more and more visits bring worse results each time. Terrible service. Not very polite. Expensive daily specials that are not much better than the standard menu. Love some of their creations, but I will not return. Service is a large part of going out and with poor service.....I have hundreds of other choices

The restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday night - only take away was busy. Worst service ever - 3 waiters for 8 people and they still didn't see a thing. The kids aged 6 and 8 asked if they where zombies. Sushi at best not worth it, a Vietnamese version which was overpriced compared to quality. Don't do it.

Because of we read this is the nr.1 sushi restaurant we had high expectations. The service was really good. I find the price to high for what you get. We have been to other sushi restaurants where you pay less and get more and better sushi and where also the sushi tastes really fresh. Personally I would not say this is the best sushi restaurant of Berlin.

I am very sad to say, I didn't have good experience with this place. At the arrival, there were not so many people, mainly all seated at the bar table. The waiter asked me if want to drink something, I asked for water and she disappeared and not in 20(!) minutes she appeared again, looked very absent eyes at me and said, that "ah, I remember. You asked for water". I raised my hand to ask also for MENU, but she just turned her back at me and disappeared behind the corner. After another 7 minutes (I was looking at my watch for the sake of interest), she brought me a bottle of water and no menu. During the time I was neglected of their attention, I had perfect spot to observe the ambiance and the fact, they didn't clean tables well and there was food scattered on the floor and no one bothered to take care. Inside the "running sushi belt" bar table, three person (looking nothing close to Japanese) were cleaning, cutting and serving plates they were chatting to each other and didn't wash their cutting desks, nor knifes. The glass on my table had peculiar stain on it side and I was fed up on waiting, so I got up and left. But before I left I went to ask to speak to the manager or supervisor of this place. Very skinny girl pointed at my waiter, who cut her way through me without even apologizing nor saying anything. So that was the manager of the day, I was told. If is possible to put stars for the worst place to eat and for the worst service- this place would be the champion.

I really needed a good review as I was walking down the streets of Berlin, Charlottenburg for that matter. Mr.Hai. popped in the horizon and after a long line of two star experiences I was hopping for something to improve my reputation spotted with negative reviews that by now are threatening my online persona with a negativity flair. Unfortunately struck out again. Berlin, for all its graces, isn't the right place to delight over sushi. Italian food, kicks ass, sushi, kicks the bucket. The issue with ethnic food when relocated is that it tends to bend slightly towards the dominant culture. e.g. in argentina they fill sushi rolls with philadelphia cheese, or filadelfia queso as coined in that corner of the world, well not the best match if you asked me. Mr. Hai didn't go as far as to inject cheese into their rolls but had a slightly different issue. How can I put it? The rice is no good. The issue has to do with the subtleties of sugar and rice vinegar, too sweet and slightly too sour make for a dense aftertaste and constrain the flavor of the fish. To end up with a positive tone the staff was nice and we had a good time.

Always a great sushi, ingridians are fresh and yummy. Good for family and even for the kids tastes are good and deserts are yummy for kids. In Berlin on of the best sushi places, at least in first 10 places.

Love the sushi! It is definitely one of the best places in town. Can recommend Tiger on a Bicycle, it's my favorite.
