Highly recommend this place, 100%! Ordered a birthday bouquet of pink lilies for my wife. I had to change the delivery time and location 3 different times due to various issues and they were very professional and understandable each time. The last such requests was a delivery address change due to both my wife and I getting covid. She was very sweet and concerned for our health and wished us both to get better. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my wife was the happiest person when they were delivered! If you go anywhere else in Tulsa to get your flowers you're a fool!!

Absolutely LOVED working with Terrie for my bridal bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres. She took my inspiration photos and made something even more beautiful. She was kind, timely, and communicative. And did I mention she is a hoot?! Look no further, brides! :)

Let me start off by saying this flower shop is truly amazing.For me to not have actually went in store and order over the phone it was a easy and stress free situation. The young lady named AMANDA was very patient and understanding with me, even after I called back at least 5 times changing my mind on what I wanted the card to actually say. AMANDA really assisted in every way possible to make sure my order was special for me and my lady friend recipient of the flowers and I will forever appreciate her for that.This flower shop truly mad me feel like family.#1 FLOWER SHOP IN DOWNTOWN AREA HANDS DOWN!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered flowers for my daughter's 21 birthday. What I ordered vs what was delivered is a joke. I guess being out of town they thought I'd never know. Asked for a credit for the difference between what I ordered and received and they went and TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK. Unbelievable. She was embarrassed and it ruined her day. Will never do business with them again.

Mrs. DeHaven's is my go to florist in Tulsa. The staff is very attentive to my needs and always deliver beautiful fresh cut flowers and plants. The customer service is outstanding, always going above and beyond. I love working with Terrie and her crew.

I can't say enough heartfelt things about Mrs. DeHaven's Flower Shop. I have received arrangements from them; and I have sent arrangements to others from them, and the joy in receiving their gorgeous and fresh arrangements is felt every single time. Their gorgeous designs are modern yet timeless and always so long-lasting. They make ordering super easy and they willingly keep multiple methods of payment on file so I just let them know which one to use (depending on whether my purchase is a business or personal one) and it all begins with just an easy e-mail with what I'd like to have sent. They have other beautiful and unique home decor items in their shop, so it's always a treat to stop in whenever possible. I love Mrs. DeHaven's Flower Shop and for anyone who has never given them a try, I highly recommend it!

My husband has ordered flowers from here for years & the flowers are always perfect & beautiful! Today is most certainly not the case. I had to cut off a couple of broken flowers. There are 5 of the purple stems of flowers & they are all wilted. This was $100. If they are not able to get the flowers to make athen they shouldn't be selling them. Very disappointed. We received another bouquet of flowers and they are beautiful!! Thank you so very much! Mrs. DeHaven's has absolutely beautiful flowers. Thank you for the flowers!

I couldn't be happier with my flowers and my experience here. I am extremely picky about flowers. When I "deferred" to them for the arrangement, but continued to give suggestions... they were very kind and patient. The arrangement was for Thanksgiving and exactly what I wanted. Very natural and harvesty, but still elegant. Who knew that was possible!? In a vase that looked like a nest. It was perfect for the occasion. Thank you so much!

Terri went over and above designing floral for an engagement party we hosted in Tulsa. One of the table arrangements was accidentally not delivered and they made a trip back to get it to the event on time and credited me for the arrangement anyway!

After posting my last review I was contacted and my sister was given a new arrangement. They made it right. I would be very specific at what you are getting g for your money.

I had this wonderful shop do a "Over The Rainbow Bridge" basket bouquet for my Mom who lost her 14 year old poodle. They even created a doggie out of flowers with a rainbow ribbon. The basket was gorgeous, and the ladies there could not have been more kind or compassionate. The owner created the basket herself. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! I will be a customer for life.

In general the flowers are nice, but the service is so very, very bad. I went in today needing a wrist corsage for a 13 YO tomorrow afternoon. They left me standing in the shop while I could hear them talking in the back. When someone finally came out, they informed me they could not possibly make a simple corsage by tomorrow afternoon; they were just too busy. I took my business to STEMS at Utica Square where they had just gotten in the perfect flowers this morning, they met me at the door, made me feel welcome and assured me they would make the perfect corsage and have it ready tomorrow afternoon. UPDATE: The owner of Mrs. DeHaven's contacted me to apologize for the poor service. Mrs. DeHaven's even sent a beautiful vase of flowers. I appreciate the immediate contact. Thanks very much for following up. Since they are close to my office, I will undoubtedly try them again. They probably did me a favor on the wrist corsage, though; the one I purchased was so CUTE with little rhinestones sprinkled on it and the perfect purple colors to match the date's dress.

My partner and I had the most unpleasant and humiliating experience at this store. The staff was very rude, elitist, unprofessional, and condescending. We were simply wanting to buy flowers for my mother-in-law for Easter, and the staff made it clear we were not the sort of customers they wanted. We were dressed in professional clothing and were very quiet and respectful in the store, so there was nothing we did to deserve that treatment. I got the feeling that either the staff was homophobic or that it was the sort of place where only rich regular customers are treated with respect and not disdain.

Was happy with the flowers but gave them a max cost and they overed it. I'll spend $125. Doesn't mean before tax, delivery and extras. Sorry. Like to be taken at my word not ignored....

Mrs. DeHavens is my go to florist in Tulsa. Every arrangement that I have ever purchased for someone or received myself, has been absolutely beautiful. To top if off, their staff is very knowledgable about different flowers, arrangements as well as friendly. You can't beat the $5 downtown Tulsa delivery charge either!

Mrs. DeHavens designed and delivered beautiful flowers for a large fundraiser I organized several months ago. I was uncertain what to do to decorate at the event, but they created the perfect flower arrangements to make the venue look incredible and were so helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely use Mrs. DeHavens for any event I have in the future.

I came to the store and instantly loved the outside atmosphere with the wall wrapped in ivy and their window displays. I came recommended from my mother who has an account with them. The staff was patient and very helpful with ideas seeing as I had no idea what I wanted. I needed the arrangement last minute and they were happy to deliver it even though they were going to close. Very considerate and the designers vision was spectacular. Would Recommend 10/10!
