Saw this place once when I was in the design. District and was going to a nearby restaurant, went in, but it was almost closing time so I thought that I would come back again another time. I came back a few months later it was around 2 PM I parked in I nearby garage. When you went inside it was a small coffee shop but it had nice baked goods. I got something called smit which is a bread covered and sesame seeds and my wife got the cookie which was amazing. if you order that bread you must order the feta and olives to eat with an amazing combination.I also ordered a cappuccino and she ordered a mocha they were nice. The total was around $40 with the tip. Nice staff too and cozy place for a date.

One of my favourite restaurants around the world. Food is simple and tasty, cooked to perfection (my swordfish was tender and smooth like butter) and with the most professional and most friendly staff that you can imagine. Impossible to come to Miami without visiting Mandolin. Top of the tops!

The store is absolutely gorgeous! Carries the most delicately curated items like Kalita and Mandolin Bags.
With this being said, staff leaves a lot to be desired. The place is not huge and there was only one other patron while I was there - we were never greeted.

Very good, excellent even.
The attention was superb, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere right out of the Mediterranean. It's definitely a place to revisit.

I need to make 1million dollars so I can buy anything here. But the coffee is delicious and it's a great place for design and fashion inspiration if you're not rolling in the dough.

Yelp
Saw the fresh baked Tahini bun on the 'gram and knew I had to cop! I came here early and was told the Tahini bun was served at Mr. Mandolin, their brother restaurant which opens at noon. Fortunately they were able to make one for me (:
I also ordered a slice of zucchini cake and an americano and yes it was all for myself lol.
The warm tahini bun was everything I expected - nutty from the tahini, slightly gooey and soft inside with a bit of crust and crunch from the sesame seeds. Loved the zucchini cake too - it was perfectly moist and and not too sweet! The one lady who was working was also best with helping me secure that tahini bun. A unique spot in Miami that I def recommend visiting!

Yelp
Cute little concept down the street from Mandolin, the Greek restaurant. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help which was nice. You'll find home goods and decor, jewelry, accessories, clothes, and little gifts. Prices are very high. There's a small little cafe/bakery when you walk in offering espresso, coffee, and tea. It would be cool if, like Mandolin, they offered authentic Turkish coffee or Greek frappes here to offer a more authentic Greek experience.

Yelp
Favorite shop to buy gifts! Whether it's your BFF or your great aunt, there are beautiful options. I love the home/kitchen goods like the olive oils and dishware.
The jewelry is also lovely featuring local designers like Soledad Lowe. They have an amazing assortment of Miami-ready dresses and swimwear. Nearly walked out with a pair of Loeffler Randall metallic sandals while there shopping for a friend's bday. Whoops!
Also, a perfect stop for an afternoon coffee and baked treat!

Yelp
What is Mrs.Mandolin? I'll tell you what it is- it's a high end lifestyle boutique filled with everything from home decor to emerging-designer dresses to cute hair accessories and shoes to perfumes and candles as well as place settings and everything you need to entertain guests. Is it pricey? Hell yes. Is it worth it? Hell yes. Why? Because even for someone such as myself- a "blue collar" worker on a budget, I'd much rather invest in a unique hand-picked piece from the selection mentioned above, than walk into a West Elm or any clothing designer store in Miami District just to end up having the same thing as everyone else. Also, I got the chance
to meet Anastasia ("Mrs.Mandolin") who was so welcoming and spoke with so much passion regarding her store (as well as her restaurant literally down the street called Mandolin Aegean Bistro). She likes to carry emerging designer pieces so she remains unique in her selection as well as travel occasionally across the world to pick inventory for her boutique. If you've got a few coins to spare, something you want to invest in, or even buy a small gift (think serving utensils or a cute pot) head on over to Mrs.Mandolin. You won't be disappointed.
Also, forgot to mention you can sip and shop! They have a cute cafe area located in the front serving coffee and sweet/salty bites.

Yelp
I absolutely adore Mrs. Mandolin! This is THE spot to find the cutest, carefully selected houseware items as well as pantry staples and beautiful garments. Don't forget to grab yourself a greek treat (and the best matcha latte) that will literally transport you straight to Greece. I promise you won't regret checking out this wonderful boutique/ café!

Yelp
Just had awesome take out from Mr. Mandolin! We got the "feast" which was epic. The shaved pork, chicken and gyro were so good and delicious. The salad was super fresh and tasty! The dips were all amazing- tzatziki, eggplant and hummus were all really tasty. The portokalopita dessert was really nice - not overly sweet and a nice finish. It truly was a feast- very generous portions!!! Can't wait to be able to eat the cute resto but in the meantime I love the take out!!
