Delicious! Would come back if we lived in town. And the croissants were amazing also.

Absolutely fantastic donut shop! Even in mid afternoon, donuts seemed to still be fresh. And they were absolutely amazing. The sandwich was a definite hit too. I got turkey and egg on croissant. Again, absolutely amazing for sure! Fast and easy service. Friendly people. 🤙

I pass two other shops to come to this one. Love every donut I’ve had from them. Tiger Tail is my favorite and not one I see in other shops. Blueberry donuts too. Plus, ALWAYS, get the fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Good variety of donuts, fresh and not covered in thick glaze. The card policy of $8 is a bit bad. A donut and large coffee is barely $4. I’d rather they charge $1 or something to allow the use of a card

I went here on an early Sunday afternoon. They were too busy. Maybe just 2-3 ppl before me. They were super friendly and welcoming. I ordered a dozen and it turns out they give 2 free extra donuts on top of that. Ordered came out to be about $18. I thought that was reasonable for 4 maple bars, 4 Ube donuts, 4 original glaze, and 2 old fashioned donuts. I haven't seen many places with Ube flavored donuts. The place seemed calm. They had a few seats inside as well as small tables outside. I brought the donuts to a birthday party and it seemed to be a hit. I'd recommend this place.

Donuts are average tasting and no unique flavors. Enjoyable but nothing special. The maple bar glaze got stuck to the top of the box and wouldn't come off ),: but the parts that still had frosting tasted good.

Nice lady who's always in there. Yelp/Google map said closed on a late Sunday afternoon. She was still there w/ limited supply of donut options which I understand as it's later in the day most mom n pop style donut shops are closed. Said she could make whatever on the menu as well.. Lucky for us everyone just wanted the chocolate/maple bars which they had a bunch of. Grabbed a dozen. Still perfectly fresh tasting when we scarfed em down at home..

Basic donuts and weak coffee. Super pricey. Breakfast sandwiches are good though. Lady is always really nice. The guy working here is super rude. I'll support other local coffee & donut shops who are kind to their customers.

Went there while my boyfriend was getting a haircut around 11am on a Tuesday. They were already mostly sold out but I got a custard donut, apple fritter, black coffee & Iced Thai Tea without boba. Everything is PHENOMENAL! The custard is milk forward (vs a Boston cream yellow custard) with either a splash of lemon juice or just the perfect complement of lemon zest. It was truely the best custard donut I had as the lemon flavor balanced the usual sweetness. The black coffee also was perfect even at 11am, seemed like she had recently made a new pot & it was a very smooth & strong cup. Major props to this place, we'll be back for sure.

I've stopped by this donut shop a couple of times early in the morning to pick up a dozen glazed donuts for my team before heading to work, and I have to say, they never disappoint! The donuts are always incredibly fresh, soft, and delicious--exactly what you want to start your day off right. My favorite is the classic glazed donut. It's perfectly sweet with just the right amount of glaze, and the texture is so light and fluffy. Service and quality of products needs improvement. Too much sugar and salt packaged nothing fresh, no organic nothing fresh mostly packaged foods, frozen fresh. They are very cheap with paper product if they're cheap with paper product they are probably very cheap with the food ingredients with the donuts and croissants scary. This business has been around for a few years which surprises me with such horrible service. They don't really care if you are a repeat customer they do not really care if you return to their family owned business.

Wow, delicious ice coffee! Let me first say that I am super picky with coffee, cannot be overly sweet but also not too bitter (I sound like goldilocks haha). Small ice coffee is $3.75 / Large ice coffee is $4.75 There is an $8 minimum to use your credit card, just fyi. 4 stars because I didn't get to try the donuts or their breakfast sandwiches.

This is an amazing and spectacular place to go and eat some donuts they all ways get my order right and the people there are so sweet and friendly I love this place so much NEVER GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Great little donut shop that is open 24hrs. Service is fast and easy and the donuts are always fresh...at 3am anyway. My girlfriend has had a couple breakfast croissants from here and she says they are solid and the ingredients are good quality. I've only had the donuts. The apple fritters here are my favorite and some of the best I've had in OC. Next time we visit I will try a bran muffin or maybe a bagel with cream cheese.

Good prices, friendly staff, and tasty donuts. I don't often let myself indulge in donuts, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I got a raspberry filled and a cinnamon crumb for my husband. I also tried the brown sugar milk tea boba. Foolishly, I didn't ask if it was the often used non dairy creamer or half and half in boba drinks. It was full on dairy. My suggestion is that they get some lactose free milk for those of us who can't do regular milk, but still want to enjoy a good milk tea. I'm still waiting to see if I will massively regret drinking this- but it was decent. Prob wouldn't get again- but go with the classic Thai tea boba. Ambiance- ehh. Could use some work. You generally don't come to a donut shop for atmosphere though. I will be back though when I feel the need to splurge again.

Maybe because I got there at 630am but the batch of donuts I got for my family were all freshly made and delicious. I can taste quality in the donuts, so bad for you but its a good bad that makes you want another donut hours later..

I picked up a few breakfast croissant sandwiches for my family for breakfast. The staff members were friendly, quick and accurate with my order. The display and variety in the donut case was gorgeous so I will have to swing by there for donuts some other time.

My boyfriend & I were in Orange early one morning & we wanted to go to a donut shop. Of course I hopped on Yelp & lotsss of posts said Ms. Donuts breakfast croissants are amazing. I usually don't like breakfast croissants, but these are phenomenal. Highly recommend trying them. Favorite breakfast croissants out there! My picture does not do the sandwich justice LOL. Almost forgot! Their donuts are pretty good. Nice variety. Customer service is awesome. Definitely deserves more than 3 stars.

Birthday donut tower for my son's birthday. It was a big hit with the kiddos! A few mom's said they will have a donut tower on their next kids bday instead of cake. I ordered a clear acrylic cake stand on Amazon, place the donut order a few days before a birthday party with Fong. The donut was ready and on time for my picked up. The donuts were fresh and delicious. The price was right! $12.50 a dozen. I highly recommend this donut shop for a making a unique donut tower!

I never knew this place existed but I came here since it was close to where I was studying. I got a glazed donut. I liked my donut a lot it was very thick and the glaze was yummy. It kinda reminded me of Shipley donuts. One donut was enough since it was very filling.

I went in to get a 2 milk tea bobas i ordered easy boba easy ice, and got charged 4 extra dollars because he claimed I'm getting extra stuff absolutely ridiculous.

New ownership makes a world of difference. I was driving down Lincoln when I noticed a big banner hanging over my ex-favorite donut spot stating it was under new management. I used to love the original location, but over the years, things just started going downhill and we had to take a break. On a whim, I decided to stop in and see if it was time to rekindle this spark we once used to have and I've been coming back ever since. Not only are the donuts much fresher, they're prettier too! Though I'm not usually a fan of cereal on pastries because it tends to get soggy, things hold their form here and their Fruity Pebble covered chocolate and strawberry offerings are pretty damn delicious. The chocolate cake versions are my favorite; they're perfectly sweet without being dense. They keep their moist insides while having a nice semi-crispy outside. The best part, it's only $9.50 a dozen for these beauties. Because of quality and affordability, I've been taking these with me to all my larger events and group gatherings. Not only do they make a splash, everyone seems to enjoy them and they wont break the bank even when buying multiple boxes! Highly recommend and glad that the new owners are making donuts great again.

Was heading to the 55freeway on Lincoln and I was stuck waiting for the light when I looked over and saw they had breakfast sandwiches in the window, so I made a quick (legal) turn into the plaza. I was promptly greeted and the woman there was super nice. They have several donuts to choose from, but I was more drawn to the breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the croissant/sausage/egg one and she even offered jalapenos and to have it toasted for me! It didn't take her long to make my sandwich and I grabbed an orange juice from their fridge to wash it down. Hands down, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Anytime I'm in the area and need something to eat in the morning, I make an effort to swing by. Worth stopping by!

It's under new management. The girls working there are nice. This store is opened from 3 am to 11 pm everyday. Wow, they work long hours. Looks to be lots of customers, but no line. Speedy service. Got the Boston cream pie, blueberry, and chocolate donut. All fresh and flavorful. Yum. Favorite was the Boston cream pie. Lots of cream inside. Will return. It is a bit pricey though for a non chain.

This place recently fell under new management so people who left negative reviews before might want to give it another go and see if they want to update their reviews because I really enjoyed it here. You're not asking for much when you go in. It's not an expensive sit-down restaurant. You just want to go in and try some delicious donuts. And that's what they were. The staff was nice, the place seemed clean, and the food was great. It's as simple as that. I got a turkey croissant for breakfast and it was super delicious but the reason for that is it's swimming in butter, so it's not the healthiest thing to eat if that's what you're looking for. I loved the fruity pebbles donut. It was amazing! I'm going to go back and try their other donuts again because something about their frosting is exquisite and stands out from other places I've tried.. I can't quite put my finger on what it is yet, so I'll have to experiment!

This is my favorite donut shop! I was recommended here by a coworker and WOW I am so happy I found this place. The employees always greet me when I walk in and are super friendly and polite. The donuts are actually FRESH and hot, unlike other places in the area. The real prize winner though is the breakfast sandwiches. I have tried bacon, ham, and sausage with egg and cheese - you can choose a croissant or a bagel (I personally love the bagel). The woman who makes them knows exactly what she is doing. They come with cream cheese and you can add jalepeno or avocado (or both!). I personally love the jalepeno - it adds a perfect spicy flavor. I have told many people about this place and highly recommend coming here for breakfast or a sweet treat! Great fresh food for a great price.

an $8 card minimum for a donut shop... let's start there. I saw a customer who was only a few cents short of getting what they needed and the store wouldn't budge and wouldn't give them the food which is understandable but they were rude to the person and condescending when explaining that her purchase wouldn't qualify to be bought with card due to their $8 card minimum. They should lower the card minimum or let people have things when they're a few cents short. No one carry's cash these days anymore.

wow. I am really dumbfounded at this company. there was a customer that was 4 cents short and the employee humiliated them in front of all of the customers. she was going to pay with her card and apparently they require an 8$ minimum (MONEY HUNGRY) they have lost my business. i realize the person was short but to humiliate them is another thing. i could tell she was on her way to work and she only wanted one item. i watched this woman go back and fourth and back and fourth to her car- while the workers just stood there with her change spread out on the counter. if i had any change i would give it to her i also did not want to spend $8 on my card.

Friendly fast service. Come here once or twice a week. Ordered 3 dozen maple donuts for my sons class and they were ready on the counter for me when I got there!!

Stopped by here quickly before going into work because I want a ham, cheese and jalapeno croissant. The girl that helped me at the front tells me the total which was $3.50. I said ok, I hand over my card to pay. The girl says to me "oh we don't take card unless it's a $8 minimum" I said ok and proceed to look to see what I should get to meet this minimum. Most places would just charge you a credit card charge for not meeting this minimum. Then she goes "what about some orange juice? It's fresh squeezed" I said fine I'll take it, I was running late and just wanted my dang croissant. Then she charges my card and goes $12.50. I walked out and I said to myself wait, did I just pay $12.50 for two things, why the heck is it so high? Then I realized their "fresh squeezed orange juice" cost me $9! $9!!!! What a rip off, she didn't even tell me the cost of the orange juice. She just charged me. I'm never coming here again, first and last time. So did the OJ and the ham, cheese and jalapeno croissant taste good enough to soften the blow of spending almost $13 at this donut shop, nope it wasn't even good! Croissant was so greasy, it's like they stuffed the hell out of it with cheese to compensated for the lack of ham. OJ was warm and tasted like it was partly made from freshly squeezed oranges and Sunny D. Yes, Sunny D, the fake OJ. Go do yourselves a favor and go down the street to Jumbo's Donuts. So much better.

This donut shop has been in our neighborhood forever. I hadn't been in years and remembered the donuts being okay. But after I got my eyebrows threaded next door I got a craving and went in on a whim. The donuts were so FRESH and DELICIOUS! My mind was kind of blown honestly. I'm sure the ownership has changed several times, but whoever is running things now is doing and awesome job. The girl behind the counter was also super nice. All the donuts we purchased were just a buck each (except the donut holes which were cheaper). Don't overlook this place if you are searching for a good classic glazed donut!

If you want great donuts, you need to check this place out! Ms Donuts is the best donut shop in Orange. Ever since they changed owners, the quality of the food has improved! Finding parking is such a breeze because the parking lot is quite big. Ms Donuts have plenty of donuts to choose from, but I recommend the OG glazed donuts and the breakfast croissants. You can never go wrong with the glazed donuts! For the breakfast croissant, the ham and cheese is a great choice. They also have several drinks to choose from. Go for the Thai Tea because it goes well with the croissant. I read the previous reviews about the service here, but I never had any bad experience here. One of their workers, Amy is such a sweetheart! She's always kind and friendly. Also, if you've had a bad experience here, it could be because they're open early from 3AM to 11PM. Imagine working for that long, you'd probably get tired working long hours daily. Overall, it's a great donut shop. Support locally owned shops!

The owners changed. No more awkward asian lady running the counter, and it's a damn shame. I'm really going to miss her blank stares. The new owners are pleasant but unfortunately, their donuts aren't. They look really nice but they're too doughy and sweet. They remind me of how cheap whitebread gums up in your mouth. Summary: New owners are nicer and donuts are prettier, but taste and texture worsened. Lessons Learned: Never judge a donut by its glaze. Never judge an asian lady by her awkward gaze.

This place is amazing. Definitely deserve more than three stars. They have some of the freshest and best tasting donuts in the area. Sure, it's a "hole in the wall" and you may not be expecting much based on looks. But if you're looking for donuts in the area, this place beats all others hands down. It's pretty much what you would expect from any of these mom-n-pop family owned donut shops, but the level of taste and freshness is a notch above! Worth driving a little out of the way for, unless you're going for gourmet, fancy donuts.
