I had an extremely poor experience with MSC, particularly at the Export BL Counter. The customer service was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
• Phone calls were never answered despite repeated attempts
• Emails received no response at all
• Staff showed rude and unhelpful behavior
• There was no proper communication or accountability
Additionally, the staff always give excuses regarding office timing and availability. However, I observed clear inconsistency in how rules are applied. Certain customers receive polite treatment and flexibility with no strict time schedule, while customers of other nationalities are subjected to rigid rules and poor behavior. This lack of uniformity and professionalism is unacceptable.
Such service standards cause delays, frustration, and unnecessary stress, especially in export documentation where timely support is critical. I expected far better service from a company like MSC.
I strongly recommend that MSC management review the conduct of the Export BL counter staff and ensure equal, professional, and respectful service for all customers.
