My sister recently had a massage here with Lynn. Lynn made her EXTREMELY uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. The massage was located in the basement of the establishment and very isolated unbeknownst to her before booking. She was very uncomfortable as he left intimate parts of her body exposed and did not provide her ANY privacy and continued to leave her exposed and touch her beyond what was considered appropriate. He intentionally was looking at her breasts! When this was brought up to the manager on duty the following day, no apology or acknowledgement was given. They were defensive and the burden of Lynn’s behavior was put onto my sister entirely. They even insisted Lynn was one of their best even though he had assaulted my sister and gave no apology. Anyone, ESPECIALLY a woman, please do not patron this business.

I had a 90 minute massage with Lynn, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. He really took the time to take care of my problem areas and really adapted the massage to my body.

Wonderful people. Got my first facial, can’t wait to get another one in the future. My husband had a wonderful chair massage. We look forward to coming again

I chose a 90 minute massage with Lynn following a friend's recommendation. He clearly knows his anatomy and focused on 3 areas that were causing me discomfort. I definitely feel a greater range of motion than before the massage and I'm confident he has reduced the discomfort I have been feeling while hiking and the benefits will last. Thank you Lynn.

I really enjoyed my hot stone massage here. I subtracted one star because I paid for my boyfriend to get the signature foot massage and he said his masseuse barely touched his feet. I also wish we would have had the option to select a gender preference. Otherwise a very good experience.

The MT. ROYAL Spa is the best place I've ever gotten a massage. I RECOMMEND ANN ROBINSON Massage Therapist She worked out all my tensions, the stress in my body and I feel like a whole new person. This isn't my first massage here, and every visit; EVERY Staff member has been kind, courteous, and serves customers above and beyond all standards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don't think I will return. I had to tell the Masseuse that the pressure was too hard.even though I told him at the beginning that I like lighter pressure. I was left very sore the next day.

Chelsea was amazing. Truly one of the best massages I've ever had. I'm so grateful I was able to get an appointment because after 3 days of skiing with children my body was a wreck. The amount of pressure throughout the entire massage was perfect. I will certainly be back!!

At 3:45 I called for an appointment and one was scheduled for me at 5:15. I gave all my information, which they require, including my phone number. I got home and went to confirm via text as instructed but found that my appointment had been cancelled. No call. No courtesy. Then, I called. Apparently the Therupist just didn't feel like giving another massage. From the back conversation it was obvious that they were lying when the Therupist suddenly became "under the weather". No way to treat a new customer.

So happy we found this place! I planned a spa day with my friends for my birthday and we had a great time! The staff were able to serve us at the same time by providing a full body massage and hot stone foot massage. We really enjoyed our massages! We also had a light breakfast that included baked goods, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit and mimosas. The spa is a short drive away from Silverthorne.

I was treated to this massage by my daughter and enjoyed the experience tremendously. My masseuse was courteous and very professional. I like how she explain what she would do. Her did a great job working out all of my kinks. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This was far and away one of the best massage experiences I have had. Great customer service and communication was second to none. My therapist Rebecca was attentive to what kind of treatment I needed, and I left feeling rejuvenated. Can't wait for a return visit!

My massage therapist Rebecca was outstanding. Not only was her technique unique, (a constant motion sort of thing, that really relaxed) she also provided the perfect balance of conversation vs silence. She was smart, funny, highly professional and very good at her job. I highly reccomend.

My friend and I went for massage and face package. Both of us experienced burning face. 4 days later, after moisturizer, my face is still red, burning and cracking (I have not even been able to put on make up). I called the spa and they told me their products never created this reaction. However, both my friend and I both experienced it. There was no good solution or offer as to how to fix it other than call back if it is still happening. It has been 4 days already and I did give it a chance to go away before addressing this. The massages were good (and the staff was nice) but there were no robes and the bathroom is on the main floor so you do need to plan for that in advance. I have been to many spas and never had any reaction to products on my face like this.

Last minute appt. made and they were able to accommodate me! Corey paid extra special attention to some needed areas and I came out feeling like a new person! Very clean, comfortable atmosphere and ambiance. Highly recommend! Thank you very much!

After a biking and hiking trip, I opted for a foot massage. What a good choice! Linda was excellent.

Zero stars if possible. I did not even get the chance to go to this place and I had a horrible experience. Patrick the manager, did not want to give me his last name was extremely rude and unprofessional. In times like this when one is working hard to earn their money, all I wanted was to enjoy a massage and was robbed 140 dollars. There is currently a winter storm passing over where I am and was unable to contact the spa or even move more car, out of safety. I got charged 140$, thinking this was a mistake i tried contacting them, once I did the gentlemen who answered told me no refunds. I explained the circumstance and was passed to a manager who was extremely rude. I explained to him as-well, I was unable to contact them due to a winter storm and was told sorry tough luck and was hung up on. He told me there was a cancellation policy but the cancellation policy specifies that you can cancel free 48 hours before appointment but I has scheduled the appointment 3 hours before. Where is the empathy? You say your therapist waited 45minutes well i waited 3 hours in order to be able to contact anyone. You should revise your cancellation policy and add some other methods to ensure this doesn't happen again. As for me will never ever recommend this place and will definitely go out of my way to talk it down.

My sister and I had Swedish massages from Linda and Stacey after making the 14-mile Vail Pass bike ride. They did a GREAT job and it was super relaxing. It is a small place, but very cozy and comfortable! Will definitely go back again!

My massage at Mt Royal Spa was absolutely unbelievable. This is a really cute inn and has a great little spa as part of it. The massage by Casey definitely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend.
