Very disappointing. We ordered through Zomato and the food came 15 minutes late. Fattouch and hummus were ok, but everything else really bad Meat burnt, lentil soup too salty, and cheese rolls tasted like charcoal. Dining in could be better than delivery but we won’t try again

Very good tasty food , but it can be better comparing to the original lebanese cuisine in Lebanon

Poor service! Found a hair in our plate... Manager was not willing to waive the charge on the dish until we insisted. Finally he didn't count the dish after we had to negotiate and explained, not acceptable to find a hair in the plate. Poor customer service recovery! Last time in this place.

Guys this restaurant have the best employee in Uae , Yazin his name , my girlfriend and I decided to had dinner there , we also tried fews restaurant around the city and we also love Lebanese food , well , the food was good and the atmosphere is nice too , we were shock for the amazing service that we received from Yazin the supervisor , he was very professional, amazing communication and extremely humble worker , at the end we wanna also give extra tips because he really deserve it but he said next time because he do his job with love . Definitely we will coming back for sure . Very lucky owner to have Yazin at the restaurant 👌🏻👍🏻

Comparing to the original branch in zahle i have been disappointed. The place is in a corner beside the pharmacy no sign except. We were well greeted and order taken accurately but the food is deceiving. The tabliet sandwich taouk has hardly 6 pieces of tiny chicken not more, the zaatar used on the sandwich was minimal and more sesame was sprinkled atop, the fries very low quality and the humos even worse the low standard tin one. A tiny amount of colslow and u can easily count less than 5 pickles also low quality. Too bad for all the promises u state u havent met any:(

I ordered through Talabat.. 45 minutes later , i receive a call from the driver telling me that he reached but im not home ! I told him that i’m home but he said no and told me the address .. it was my old address in their records though in my order , i mentioned the right address (I ordered like 5 times before to the new address). The driver asked me to send him my location so he can come .. i said don’t bother , i will not accept a cold and late order ! The funny part is that the order was cancelled and they didn’t even bother to apologize or to call back or to send a new order! Apparently, they don’t care about their clients so I won’t be ordering again! So disappointed...
