Muaré Tulum Hotel (Tulum, Riviera Maya) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Set neither in the coastal hotel zone nor the busy town center, Muaré Tulum makes its home in the hip, largely residential district of La Veleta. From within its grounds, however, you might as well be deep in the jungle — the setting is lush and verdant, and the grounds are dotted with plunge pools in addition to a winding, lagoon-like main pool." - Tablet Hotels

We had a really relaxing stay here. The rooms were super spacious, the outdoor shower was relaxing, and the beds were super comfy. Their pool and jacuzzi was amaaaazing, the yoga was also relaxing (Andy was super kind), their breakfast really good (every food item i tried, i loved, especially the mushroom toast). Their dinners are also really yummy, especially the shrimp tacos. The dinner kitchen manager, Mauricio, was suuuuuuuuper welcoming and accommodating, we ended up eating at the hotel every night bc it was so good. Although, when we asked them to find halal restaurants nearby, they researched and made a list for us. Overall we had a really good stay, and recommend it because of how great the service is.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — close to the center, yet peaceful. The staff were always smiling and available at any time of day or night, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. The main pool area is beautiful, with a great view of the bar and restaurant, both of which are stylishly decorated and create a relaxed vibe. The on-site restaurant serves high-quality food, and the breakfast was a highlight every morning. Having access to the pool and facilities was especially useful when the sargassum made the beaches less accessible — a great alternative to still enjoy the sun and water. I absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Me and my friends stayed here for 5 days and had the best time. The staff were so friendly and accommodating with whatever we needed. The facilities are great to use everyday like the pool, jacuzzi and cold plunge. When the water was not coming in the rooms the staff offered us breakfast from the regular menu as a thank you which we really appreciated. Overall our experience was amazing and would definitely stay here again when we come back.

This hidden gem makes you feel you are in the heart of the Mayan jungle, but in fact close to beaches, shopping, national park. Their food is amazing, their staff attentive and available, rooms calming and beautiful. The spa is gorgeous, as is the yoga studio, restaurant and bar. Hats off to Rodrigo,Victoria, Brian, Jessica, Anna. And all the rest. I cannot believe anyone would rate this hotel less than 5 stars. The road is bad leading to hotel, but again, they can't control road conditions, and it is only a few hundred yards to paved roads. Thank you Victor for your smile and free shuttle. Thank you to everyone for your smiles and positive energy

Only stayed for one night so didn't get to experience too much of this hotel, maybe a 4.5 would be fairer. Location: In the heart of Tulum, the property still manages to feel fairly secluded. It has quite a jungle vibe, which is good to experience, but also means you can expect to find a few small bugs around. Taxi distance to the beach. Food: Only had one meal here, breakfast before our checkout. This was pretty good. Room: We stayed in a Deluxe Moon Suite room - this way very chic and spacious. However, I'm unsure if the extra price for your own plunge pool is worth it. It felt like it would need to be cleaned multiple times a day because of the overhanging trees. The shower was also outdoors which is different. Amenities: The pool was pretty nice although given the overhanging trees, there were a lot of leaves in it, which someone was working on clearing. The morning yoga class was really good. Overall, I think this is a good hotel, the staff were nice and helpful, but it's worth being aware of the jungle theme this hotel has.

A Dream Stay at Hotel Muaré – Pure Magic! We spent the first week of our honeymoon at Hotel Muaré, and it was simply unforgettable. From the warmest welcome to a complimentary upgrade to the best room in the hotel – everything felt perfectly designed just for us. It was peaceful, intimate, and felt like a private paradise. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us smile every single day. And the breakfast? Absolutely sensational – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. We’ve never felt more at home in a hotel. Hotel Muaré made our honeymoon truly special. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful boutique hotel with great vibe, great pool and decent staff. Roads around the hotel are non existent - huge pot holes and nowhere to walk - but hiring a bike or moped saves this. We enjoyed the breakfast, yoga in the morning and just generally relaxing. Bring mozzy repellent.

Really enjoyed my stay! I came with my sisters and our childhood friend for a girl’s trip. Service was excellent , food amazing, rooms very clean ! The only thing to make the journey more comfortable would be to add slippers in the room and clean the pool in the villas at least 2x for a 1 week stay! Thank you for a warm welcome, we will be back!!
