Muare Tulum Hotel

This is probably my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s genuinely serene—no party vibe at all. The whole place feels like a quiet oasis away from the busy areas, and even the guests seem to keep it calm (people are literally whispering). The free breakfast is so good and actually feels like a real breakfast, not just basic continental stuff. It includes fresh bread, a fruit plate, coffee, juice, and an entrée choice for each person—and the entrées are cooked fresh and are legit meals. The amenities are amazing too: there are plenty of day beds (it honestly felt like there were two for every room), and we never once struggled to get one. They also do free yoga daily at 9am, which was such a perfect way to start the day. Location-wise, it’s the perfect distance between the hotel zone and Centro—close to everything but still peaceful. The rooms are gorgeous, and the entire property feels like a true retreat. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

This place is tranquil bliss. The most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed at. Excellent food, drinks and service. The rooms were peaceful, clean and well maintained and the little plunge pool was lovely to cool down in after a day in the sun. The pool and lounge areas were calm and relaxed. The staff were very kind and helpful. We actually ended up coming back for an extra 2 nights because we loved it so much!

We stayed here for 10 nights in February with my partner and had an amazing trip. The hotel is located down some bumpy roads, but we had no issues in a standard sedan as long as we drove slowly. It’s about a 15-minute walk from La Veleta, which has loads of great food options (Burrito Amor is a must). We much preferred staying in Tulum town rather than the beach area, as everything was far more affordable and there were many more places to try. The facilities at the hotel were excellent — the pool area and rooms were beautiful and very well maintained. The spa area, with its hot tub and plunge pool, was also a lovely, relaxing space. Breakfast was included and every meal we had was delicious. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception team were easy to contact via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. We especially enjoyed the morning yoga sessions with Andy — such a perfect way to start the day — and she also gave us some fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulum.

We stayed at Hotel Muare for a week for my birthday and had a really lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always quick to help with anything. The place itself is beautiful: calm, serene, clean, and really well taken care of. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the fresh fruit and juices were delicious.||We spent a lot of time by the pool, and the spa was great. They also let us use their bikes, which made getting around really easy. The location was perfect for us: close enough to everything but still quiet.||Overall, we felt really comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose Hotel Muare to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely perfect. Even before we arrived, Agustina took care of every detail with so much care and attention, making us feel special and excited for our stay. Upon arrival, Claudia at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth and was always on top of anything we needed. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and respectful throughout our entire stay. Every morning was a highlight thanks to Mario, our waiter, who greeted us with a smile and even shared bits of Mexican history with us. Those small personal touches truly made our mornings memorable. Our room was always spotless thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The amenities are excellent, the spa is fantastic, and the entire property has a calm, spa-like atmosphere. No noise, no crowds just the sound of birds and the breeze throughout the day. Hotel Muare is peaceful, intimate, and beautifully curated. It was the perfect setting for such a special occasion, and we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and unforgettable experience in Tulum.

This place is amazing! So incredibly zen. The service is impeccable and it is serene. Beautiful grounds. I loved the jacuzzi and the ice bath. The only thing to be aware of is that the road to get here is extremely bumpy. If you’re renting a car, I’d recommend an SUV to manage. This is close to a smaller town of Tulum which is very nice. If I come to Tulum, I will be staying here again!

We had an awesome stay here, and the hotel was so accommodating when our flights were cancelled and we had to book additional nights with them. The property is gorgeous, quiet and relaxing, the rooms are beautifully designed. We did yoga every day and the instructor were all great. The property is close to town so we were able to walk or bike to get lunch or dinner easily. We ate the hotel for a few lunches and dinners as well and the food was really good. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!
