Muare Tulum Hotel

We stayed at Hotel Muare for a week for my birthday and had a really lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always quick to help with anything. The place itself is beautiful: calm, serene, clean, and really well taken care of. We had breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the fresh fruit and juices were delicious.||We spent a lot of time by the pool, and the spa was great. They also let us use their bikes, which made getting around really easy. The location was perfect for us: close enough to everything but still quiet.||Overall, we felt really comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best small, adults-only resorts we have stayed at for couples. The art, ambience and decor along with the chill music being played in the outdoor areas added to an intimate, romantic setting. The food and drinks were phenomenal! The staff are friendly, and professional. Special shout out to Brian, Dianne and the other staff who helped us! The location is really nice and close to get to from all the downtown bars and restaurants. The roads around the hotel are quite challenging to navigate in a sedan, though completely doable (we had a rented one from the airport). SUVs would be preferred. Overall, would highly recommend this stay to couples looking for a relaxing getaway while also being able to enjoy the magic of Tulum. We WILL be back! With love, A+R

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Muare! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our large group was well taken care of — they helped plan everything seamlessly and made us feel so special throughout our stay. Rodrigo was our main contact and so kind and helpful throughout. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the food was fresh and delicious. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Muare.

Muaré was a wonderful stay! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room since we visited for my mother’s birthday so we were comfortable with the 3 of us. They even brought in a little pastry with candle on my mom’s birthday. The room was cleaned daily, they answered all the questions we had, and gave us recommendations. Everything was a short ride or walk away. My mom had a massage for her birthday at Muare and she LOVED it. Everything was lovely, I highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Muare. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast offers plenty of variety and tastes delicious. The concierge service is particularly good. We received lots of tips for Tulum and were helped to rent an ATV. We can highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Tulum, but a large restaurant street is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

I had an amazing stay at Muaré in Mexico. Our fancy villa was absolutely stunning and felt like a private little paradise. The breakfast and all the food were incredibly tasty – every single meal was a highlight. I also loved the yoga sessions, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and special.

Undeniably one of my favorite hotels in Tulum. I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of staff and management during my whole stay. Loved how our room was isolated and felt like an oasis away from everything. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We even treated ourselves with a relaxing massage at the spa. Can’t wait to be back !

We had an excellent stay at this hotel - the room (and the whole place, really) was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The restaurant was great - we had breakfast there (included in the room price), as well as dinners, and enjoyed sandwiches, juices, and smoothies from the bar throughout the day. Above all, the staff were amazing and helped us a lot with all our (many) questions and requests. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Tulum!!
