This small but neat gym has everything you need: free weights area, kettlebells, dip station with pull-ups, bench press, T-bar row, multi-press etc. There's also a boxing area. The trainer (Olli?) seems extremely relaxed and chilled out, but he's highly skilled with a lot of experience and was able to give me valuable feedback in a one-on-one session. In general, I recommend private training, as the group sessions apparently only consists of 5 rounds of pad work per person. Overall, I can recommend it, especially if you stay nearby.

Wanted to try a Muay Thai class today… unfortunately even the lady in the front desk doesn’t even know when the classes start. As I asked where to see the times of the classes she pointed at the sign. The sign literally says 2:00- 9:00( anytime) I guess anytime doesn’t mean anytime in this gym. After two attempts and two unfriendly responses. I am certain to never go to this gym again. Would not recommend.

Found this Gym whilst on a short stay in Bangkok, can either use the gym or the Thai boxing studio, both for a cheap price. Plenty of machines & weights and a small open space upstairs. Friendly service also you can buy water here. 1-2-1 Thai boxing sessions are available. Would recommend this place..:))

The receptionist that was working tonight wasn’t nice or friendly. We just went in for a session on our holidays, it’s a basic gym with basic equipment. They charged for towels and water even though you pay 250tbh for the day.

I had an amazing experience at Muay Thai Street in Bangkok! I initially booked a group session, but since there weren’t many people at that time (as they offer daily sessions), I ended up having a one-on-one class with the instructor. And honestly, it was perfect! As someone who had never tried Muay Thai before, I was a bit nervous, but TOP, the instructor, was incredibly patient and pedagogical. He took the time to teach me the basics, encouraged me a lot, and really pushed me to give my best. His support and motivation made a huge difference! If you’re looking for an optimal Muay Thai experience, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is great, and I truly had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it!

Google's listed hours are for the Muay Thai offering. The gym opens at 06:00 🙂 This is a good, budget gym. 250 for one day pass isn't crazy cheap, but 1,000 baht for a week or 1,700 for a month seemed like great value to me. There's a pull up bar, treadmills etc and a good selection of dumbbells. The only thing I wanted but couldn't find was a kettlebell over 4 kilos. The dumbbells go up to 50, though.
