Mud Australia Store - Mosman

I rarely write reviews but just wanted to say what a great experience i had recently in your newly relocated Mosman store. Evie was SO helpful, patient and knowledgeable about everything in the store! I finally settled on salad servers for my daughter and will be back to add to my own collection! You have a great brand and great people giving good old fashioned customer service…. Thats why I keep coming back. Christine

I’ve always loved Mud pieces and the Mosman store is such a beautiful spot to take a look if you’re after gifts for loved-ones. I have to give huge kudos to Evie, who is always so lovely, warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the brand. It makes such a difference when the people behind a business really care about what they do. Great retail moments are few and far between these days and It’s especially great when the experience matches a brand’s philosophy: calm, refined, elegant etc. Highly recommend dropping in if you’re looking for gorgeous, timeless pieces!

I had the pleasure of shopping at Mud last Sunday and was assisted by a lovely young man by the name of Freddie. I was buying a new dinner service. Freddie was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me, allowing me to play with the various colours until I was happy with my selection. I have no hesitation in recommending the products or service received at the store.

Terrible service in store this afternoon disinterested staff both sitting and on their phones as I entered store Requested a refund for an item that was given to me as a gift, stated that I do not use mud products refused a refund store credit given which I will never use so could be seen as robbery. I never shop in stores that don’t offer refunds It doesn’t instil much faith in the product if they don’t offer refunds. Do better MUD 🙄

Just had the best experience at Mud, Mosman. Amelia did an amazing job helping me put together a gift for my son and daughter in law in the U.K. Had great support form Jo too. Happy shopper !

Beautiful collection and really helpful and engaging customer service. The two ladies in the store were genuinely interested in helping me choose a birthday gift for my sister in law. I bought the medium nest bowl as a gift. The packaging was done with so much care and attention to detail. Thanks again!

Love the range. Just had a fantastic experience at the Mud Mosman store. The staff person Anna was super helpful, and provided great recommendations for a Christmas gift for my mum. Got a stunning serving platter and some side dishes.
