MUG was supposed to help me with a warranty repair on a tube preamp. I drove a 600km roundtrip to drop it off because it was an expensive tube preamp and I didn't want to send it since Postnord aren't exactly careful with their packages. After hearing nothing for a long while I asked them how the repair was going and they said they were looking into it. I waited some more and there was still nothing. When I asked them again they said that they were still waiting for parts. Waited some more and when I asked them yet again, they simply stopped replying. So I had to drive another 600km roundtrip hoping to get my still broken preamp back. When I get there, the english guy in the shop says that they didnt know what to do with the preamp so they havent touched it at all. Nothing, they didnt even examine it and no parts were ordered, and almost three months had passed! These guys have no problem lying to your face. They don't care if they waste your time or create problems and additional costs for their customers. Worst experience with a music shop I've had so far.

Great music store had tunes guitars and basses didn't mind having Jam sessions surprisingly. Also like the only place that sells 2mm bass picks and upp.

I went in for an acoustic electric. I had a wonderful experience. CJ was so patient with me, we took two hours to play everything that could possibly interest me. We compared cedar, spruce, cutaways, different classes of guitar, even talked about strings and picks and styles. CJ was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me to find the correct guitar for my style....
