MUJI Williamsburg

Natural home fragrances, aesthetic home storage, amazing imported candies, 100 different felt-tipped pens, super friendly staff, and a well curated clothing/accessory assortment (good basics) - I love it here so much. Prices are outstanding.

I enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The team seems to work well together, which creates a welcoming environment. Anthony (I believe he’s the manager) assisted me at checkout and was very helpful.

It’s fine. It’s a typical Muji store with all the regular stuff you would expect from Muji. Clothes are utilitarian and mostly monochromatic. Desk supplies are basic designs with clean expected lines and colors. Nothing really new in the past several years but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Question for return I just got buy shirt last week never try them on and I just got here to exchange unfortunately my receipt and bag got destroy by my dog and the tags everything still on staff front of check out say can’t do anything without receipt I’m the person do business too I know the system how to return I think MUJI have to more training more staff for that I didn’t needs get money back I just need to exchange to another design ! How should you do if the design doesn’t fit and look good on I really don’t wanna throwing away but I have tooo.

they have everything you didn’t know you needed. amazing household items, practical clothing for the everyday, stylish and affordable. also, the staff are very helpful and willing to provide advice and recommendations… i’ll be back for desk supplies and organizers in the near future. fun place to walk around and think wow, why don’t i already have that?

Customer service at this location is bad. It feels like you’re interrupting from their real job of folding clothes and putting away merchandise. The final indignity was when their systems went down the other day and they couldn’t process any transactions. There was no solution, apology, or estimation of when things might be fixed. The vibe from the cashier was like it was my problem that I wanted to buy something.

They sell lots of different things here: from makeup and clothes, to bedding and dust pans. Everything seems to be great quality. The staff were all helpful and friendly

Really excited about the stock size in this store. This Muji has a great selection. They have a great amount of notebooks, just what I needed!
