I think this was the best dinner spot during my recent visit to Istanbul. There were so many delicious starters and snacks, and the salads were fantastic. We had a sea bass that was cooked great, paired with a lovely bottle of white wine. The view was also amazing. Unfortunately, our table wasn’t near the windows, so we missed out on the best part of the view. Another downside was that the restaurant was quite noisy, and the staff had difficulty communicating in English. It was hard for them to explain the starters, and even requesting napkins was a challenge — only the hostess spoke English.

The food was delicious (albeit pricey) and the service was incredibly attentive and helpful. Mustafa and his colleagues helped me out as I am recovering from an arm fracture. They even cut my lamb up for me! The only negative for me was that someone was smoking at the table next to us.

His kindness and professionalism made the experience even more special. The food was simply outstanding — full of flavor, beautifully presented, a true 10/10. The ambience was just perfect: lovely music, soft lighting, and breathtaking views. A memorable evening from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Would recommend coming with a big group instead of on a date. You need to order a bunch of different mezzes (basically turkish tapas) and it’s too much food for 2 or 3 people. We enjoyed the experience, great view — very chaotic though, more fun if you’re drunk. Best dishes were:

This is my favorite restaurant in Istanbul. The view is truly breathtaking, and the food is always amazing. It’s located on the rooftop of a hotel. Every time we come to Istanbul, we make sure to visit at least twice. Tonight in particular, we were served by Şebnem, her warm smile, kindness, and positive energy took the whole experience to another level. Next time we come, we’ll definitely be asking for her. Good service is truly valuable these days. You absolutely must come and experience it for yourself. I highly recommend it.

As a nomad traveler I’ve been to few restaurants that pay much attention to women dining alone. So when I say that the service here is absolutely amazing, that is not an overstatement! Mustafa and his team catered to me as much as any couple or group in the restaurant. The fact that I am treated differently in restaurants when I’m with a man or a group has been a complaint of mine for several years. I’ve received great service here when I was with others, but the real test was going in tonight, alone. And they did not disappoint! The food and service has always been amazing. The Turkish breakfast is unmatched, and I rarely eat beyond full, but I did tonight. The view? Line of sight with three mosques to include the blue mosques. This place is the trifecta! Amazing food, service, and view! I promise you, you can’t do better in Istanbul.

No visit to Istanbul is complete without indulging in a traditional Turkish breakfast, and we found the perfect spot to do so at one of the city’s most breathtaking locations. Perched with a panoramic view of the city, this restaurant is nothing short of a dream in warm weather, offering a feast for both the eyes and the palate. FOOD: Arriving during breakfast hours, we discovered that the sole option is the iconic Turkish breakfast—a sprawling spread of small plates that proved too much for the two of us to conquer. The menu is fixed, with the only choice being how you’d like your eggs prepared. What follows is a parade of dishes: an assortment of spreads and meze, olives, cheeses, petite pastries stuffed with meat or cheese, fresh bread, greens, and crisp vegetables. A few items didn’t quite hit the mark, but the majority were undeniably delicious. Everything tasted fresh, with vibrant, crunchy vegetables stealing the show. The standout was the flaky phyllo pastries, generously filled—particularly the meat-filled ones, which became our instant favorite. Unlimited Turkish tea and water rounded out the experience, adding a comforting touch. SERVICE: The service was commendable, with dishes arriving promptly. The restaurant’s atmosphere, elevated by its stunning surroundings, made for a thoroughly enjoyable meal. VERDICT: I strongly recommend experiencing this Turkish breakfast at least once. It’s a culinary adventure brimming with new flavors, and we left thoroughly satisfied. The unparalleled view of Istanbul adds an extra layer of magic to the experience. While the price may be a touch higher than at many local cafés, the quality and ambiance make it well worth the splurge.

We really enjoyed the dishes recommended by our lovely server Nejla, who was honestly, the best part of our experience. She is super friendly, warm, and welcoming.
