Stopped by for a quick drink and snack. Got apple-tini and chicken momo. Both were delicious. Wait staff was pleasant and the location and atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely come back again to try out their menu.

The ambience may make it worthit for special occasions. The food itself lacks any taste whatsoever. Whether you can justify that for the price depends on who you are. The rest is as advertised and our experience seems to be consistent with other reviews (except the ones praising food)

There are very few places still remaining with this level of atmosphere. It feels like dining in a castle courtyard, as advertised. This fine-dining restaurant did not disappoint in taste or presentation; very healthy meal options were available. Definitely a place I would recommend for special occasions.

Stepping into this restaurant feels like entering a different era, with its beautiful courtyard and classical building that exude charm and elegance. The ambience is unmatched, creating a memorable dining experience. While the parking could be better managed, the overall tranquility and ambiance make up for it. The prices are on the higher side, but the experience is worth every penny for a special occasion.

Absolutely loved the chef special grilled trout. It is a must :)

Had the lamb it was amazing the sauce was fantastic. The service was good and it’s good value for money.

Visited this place in the evening to try it out. It's quiet and peaceful, good for a date. Considering the pricing though, I must say that things weren't up to the mark. You can get better food for way more reasonable pricing all around Kathmandu, especially the Jhamsikhel and Thamel areas. Bruschetta: The worst I have had in quite some time. It was literally just diced tomatoes on top of 5 small pieces of bread. I expected better. Wine Glazed Chicken: Came with a side of mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. It was juicy but super bland. Spaghetti: The spaghetti was undercooked and there was no salt. Again, tasted very bland and we weren't able to eat all of it even though both of us were super hungry. Other aspects: The service itself was good and the staff were friendly + helpful. The toilet was super disappointing and exhibited a clear lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. Overall, if it's value for money you're looking for, this is probably not the place. The experience and especially the food was quite disappointing.

The environment of the place is incredible, Babermahal compound, but the restaurant itself is of weak game in comparison of the others in this qualitative place. The welcome and service were impeccable, although we kept seeing kitchen staff coming and going in the park... But the big disappointment came from the food, which was as disappointing as the mediocre cocktails. The coffee service took a long time even though there were only a few customers there, as I imagine is often the case... Only one toilet to share for everyone and no water on tap... with a view over the back yard of the kitchens in passing. In short, a mediocre experience given the setting.
