I came here with a friend, the workers were super nice and welcoming. The pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection. While the ragù sauce was a bit greasy for my taste, the flavor was excellent. I had a bit of the aubergine parmigiana which my friend ordered and it was really good too (she said it's the best she had). We finished our meal with a tiramisu, which was quite standard, and the panna cotta pistacchio, which was, my god, so creamy and heavenly.
The ambiance is calm and romantic, as the restaurant is in a rather quiet part of the neighborhood, and got warmer and more social as the space filled up into the night.
To access the toilet you have to go to the backyard, and it consisted of a hole-in-the-ground stool in a room lit up by candles. I thought it was quirky and vintage and old-timey. Others might think it's not their thing. But I found it unique and good for your gut health to be honest LOL.
