I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the pastries I received. I was really craving Indian-style pastries after a long time, and decided to give this place a try but it was a complete letdown. The pastry I bought was clearly old; it had been sitting for who knows how many days. The texture was so hard that the tapping sound at the end literally sounded like tapping a brick with a spoon.
What’s even worse is that when I raised the issue, I was asked to bring the pastry back as proof. That’s unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or maintaining hygiene, the responsibility is being pushed onto customers. Honestly, keep the money consider it a donation because this place clearly needs to improve its hygiene standards.
The second pastry I bought, I ate, and now I’m dealing with a sore throat. Please provide fresh food to your customers. This experience was truly disappointing.
