We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The blend of flavors and cultural influences crafted by the Chef and Sous Chef created a menu that truly surprised and delighted my taste buds. Each dish was presented with impeccable attention to detail, making the experience as visually stunning as it was delicious. The handcrafted cocktails were equally impressive perfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously easy to enjoy more than one. The mix of flavors and the balance of alcohol were spot on, leaving me completely satisfied. From the warm welcome at the hostess stand to the attentive service from the waitstaff and crew, this is exactly what hospitality should feel like. A must-visit.

We dined here June 27th while staying at Nobu Resort. The food was delicious and delectable, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Our server, Ricky, was amazing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very attentive to all our needs. This was definitely one of the best dining experiences I have ever had in my life and I can't wait to return to this restaurant.

What can I say? The best restaurant in Olive Cabo. Mediterranean influenced cuisine with exceptional service and atmosphere. Flavia made us feel so at home and created a wonderful experience.

This is a difficult review for me. Right off the bat, I would caution any vegetarian against visiting this hotel. Not many options. They have appetizers and a salad. Period. That is barely 10% of their menu. No vegetarian main course dish. None. They are unable to improvise either. I send back a couple of suggestions and they politely refused. Not something I have learned to expect from a Mediterranean place. But that aside, the ambience, the atmosphere was amazing. The service was incredible (thanks Ingrid!!) and the appetizers were ate (potato brava, dips, almond hummus) were delicious. The kids stuffed mushroom were not inspiring but the welcome breads and the parting dessert place left a lingering aftertaste of unfulfilled potential. Hope they add something for us outliers. Oh one mior thing: I loved to be able to look into the kitchen but the bright lights needed for cooking were at odds with the warm lighting where we at. Could tinting the glasses resolve that issue?

I had the branzino with clam sauce and it was decadent! Get an escort to the restaurant it’s a little hard to find within the property. Arnold my server was one of the best servers I have had in Mexico!

Wow! Amazing food and service. Highly recommend getting the Almond hummus!

If you are staying at Nobu hotel or around you must come here! Let me rephrase, if you are in Cabo you must come here. Skip the Nobu sushi, you can do that anywhere. This is probably one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in world. True hidden gem. The flavors will blow your mind, they take it to a whole new level.

Fabulous dining experience. The food was amazing. Arturo was our waiter and he was truly delightful. 5 stars is not enough!!
