Unmanned, pretty well signposted. Hand held lamps in box outside, required for visibility inside.

Beautiful and peaceful. Nicely preserved castle. Close from the ferry, so worth a visit

Free entry when we were there. Welcome to the smallest castle I've ever visited. Informative plaques explain the short history of this place. Set your phone camera to night mode to take pictures inside the downstairs rooms.

Had the castle all to ourselves. Just so cool to be able to walk through and reflect on the lives of those who lived there. Beautiful views in every direction.

We went there during a really bright day and yet it was so dark inside. We never realised that there are torches available for visitors and we went into the darkness with only lights from our mobile phones. Creepy but exciting. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for the thrilling feeling of the old castles dungeons. Fantastic views.
