Murray Valley Resort

Unfortunately the tv in main bedroom DVD player is not assessable and main lounge in room tv doesn’t even have one must request and fee possible, main lounge floor is not carpeted so can’t sit on floor and play with children as uncomfortable, only 2 electric stove places which are electronic that takes a lot to get used to so often request non stick electric pan, great pizza ovens on site and many bbq very well maintained available nearby onsite which can used as alternative cooking tool though and lovely lit decking near pool to enjoy food , very friendly staff even cleaned windscreen before we left, rooms clean with signature coffee table, love all beds have doonas with covers unlike many other timeshares, has daybeds around outdoor pool which is very comfy just to read a book outdoors and indoor pool is well heated and open later at night than a lot of timeshare - overall highly recommended whether using timeshare or renting separately

The Resort is good for kids and the rooms have been refreshed. The staff aren’t particularly helpful and it’s difficult to find anyone to help you. It was baffling that at times there was simply no one around managing the resort. For example, we contacted reception at 3:00pm asking if we could rent an air fryer to cook our three year old sons dinner (which was noted in the book as being available) but reception replied to say they were closed and to contact them tomorrow after 8:00am. This is just an example of the service you should expect to receive when staying at this resort.

Perfect family holiday destination. Kids can run around the resort freely which feels rare these days. A very warm indoor pool, sauna, spa, 2x outdoor pools, 2x tennis courts, mini golf, outdoor bowling, squash, kids games room, basketball rings - the activities are super varied. The grounds are also immaculate, and the staff are lovely. Short walk to town as well, can't fault Murray Valley Resort!

Toby, Kim and Vanessa make the experience at Murray Valley Resort so wonderful and welcoming. We have been coming for years with the kids and it is something we really look forward to. The Meet & Greets are a highlight! It all about their personal touch. Toby is full of infectious energy which he passes on to everyone. See you again soon :)

This was our first time at MVR. I did a last minute reservation for our family. The weather was terrible all long weekend, so the sound of a sauna sounded pretty good. To our disappointment the sauna was out of order. There was no warning on their website that the sauna/spa was out of order (recommend to do that) Our apartment wasn't the cleanest either, so I wiped down everything and sweeped through, but we came over that. Definitely worth the call up before booking.

Absolutely love this place have taken my grandkids the last 2 years late December so parents can get organised for Christmas. |Kids have a ball and we really don’t leave the resort. |Pools don’t close till 11 pm which is such a bonus.|With tennis courts , mini golf and even an outdoor 10 pin bowling , they have a blast

We have stayed here a few times now and absolutely loved it. The resort is well maintained and clean. They have a toddler room for the kids and numerous outdoor play areas. All four pools are perfect. It’s a fantastic place to stay if you have kids.

Pool closed but nowhere on the website do they inform you this. A 32 degree weekend and the big outdoor pool is being refurbished.
