"When Murietta Hot Springs opened in 1902, it quickly became the respite of choice for southern Californians. The storied resort located between L.A. and San Diego re-opened in February after a 30-year-closure and history is certain to repeat itself thanks to re-imagined facilities, including a spa that focuses on traditional hydrothermal treatments, a wine bar and restaurants, plus a fitness center that offers creative classes like aqua sound bathing. A steam room, panoramic sauna, cold plunge, and terra thermal mud loft are housed in the historic bathhouse. But the steamy, mineral-rich waters remain the main draw. More than 50 geothermal pools, cold plunges, and water features are scattered across the 46-acre property. Day passes are available, but overnight guests get 24-hour hot springs access and can upgrade to specially designed Sleep Rooms with Bryte Balance beds and ambient soundscapes machines. Essential experience: After a soak, hit the spa for a super hydrating honey-avocado body treatment."

My partner and I were looking for a getaway for our anniversary, and during my research, I came across Murrieta Hot Springs. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating. Although our room wasn't ready since we checked in early, we were able to enjoy the grounds right away and begin our stay. It felt like heaven, especially since we both love relaxing poolside. The thermal waters were amazing, and we appreciated the adult-only section for a peaceful experience. They also have a cold plunge, sauna and steam room which we enjoyed so much. When we checked into our room, we were blown away by how spacious it was, and we enjoyed a truly relaxing time. The gym was fantastic, equipped with top-notch workout machines. We also had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful waitress named Ahnee, who truly exemplified excellent customer service. Her warm personality made us feel like we’d known her for years. Despite being the only one working, she handled everything with grace and ensured everyone was happy. I look forward to going back to Murrieta hot springs as I have been telling all my friends.

Google
my partner and I got to experience a night staying at Murrieta Hot Springs and it was so lovely. the room we stayed in was beautiful and well-appointed. the following day we checked out and got to experience the gym, baths, mud area and I got to get a therapeutic massage at their spa. Charity was INCREDIBLE! such a gifted and intuitive healer. I felt very blessed to have had a session and I highly recommend!

Stayed overnight at Marietta Hot Springs for a birthday getaway with friends. The rooms were adorable and very clean, though the "sleeping trays" were only half stocked, which felt a bit incomplete. The reusable water bottles at check-in were a great touch, making it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. The hot springs and amenities were fantastic, even with a few closures. Dining at the main restaurant was lovely, friendly service, great food, and a visit from the general manager. Morning coffee options were limited, so we walked to a nearby café. Would love to see more on-site food options in the future. Overall, a wonderful retreat, and the $59 day passes make it a great option for a quick getaway!

Google
Hands down my favorite place to relax and recharge. Whether it’s for a romantic get away with my husband, or fun time with friends or family, this is always the first place that comes to mind! Spending the night really is the best way to enjoy all that they have to offer, because overnight guests can enjoy the pools when the facilities are closed to the general public. During one of my more recent stays, we had the pleasure of working with Sarah Martinez during check in and she is truly a gem! It’s people like her that make this place so special! Thanks, Sarah!

As a dedicated hot springs enthusiast, I found myself weighing the options between this location and Glen Ivy. The deciding factor for this visit was the birthday perk - complimentary entry for my partner, representing a significant $90 value. Like other reviewers, the day pass experience highlighted both the appeal and limitations of this destination. While the public pools offer a relaxing experience, the space feels surprisingly compact, especially when compared to the exclusivity offered to resort guests with their access to private pools. The popularity of the personal baths is undeniable, unfortunately leading to wait times and the occasional instance of guests overstaying their welcome. The on-site lunch offerings were satisfactory. However, the locker room facilities are notably cramped, adding to the potential for a less-than-ideal experience. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness via phone was frustrating. Based on my day pass experience, I'm not inclined to repeat this particular option. However, the prospect of a resort stay, with its promise of exclusive access to the private pools throughout the property, is undeniably appealing. The opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the experience, away from the day-pass crowds, could offer a significantly enhanced visit.

I got a timeless facial with Kelsey on Saturday that was really stellar! All the products she used smelled and felt amazing. Her massage technique was beautifully light but full of energy. It was truly relaxing and a great end cap after soaking in the pools and sauna.

My Mom and I purchased the twilight day pass and it was magical. The resort is beautiful and the services were fantastic. There was plenty of space in each bath. I enjoyed the solo warm soaking tubes overlooking the lake. The locker room was clean and well maintained. The showers were spacious and well stocked with great products. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I can’t wait to return.

Google
The hot springs are great. The resort is very nice and feels tropical. You can have drinks by the springs and the food is good. We stayed at the hotel, which was nice that you can use the springs 24 hours a day. The only thing I think they could improve on is the service. For one, the check out is rather early at 10 am. We called to see if we could check out an hour late (especially since it wasn’t very busy) and they immediately just read a prepared response that it’s a no. It’s also a hefty fee to get access for a third person to use the hot springs even if you have a room. They provided us wristbands to use the hot springs until 6 PM the day of check out. But they told us it would be an additional fee to provide towels, even though the people that do day passes get towels provided. The room was very expensive and just ok. For the hefty price they charge you’d think they would be a little more accommodating to hotel guests than to people who just buy a day pass.

Yelp
So happy I didn't listen to the reviews and decided to check it out on my own opinion. Just stayed there last weekend and it was wonderful. The moment we got there, check-in was super easy, staff was amazing. The room is super clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. There was a chair if you wanted to sit and read a book and a Keurig pot, refrigerator plus a patio with furniture. Not sure what the complaints on room was about. I didn't hear any construction going on, we were there from Friday to Sunday in the Harmony building, back of property. Plenty of pools and saunas open again not sure what the complaints were on that. Drinks were good, got to even enjoy some yoga time. Almost everything was open 24 hours. Had an amazing time. Food was okay, looking forward to the upcoming restaurants. Didn't get a chance to book a spa because they never replied back to my email that was the only issue, poor response back on emails from spa and guest services. I do plan on going back. I would recommend this place.

Yelp
This is mostly a food review. There's been some bumps in the road for this place as far as dining goes. When they first opened the coffee shop was doing the cooking and it was great! I had a cheeseburger and fries. My friend had a big salad and hot wings. Well that coffee shop doesn't make the food any more and now it's done closer to the pool area and gone are the fries and burgers and wings. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos and they were alright. Pineapple salsa was good. Chips and dip were pretty good. I'm looking forward to when they open the full restaurant and have a larger menu.

Yelp
My mom and I decided to check out this resort as a special birthday gift to me, and boy were we disappointed. We called ahead on Monday to get a sense of what we should expect. We were assured that there would be restaurants and areas exclusive to the resort guests. When we arrived that could not be farther from the truth. There was one "restaurant" that served nothing other than sandwiches and wraps all in the 20-30 dollar range. There was not one area reserved for resort guests that was open. All areas were shared with the day pass guests, who were very lovely people, but again not what we were told on the phone. The staff also seemed irritated and rushed. We heard trash talk about other employees, we were ignored at the pool, and given the absolute run around about towels. I use yelp as a way to uplift small business, but this experience could not be left undocumented. I would not return.

Yelp
My husband and I had a great experience! Our room at the Hillside King Sleep room was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the cold plunge, sauna and hot springs along with the Roll & Recover class and the SWEAT class taught by Annabelle at Dynamis Fitness. Their instructors were wonderful! With the recent opening expect slower service from the front desk. The staff was kind and attentive but we experienced a few hiccups such as randomly being locked out of our room for an hour during our stay due to technological reasons and a system error that had us booked for two nights rather than one. Just make sure to screenshot your reservation confirmation at time of booking as we did not receive an email after booking. Had I not had my screenshot, I imagine we would have had to pay a late cancellation fee or a full nights rate. Overall we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning! To get the best value I would definitely recommend booking a room to enjoy the 24 hour soaking privileges and get to the pool / soaking areas early to reserve your spot for the day.

Yelp
Let me start by saying, do not let all the negative reviews on here scare you from booking and going to enjoy a great time and form your own opinion. I am going with they need to make money to keep going with the renovation and bring this resort to its full capability so I get why they opened before finishing. I appreciate the fact that they state this on the website. Now for my review. We had 2 rooms with 2 guests each and were celebrating my birthday. The check in process was good. Some will feel it's a little lengthy to wait but once it is your turn, you will understand why. Alicia checked us in and she went over everything. I appreciate that. We were also given a $10 voucher per room to use towards food. My husband and I were in suite 1101 is the stone lodge with 1 king bed. The building is nice, the room beautiful and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. My mother and sister were in a 2 queen suite in the harmony lodge. Room 8213. This room is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and could easily fit a group of people in my opinion. The property is a nice size. Everything is walking distance. Adult only pool is beautiful. Hot spring tubs of different sizes, from singles to large parties. Temperatures vary. The 1902 where you can get food for now is located with the coffee house. We took our food to go. When we got there Melina helped us and she was the most amazing person. She gave recommendations to a wonderful steak house, history of the property, made perfect cocktails and had the best personality. My sister and I did a 30 minute restful recharge and it was great. Very relaxing. Staff in the fitness center were welcoming and warm. My mother had a stone massage and she said it was perfect. Everything was on time and the best massage therapist she ever had. Parking is fine but I can see it belong a problem once fully opened. My one and only issue was single day pass people during the day. They took up the whole adult pool so if you are staying on property, make sure you get there early to get a spot you would like. Also after reading all the day pass reviews, I recommend staying a night so you don't have to wait in those lines they all mentioned. Way more convenient to bypass as an overnight guest. Over all. We loved that it wasn't super busy as they aren't fully open yet and we will go back once they are. The price I feel was worth it as this was one of the most relaxing birthday trips I have ever had. Kudos to the whole staff. You are doing a Fantastic job.

Yelp
Although this resort just opened and is still under construction, it really wasn't a deterrent to My friends and I. We stayed 2 nights and throughly enjoyed our time there. The resort was practically empty so we were able to take advantage of the amenities without being crowded out. The yoga classes were amazing and relaxing. And the sound bath was a great experience. We even got our beaded wrist band by plunging into the ice bath experience. The staff were all sweet natured and accommodating. We don't have anything bad to say about our stay. In fact, we plan to return soon.

Yelp
Purchased several gift cards for my son's teacher and therapist's. One of my son's therapist checked gift card online and it says it's "in valid." She's called and left messages for accountant and since no one has called her back she told me what was going on. I called Monday and left detailed message for accountant and no one has called back. I tried calling this morning 3 different times and no one picks up. With this service I don't feel comfortable giving them more of my business.

Yelp
So much potential! This place is open, but not complete. Positives: Great massage Beautiful grounds Lots of pools Family friendly Negatives: Construction everywhere Terribly slow check in process Outdated locker rooms No steam room No real restaurant Sure hope it gets better, could be such a great option!

Angelina C.

Yelp
Summary: My family and I overall enjoyed our day here, and the property was beautiful. The staff were very warm and welcoming as well. However, there is quite a lot that could be improved before this resort reaches the level of professionalism and variety of amenities that other resorts in Murrieta have. Reservations: Reserving spa services for a large party over the phone is easy. I'd recommend calling instead of booking online for a large party, because they seem to have access to more appointment times on their end. After confirming your appointments over the phone, you will receive a text message with your appointment info. They will also call you the day before to reconfirm. Some positives about check in: parking was free and there was lots of availability. At check in, they take down your card info for incidentals, and they attach your payment info to your resort wristband. The wristband can then be used to lock/unlock your locker and purchase food and drinks on site with ease. Negatives regarding check in- it is not efficient yet. There were only 2-3 people in front of us in line It took about 30 mins for our group to check in. They only had 2 staff checking people in, and they gave every person in line the same spiel about the property, even if they were in the same group. That takes a lot of time, so they could consider just handing out that info in pamphlets and sending guests on their way. Alternatively, having more staff at the check in desk would make things smoother. They had at least 5 computer stations there, so it is probably possible. Pools, spas, and the mud experience- their website boasted that they have 30+ pools and spas open, but about 15 of those are mini individual baths, so it feels more like there are only 8 open spas and 3 pools on the resort side. Also, the mud "experience" is not a notable destination. It consisted of someone at a small table handing out cups of mud, about the size of one scoop of ice cream. Miscellaneous critiques: Despite construction not yet being completed, they have re-opened. That said, in my opinion, there is a lot more work to be done here before their price points actually match the experience received. Some examples: in the bathhouse check-in area, there were still live wires out in the open. Also, construction is still taking place all around the property, so you can expect to hear lots of noise. Noise from the nearby streets will also extend into your spa treatment rooms as well. For instance, during my massage I could clearly hear the traffic from Murrieta Hot Springs Rd: lots of sirens, honking, etc. They also use YouTube for ambience music in the massage rooms, so my massage was interrupted by random ads halfway through. There were also non-working sinks in one of the bathrooms I used in the fitness center. Check out- It very unorganized. Our spa treatments did not show up on the correct tabs for each person in our group. Instead, they all showed up on a stranger's tab, even though we each provided our own cards and confirmed our spa services separately at check in. They had to call for support to get it resolved, and we waited about 25 mins to check out.

Yelp
I really loved Murrieta Hot Springs. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous pools. Very, very clean. They have recently opened and several jacuzzis are yet to open. Honestly, there is plenty to do and it's not as overcrowded as Glen Ivy. I love the fact that they have really nicely appointed rooms for overnight stays. The staff is new and procedures are beginning to take hold. All new businesses do not open without a few hiccups. More food options are coming! I'm hopeful!

Shirley S.

Yelp
I am going to give this 4 stars because my friends and I enjoyed it and the staff were all friendly. However, I would recommend you wait until more pools, restaurants, and construction are completed. We knew it was a work in progress and having been to this location when it was a Christian conference retreat center we kind of knew what to expect. We liked having the grounds pretty much to ourselves and gave 7of us a means to talk and hear one another. We liked their mud, hot/cold plunge, and the pools that were opened. We can't imagine how the resort could accommodate more people with just 4 showers in the bathhouse and the small area to change. The drinks and food were good, my Bloody Mary and lavender latte were made well. We discussed not coming back until the resort is completed and it may be more convenient to book a room too,

Hazel L.

Yelp
Great experience! Big location .. lots of pools and hot tubs .. individual tubs ... after 4 pm is less people but it's amazing just to be there and relax Watch the sundown and soak at night. Relax enjoy and regenerate . Food, drinks,

Yueming Q.

Yelp
We got a day pass to enjoy their new opened hot springs. It was like $100 per person with the service fee. Probably my expectation is high so we feel the experience wasn't as good as we thought. They are still under construction when we went there on Valentine's Day. There are only part of the springs open to the public. The locker doesn't work well and the shower room wasn't that set up considerably. They don't even provide blow dry or hair tie.... Overall, it doesn't feel like a luxury experience in a resort. I wouldn't recommend it.

April B.

Yelp
Came on a Sunday. Crowds were enough to where there weren't enough lounge chairs for our group. This place is still greatly under construction. The only "nice" part was the adults only pool. The others weee murky (and yes I get it's a mineral spring, but it shouldn't be murky to the point of debris and crap visibly floating) - especially for a man made mineral pool. Bathrooms are far, and dated. They charge you for robes and lockers (which a locker should be included). Honestly you can use spa pass or day pass and get into a spot WAYYYY nicer for the same price. Don't waste your money. Like someone else said on here, wait till they have their stuff together before going.

Lawrence M.

Yelp
This place has potential! Was excited to stay here with some friends after finding out they were finally opening up to the public. As of 02/05/24, they are still under construction, and you can see much of the area getting worked on. However, about 10 Hot Springs/Pools are available to jump into and enjoy. All of the springs have different temperatures and are checked/posted every 2 hours. For the adventurous ones, there's one set for cold plunging. For my room, it was very spacious and well decorated. Standard king size bed. Pillows were plush but not as comfy as they looked. They provided lots of towels, soap dispensers, and spa robes for the amenities on property. I enjoyed the balcony view as well (select rooms). The only thing that was missing for me was a microwave. Most convenient part was having a bracelet to open my room door and get into springs area after hours. Of course, I had to check out the gym, which to me was my favorite amenity. Shelly was at the desk and explained how all the gym equipment is brand new Atlantis models and how there are classes to sign up for on their page. The space is really suffice. There are four squat racks, dumbbells up to 85 pounds, and many different workout accessories for everyone to use. For food, they have their Cafe open, and for drinks, they have a temporary Beer Truck while they finish renovating their turtle shack. For being hotel guests, we all imagined a complimentary breakfast, but it could be something already in the works. Looking forward to seeing results of this place once it's finally done!

Yelp
I was really hoping I was gonna like this place but unfortunately the check in process was horrible. Got there a lil bit before 11 am and got to the front of the line by 12:30 ish ...... I did not like waiting in sun so long wish there was something they could have done to give us some shade. By the time i finally got to the pools all the individual ones were taken cause there was too many people there yesterday (yes it was holiday) so they should have been more prepared.........

Kyana P.

Yelp
I liked the 21 + area. I appreciated the locals' discount. The property is beautiful. There are a few improvements that I hope will happen. For example, the food. We left the property to get lunch. I would have preferred to stay longer if the menu had more options.

D. F.

Yelp
Took my daughter for her 21st Birthday and it was fantastic! Very relaxing and even though it was a warm day the breeze made it perfect. Took advantage of the Cold Plunge experience, mud skin treatment, panoramic sauna and many individual mineral baths. Highly recommend for a chill day to get your zen back. ‍ Can't wait to go back

Susan M.

Yelp
We did a twilight pass and it was perfect! 4-10pm on a warm summer night. Got to experience all they had to offer. The property is huge! It wasn't too crowded. The grab and go tacos were awesome!! Only reason I didn't give a 5-star is some soaking tubs weren't functioning and they don't have a sit down restaurant. Would come back once everything is up and running. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Niloufar G.

Yelp
So I'm gonna be very honest here in this review, and this review is based on my recent visit to the spa resort with just opened. So we booked a one night stay at the resort and it was good for the amount that we paid for a room because I did ask for a discount since we could not use any of the wellness packages that was included with your hotel stay. if you are a hotel guest, you have access to the the wellness program which includes things like yoga, Soundbath, and other other wonderful activities. but they were all full and we got a waiting list and we couldn't participate in any of them. And apparently you're supposed to book them two weeks in advance, but I never was notified of that and so I talked to the manager and I said we were never notified that we had to book this ahead of time and so he apologized. Couldn't get us into the activities and gave us $100 discount so thank you Scott for that! Because I feel that OK , I feel better not having to pay as much as I was going to Pay if I couldn't participate in any of those activities that was offered to hotel guest If you were going to book as a hotel guest, I would highly recommend as soon as you book to call the front desk and book a wellness activity. So the resort is not fully open there was many amenities and parts of the resort that were closed off and not available yet. I personally would just book a day pass, or even a twilight pass, which I didn't even know existed until somebody told me about it that was using that type of pass. Because I think it's worth just using all the hot spring Mineral water pools, and the pool and the locker room. Basically as a one day pass, guess have access to everything except the gym and the wellness activities from my understanding. But I have to say that our room was pretty spectacular and very clean and large, and had a beautiful view of the lake. So we stayed at the Lakeside lodge building with a view of the lake. It was a really nice room and I really loved it. They also gave you a sleep tray with things to help you with sleep. So that was a nice touch. Parking is free which is a great plus because a lot of resorts you have to pay for the parking. There is a resort fee of $59 but they did not charge us that and I'm glad that they didn't because we couldn't participate in any of the resort fee perks. OK so some of the negative things that I didn't like and I understand that they're trying to get their stuff together they're still opening they're very very understaffed, there's not great signage. The check-in process took a very long time it took us about an hour to check in because we had to check in as a hotel guest and then we had to do a second check in at the bathhouse to get our locker, our towels and our robe and our wristband. I think That could be a little more efficient and you can line it little better, and there was no signs for benefits of pools, ice baths, or just general signage for bathrooms or showers, etc. i didn't really see a lot of staff to kind of guide you of showing you how things work. So I think they definitely need like an event coordinator, a, someone that is always going to be there to manage and help guest out to figure out how to use all the amenities. So just wasn't enough information provided yet The main pool, the adult pool was really really nice. I love the architecture there's not a lot of seating, so I don't know how it's gonna be when it's really busy season, and I didn't like that they didn't have any waiters coming to take your orders like you have to go to the bar and order your food and take it to your seat. I also didn't like that there wasn't a working bathroom at that pool. If you're going to open some thing, open it all the way if the bathrooms are not ready and then don't open that pool yet. That was just my disappointment. But the pool area was super nice. We did use the gym, which was really nice but unfortunately, they had no towels, they had no water, and nothing was posted about when the gym is open. So basically, I would say in general, they need to have better signage, better information about what is included with your stay, better information about gym classes, and the wellness program activities just more available. There's not even a pamphlet or anything on their website regarding all that so I'm hoping that that all comes out soon when they fully open. My recommendation is right now in the current state of this resort is I would not be a hotel guest yet. I would book a twilight pass, which is from 4 to 10 PM so you can use all the hot spring pools and the ice plunge pool, and all those things, and or get a day pass where you can use all the amenities During the day like the pool and all the mineral pools. But I would wait to be a hotel guest when everything is fully open.

Dolores L.

Yelp
Awful experience, waited in the sun more than an hour only to find the place underwhelming and misleading with the amount of pools they have. One of the girls in our group is expecting and it was even worse for her! Also, no restaurants available inside and zero available spaces to sit/lay. Seems to be super mismanaged, like how do you not prepare for holiday crowds? Super upsetting to drive out from OC for this, will not be returning.

Julie T.

Yelp
Amazing!!! As of the writing of this review (04/12/24), it looks like 98+% of the construction overhaul has been completed. And to be honest, after reading all the one star reviews complaining about the construction mess and noise, I was very nervous about having booked this place. But my fears were unfounded. When we checked in the lobby staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. They went over the layout of the 47 acres of the resort, where our lakeside room was located, all the tubs and pools, and the hours of the bars, and eateries. Once we were fully settled into our room we hit the grounds. The mineral pools are plentiful and amazing. They have a couple of very hot pools for the hard-core heat seekers, but most of the pools are a normal bathtub temperature. I do have 2 small complaints: 1) they only have two tiny Japanese style teak wool tubs, and they are super-tiny! So getting to take advantage of them is an exercise in patience; waiting for the three adults who barely fit to move on. But honestly there are so many other great spots to soak in, it's not worth getting bent outta shape over. 2) As well the bar has this absolutely stupid, over thought , over engineered menu of stupid froo -froo drinks. I asked for a margarita and was handed a menu to choose from. No margarita, but about 8 stupid looking drink choices that I would not normally in a 1000 years never consider: like shit with edible glitter. What's wrong with a simple margarita, or a vodka cranberry??? Not everyone want a BS froo-froo drink! But being southern Californians, maybe most people do??? Well I skipped the drinks. Because it was the hubby, our Wee One, and myself, I booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room itself was actually spacious and very "Scandinavian modern". The giant shower head was my favorite feature. So to wrap up: it's a very nice resort with lots of pools (both mineral and chlorine) to hang out in. Beautiful rooms, and Uber-friendly service! I'm so glad I only live an hour's ride from here. I'm definitely coming back again soon, and often!!!!

Chloe J.

Yelp
So glad I ignored the mediocre reviews on MHSR. lol. This place was relaxing and beautiful. And erasing any need for Las Vegas if you're looking for a Cali staycation. I'm torn between saying it's "ok" so it does not get too crowded or giving a good review for a wonderful well kept secret in 110 degrees! . Lol. So I'll just say: great customer service, great amenities, clean. very nice rooms. And fitness classes. even nicer when it's not full of people. So please ignore my raving review, after all if you don't come my preferred room will be available. lol.

Frashta T.

Yelp
This resort requires improvement before I would recommend a visit. I appreciated the use of all-natural ingredients in my pricey spa appointment however, the facial did not perform the results I expected. I've had better facials for less money elsewhere. The spa is currently in a temporary location, awaiting the opening of another building in June 2024. The mud is also in a temporary location. The construction takes away from the quality of the spa experience. The geothermal pools are enjoyable, relaxing, and worth visiting the spa for. However, the temperature tends to cool down in the evenings and the temperature is no longer actually 101 or 104. The spa does not have a lot of amenities and necessities that other spas do like no blow dryer, Q-tips, cotton balls, hair brushes. And charging $10 for a rope when it should be complementary. You do have the option of bringing your own robe to use which I would recommend if you do not plan on getting a facial or massage. I will not consider returning this year until 2025 when the spa is no longer a work in progress.

Yelp
I enjoyed the different pools here. There were enough lounge chairs available. The food and drink options were limited. I enjoyed my mahi tacos and fries, but the chicken sandwich my boyfriend got was really salty. I found it strange that there were no rules on showering before entering the pools and avoiding certain sunscreens. You could definitely see the oils floating on the water especially as the day went along. It was a fun day, but I think I will try Glen Ivy before coming back here again.

Yelp
Trying a new spot opening always has its ups and downs but we truly enjoyed this family friendly new resort. Though there's still some kinks to be worked out they are truly committed to customer service. We enjoyed a family cabana and Ryan was a wonderful server . The woman who checked me in with curly hair, Thankyou for being so accommodating. They even call someone to help you get your bags and find your room and help you understand this vast space! Kevin was so helpful escorting us and helping us get everything needed in our room and it's so appreciated! There are so many pools! Fitness center, cabanas, I really noticed how hard the staff worked to keep the place clean. I never saw them hassling anyone. Rooms were clean Though there's one restaurant, everything on the menu u was delicious! The pasts was so good! The drinks were wonderful and everyone from my mom to my baby was happy I can't wait to return

Yelp
Purchased a Spa day through app called resort pass. Had a great experience. Everything was clean and organized. The grounds are beautiful and ample room. The views also nice. Staff was friendly and helpful everywhere. From check in staff to the restaurant staff. We really enjoyed our time here. Lots of pools to choose from: Individual, small group and large communal, the sauna and indoor pools were inviting. Most definitely will be returning!

Yelp
10/10 experience i had. They have so many pool and hot tub options to go in. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice. I got a day pass on memorial day last minute and it wasnt too Packed. The only thing i wish they had was food but they do have a bar

Yelp
Arrive when it opens, otherwise the line starts getting long, as most guests arrive in groups. There's a handful of staff with the attitude they don't want to assist anyone coming through this business, even at the front desk of the main lobby. I'm sure they receive questions about where one should park, a million times a day, so guests don't get towed. Maybe when guests purchase a day pass a parking ticket should be issued also? I felt terrible for the employees checking in spa guests because the echo of where guests wait is extremely loud and difficult for them to hear and make a transaction. Automated doors could be a buffer to assist with the wait line and keep out the noise. This place has a lot of potential and is going through the growth, getting the quirks out of the way. I recommend more shower stalls, larger dressing room, more restrooms, an additional larger wading pool, staff huddles to mentally prepare for the respectful guests and also prep for the guests that may cause an uproar, hire staff with a more pleasant attitude about coming into work. I heard the staff cleaning around the pools, complaining about guests asking questions. Guests are coming in to relax and have a wonderful experience so that they can share how beautiful the location is and the type of feeling they received coming in and out of it but it truly begins with the atmosphere and attitude of the employees. A smile and kindness goes a long way. I have more about food but the website states other options will be available soon. I'll give it another 5 years of improvement to bring my guests back for an upgraded experience.

Yelp
Had a disappointing experience today at Murrieta Hot Springs. We booked the day pass (about $95), drove up from San Diego with my bestie. Arrived at approximately 10:15am and there were already more than 100 people in line. No biggy we can handle a line. But the line didn't move. We stood in the sun for a while. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we moved ahead maybe 30 feet in the line but still outside and in the sun. My friend and I looked behind us and there were another hundred behind us, standing in direct sun, waiting in the same line. I never leave a review. EVER. But I think it's important if you are planning to visit this stunning resort don't do it how we did it. I would book a room and then you get free passes. Or if you book a salon service then you can check in about an hour or so before your service and skip the line... What hurt was that there wasn't one staff person who came out to speak with us, explain that things were moving slower than usual. At one point, two guys arrived in a golf cart with a large container of lemon/lime iced water and small cups. They put them on the table near the crowd and then left. They didn't smile, say hi to anyone....just rode up and did a drop off then split. Felt like avoidance and lack of customer service training. This was our day off. We didn't want to waist 2 1/2 hours of our day waiting in the sun to get into something we paid for, so we walked over to the hotel, asked for a refund. The guy was really understanding and very nice about it. They need a solution to selling these day passes - we already paid, we should walk in. Maybe have more people along the way offering different services ( a towel person inside, a drink/food person inside, etc). The front counter of 3 people to handle a couple hundred people with a slower than slow process felt like the oddest experience to have at a resort.

Yelp
***The Five Star review is a placeholder until our next visit** This resort has been around longer than recorded time. The Luiseño used the hot springs for its healing benefits until it was "purchased" in 1902 and turned into a resort. It remained this way until some craziness happened in the 70s and 80s and was eventually bought by Calvary Chapel where it was ran as a Bible College until it was sold off during the pandemic. Now the resort is being transformed into a full health spa resort. We had many bumps during our stay, but the staff owned up to them and did their best to make it right each time. I considered our visit more of a "soft opening" and because of that I'm giving them a five star placeholder review until our next visit because I'm sure that the issues we had were things that are being taken care of. Now for my review. The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and more than willing to go out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We stayed in the Stone Lodge, and after switching rooms due to being accidentally booked in a room that was having construction done and was supposed to be out of service, we found the room to be beautiful. Our only complaints about the room would be that the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak and it was difficult to rinse soap and shampoo off, and my wife felt the vanity lighting wasn't bright enough. They currently have one restaurant open and a coffee shop. I got the impression that the restaurant that is open is a temporary solution until they get the other restaurants open. They would really benefit from getting someone familiar with acoustics in there to improve the sound in there, because once people start getting in there it gets very loud and a bit overstimulating, pretty much to opposite of what you're hoping for at a day spa. The spa amenities were a bit disappointing. The locker rooms in the Bath House are pretty bare bones. No towels, hair dryers, or grooming supplies. Really all that's in there are lockers, toilets, and showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. - Robes aren't included with a day pass, you have to pay extra for them. - You get two towels included with a day pass, any additional needed you'll have to pay extra for. - Lockers aren't included, you have to pay extra for them. So you end up seeing people lugging their personal belongings along with them to save the money. The resort has several hot spring "water features" that are advertised heavily with people in them, but are off limits to State regulations. I understand that it is out of their hands, but the fact that it is advertised to prominently is a bit misleading. The pools that they have a great, they check and post the current temperature of each one regularly and it is clear that the pool staff not only take their jobs seriously, they really enjoy what they do. I didn't get a chance to ask, but I am confident that they are mixing the natural spring water with fresh water because the sulfur odors are barely noticeable compared to every other natural hot spring I've been to. Overall, I have high hopes and believe this place has great potential. I think they may have opened a bit prematurely and will come back once they get things ironed out.

Yelp
Work has been ridiculous busy that I didn't get a chance to read the reviews on yelp once it opened! Such a rookie mistake! The place looks beautiful on photos and the grounds looks pleasant, but the overall hot spring spa experience is beyond fail. Cost: $100 price to get in, then you have to dish out an extra $15 for a large locker and $20 for a robe, that's just ridiculous. This should be free! The locker rooms didn't have enough bathrooms or showers. It was outdated and they didn't provide any toiletries. You also had to get new towels all the way to the front. There wasn't enough lounge seats for everyone. The pools were small and so close to each other for such a big property. The water wasn't even hot enough to be called hot spring. The mud area is a joke. They have someone giving small mud to whoever wants it and they provided just two rinsing station that had a long line. We were so disappointed that we ended up staying for only two hours. I know they just opened, but it was disappointing. Maybe if they lower the fees or if they lowered the massage cost it would be worth it as an add on like regular hotels, but as of right now, I want my money back. Do better please!!

Yelp
It was our first time at a hot springs resort and it was hands down the best time ever. We stayed in the hillside room with soaking tub for my mom's 77th Birthday. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The soaking tub in our private backyard patio was wonderful. We spent hours in the tub at night star gazing. Hotel stay includes classes but they were booked so we could not partake in them. There are plenty of areas to soak and away from crowds. Hotel is still under construction but seems to have lots of potential. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Service and rooms were remarkable. Bathrobes and slippers were great too. Only con was the limited food choices. We doordashed most of the time. We are planning a trip back in a few months. Can't wait!

Yelp
We loved being overnight guests at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort. Our lodging was the Hillside Suite and included a private geothermal tub and an outdoor hammock. Our bungalow was spacious and comfortable and just 40 steps from the "6-pack" geothermal pools. Nice perk: overnight guests have access to 12 hot pools not accessible to day trippers. We loved sitting in the pools and watching the stars. We had great pool side service from Ahnee and Marly and were welcomed by customer service experts Riley and Kevin. At the Tortoise Shell cocktail bar, Veronica made me a special lemon drop drink that was exceptional, and I also had great service from Fritz at the Cafe Azuli. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped us because all the staff was friendly. Tip: Lounges at the Oasis Pool filled up fast. If staying overnight, go early the next day and put down your towel to reserve a spot. I also loved the mud bath activity, sitting in all of the geothermal tubs, playing in the Oasis pool, and relaxing on the sandy beach. The property is beautiful and feels very serene. The spa is still working out a few quirks. There isn't a sit down restaurant on site, but you can order delivery from Door Dash to the reception area. They won't let the drivers up to your room. Poolside service seemed understaffed on Thursday afternoon, and the poolside cocktail bar opened 30 minutes late on Sunday. The cocktails were good but the pours were short. If you want the best drink, I highly suggest the mimosa. The best poolside snack that I tried was the chips and guacamole for $14 (plentiful amount of chips for two people.) My wristband didn't work for ordering food and drinks most of the time, but they did let me charge my orders to my room. Some servers seemed frustrated about problems with the ordering system not working and the lack of food options for guests. Even with these little glitches, I encourage you to give Murrieta Hot Springs a try. The property is beautiful, the pools are plentiful, and I felt like the staff was doing their best to be helpful and cheerful.

Yelp
Went to this location June 18th on a Tuesday. Arrived around 11 am. About 15 people ahead of us in line. Two of our friends waited in line and two of us went in to walk around the boutique. We were looking at all the cute dresses and a manager came over and told us we needed to go back into line what?? We were the only people walking in the boutique looking at dresses. We were not being loud at all, just looking at the items for sale. The counter had 3 employees checking a few individuals in. We could not understand why we could not be in the boutique looking at items to potentially purchase. The manager was very rude and condescending and just said she needed us back in line. Guess they didn't want to sell anything. Plus the items in the boutique are WAY OVER PRICED!! $198 FOR A SUNDRESS??!! COME ON A GET THE PRICE POINT RIGHT!! the location was not very clean and saw several employees in the women's restroom walk by paper towels and items on the floor and never once bent down to pick stuff up. Bathroom counter was soaking wet and looked a mess. Saw two employees walk right past and not even attempt to clean up. So disappointing. Cocktail drinks are way over priced for 1 oz of liquor ... Bartenders had zero personality and were rude! We made a special day for our friend who was going to be starting cancer treatment and she asked for a cup of ice for her water. All the bartender said was there's water stations you can utilize out there and pointed towards the pools. I wanted to tell the bartender that was rude and that my friend needed to stay hydrated before her treatments the following week but you know what, I'm not there to tell them how to do their job. So disappointing. Also they make it seem like there's so many pools. Got a couple of chlorine pools. NOTHING exciting at this spa. Go to Glen ivy! Won't be going back. So disappointing as we live in the community. **Update!! ***WARNING*** WARNING**** CLAY**** Tried their little clay cups . The girls said stand here in the shade and rub this clay all over your body. Then walk over to this specific area across a couple sidewalks and you can utilize the lounge chairs / showers over there to dry. We finished applying the clay, put on our flip flops and walked over to the chairs. About 4-5 minutes later I asked my friend if her feet were burning? She said no... I sat there for maybe 2 more minutes thinking maybe my skin was just tightening up from the clay drying but my feet continued to burn extremely bad so I ran over and began to rinse off. My feet/ ankles still felt like they were burning even after I rinsed off the dried clay. I walked back over to the girls that were working that station ( 3 of them ) and asked what exactly is in that clay? They said they really didn't know other than a clay then one said I think it's just betonite clay with some other ingredients. My friends and I didn't stay much longer as I was really uncomfortable. Within the next few days a very bad reaction/ rash occurred! I believe my flip flops ( that I've had since last summer ) and whatever that clay is had a horrible reaction and literally burnt my skin. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IF YOU ARE PUTTING ON RUBBER FLIP FLOPS AFTER APPLYING THIS UNKNOWN CLAY. I will be reaching out to the managers there as I have had this rash since June 18th and I'm updating this review on July 12th. I've tried hydrocortisone 10 but nothing is making this better. Have a referral in for dermatologist from my primary. The way it's looking at this point I'm scared I will probably have permanent scaring from this. BEWARE of THE CLAY THERE!!

Yelp
Horrible, horrible experience. Not one person at this hotel knows what they're doing. (except Desire - she was very friendly and offered the most information we got out of every other employee at the resort, combined). My party stayed in two separate rooms and the bills were mixed up, one was overcharged, one didn't have check in available until 4:45 pm (when check in is guaranteed at 4), amenities that were supposed to be available weren't, and the list goes on and on. As other reviews have mentioned, the customer service at the check in desk is non- existent. Besides handing you a room key when your room is ready(and even that was a challenge), they are unable to do anything else. They weren't able to explain or fix the incorrect bills, they weren't able to assist with the room that wasn't ready, and they definitely weren't personable. There are also no managers available at any time. This resort prides themselves on the "classes" they can offer and upon booking they have you schedule ones that are included in your stay before they sell out - but don't count on them being able to provide a list of the classes that you are signed up for at check in, they won't know how to do that. You can ask 100 times and by the time you get the answer, you've missed the class. The ones we made it to were empty and pointless. The private pools for guests are small and dirty and no showers are available in the private area. There is also very limited shade. The resort remains under construction and full of goose poop as of May 20th, 2024. To sum it up, they over promise and under deliver and I would not recommend Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, unless you like being disappointed.

Yelp
The property is brand new and beautiful. It looks big but I think it's actually small once you walk around and realize "oh, that's it". It was pretty dead when I went. I feel like every jacuzzi was the same, 1-2 degree differences. The "mud" they do on the "beach" looked miserable, I saw people put mud on and just stand til it dried because not a lot of chairs to relax on. The "social media" pic is fake, did not see that pool anywhere, maybe it's still in construction. I heard someone try and order basic ice tea and lemonade, they didn't have that. Stick to Glen Ivy.

Kathleen R.

Yelp
Disappointing! This place might be great in a year but they weren't ready to open yet. I visited 6/19/24. My concerns: Long check in lines (over an hour in the sun), Cafe Azuli inside wasn't opened like it was posted to be online and guests with reservation weren't notified of the date change, no tables next to lounge chairs for your drinks/ snacks, only 1 entrance coming back from coffee bar/1902, high noise levels from guests, reservation signs confusing at some pools, locker and robe rental prices weren't available online, housekeeping opened a closed drape in the locker room while my friend was changing clothes with no warning, no schedule for classes, no map available, kids took away the "wellness" vibe, no bags under the "wet clothes bags" sign, no soap in women's locker room at sinks, way overcrowded, no clear check out procedure, and no printed receipts available. Pros: discounted rate for locals, Server Andy was very helpful poolside, and server Ahnee in 1902 was great for our lunch. I do not recommend yet. Glen Ivy and Murrieta Day Spa have a much better atmosphere.

Judy S.

Yelp
Get rid of the greed and professionally train your employees. I hope the owner and manager take heart to these reviews! The greed in this setting is beyond my state of mind. They are all thinking about money and NOT THE SPIRIT OF A HOT SPRING. I have been exploring hot springs for 45 years and used to come to this fantastic spring in the 70's. It went through some crazy changes, which you can read about. And now the biggest bummer ever: too many rooms, young, untrained employees, serving alcoholic beverages that you can take to the water, get drunk, rude and loud while others are trying to have some peace. Opening this up too soon and charging the total price is just greed. Charging outrageous prices to compensate for the rebuild's cost is foolish. How long will it take before they go bankrupt? Such a bummer!

Rachel M.

Yelp
This place has potential. The property is beautiful. My neighbor and I are local and we're looking to visit frequently. Unfortunately, we were charged full price for a day pass only to get inside the facility and discover that majority of the accommodations were not open yet and there was still quite a bit of construction going on around us. The next day we discover that because of this, there is a discounted rate. Unfortunately we were not offered the discount even though we couldn't get the full experience. I have tried to contact customer service and don't get a reply. I'd love to return once the construction is done how ever with no response from customer service and no warning of closed amenities and construction, this has turned us off quite a bit...

Mindy S.

Yelp
Terrible. Got a refund. Waited in line for one hour and never moved. About 100 people in the sun just standing here.

Maria A C.

Yelp
This review is for the day spa: It's been 15 days and I still have not received my refund of $207. My husband purchased a pass for me online which I informed at the register. I was asked to leave my card on file. My credit for the pass was not used. Instead we were charged twice, I called when I realized it. I was told my bank would receive the refund. I called again 5 days later and was told it was still pending. I called a few more days later and asked to speak to manager. Manager said it had not been processed (error on their end). It's been another 5 days since that call and I still have not received a refund!!

Aishika S.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my time here. I booked a massage so I got free access to the hot springs plus a couple other amenities. Considering it was Memorial Day weekend it actually wasn't as packed as I thought it would be! Also my massage was great.

Courtney N.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time on property this past weekend. The grounds while still being updated a bit were gorgeous, and the staff was unbelievably kind. There were so many variations of tubs to soak in with varying temperatures as well as standard chlorine pools. We stayed in one of the hillside suites with a private soaking tub and my goodness that tub was wonderful!! Room was very nice with all the amenities. Had a small snufu with our room but Jamie the manager was PHENOMENAL. We will definitely be back, THANK YOU!

Sharlet P.

Yelp
Getting to the location was not easy. I went in the beginning of April not sure if it's like still being built but they didn't have much going on, and their mud baths still weren't built. - They also charged for lockers, and it was a pain to even get them to open. The water was good , but there is a lot of sand .

Adrienne A.

Yelp
This was my first time going to Hot Springs and it looks very unusual for a spa because it used to be a college but it was an amazing experience. The only thing I don't care for that they allow kids to be there so if you're going to relax, you will be seeing Kids, have a lot of private pools. The lines are not long. I think it's a better deal if you actually stay at the hotel because you get to experience all of the pools

Stephanie W.

Yelp
Perfect 2 day vacation for our family of 4. They do a nice job letting you know that they are still in preparation of opening everything. The staff couldn't be nicer! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing! Don't listen to the poor reviews, people will always find something to complain about.

Holly D.

Yelp
They are new and figuring a few things out. But great service. Really nice pools & seating.

Krissy H.

Yelp
Well this stay has been incredibly disappointing. We got to the "resort" at about 2:45 pm on a Friday, and were told to go to the bathhouse to soak and wait for our room, which was "guaranteed check in" at 4 pm. We went to the bathhouse and asked how to use the lockers and the attendent didn't know. She then checked on it and we were not given a locker without having to pay, even though we were hotel guests. We went to soak in the sunset pool which was nice, and no one ever called us to tell us our room was ready. So I had to take all of my stuff to the front desk to inquire about our room at around 4:30, thinking surely someone forgot. The room wasn't ready, I had to wait another 10 mins for them to figure out what room we could be placed in. We finally checked into our room at 5 pm. We then went to soak and have dinner. We came back to the room around 8:30 pm and it was insanely loud. Housekeeping was vacuuming in the hall and the guests in the room next to us were partying until late night. We called the front desk and they said quiet time was after 10 pm and there was nothing they could do. We had a nice morning when the resort was quiet and we did a fitness class with Sabrina. It started getting busy with day pass guests which gives the resort a party, rachet vibe, not relaxing at all. We went back to the room hoping it had been made up but it hadn't, I called the front desk 3 times but no answer, straight to voicemail. I finally got through to ask for housekeeping and a 12 pm late checkout for the next day. Autumn told me she would send housekeeping and get back to me on the late checkout. She never called back and housekeeping did not come. So we had to call back at 2 pm and spoke with Alicia who was so incredibly rude and told me a late checkout was a "hard no". She then said she would have a manager call back and (big surprise), no call back! Alicia should work in another industry if she can't say no to guests who are paying almost $1,000 for 2 nights nicely. We went to the adults pool which has no towels, no water, no server and no restroom. I understand the resort isn't fully complete but how hard is it to have a server at the pool? And add a towel station, especially for hotel guests who are paying nearly $400 per night! Trying to get a cocktail at the bar is a whole different fiasco, as a hotel guest you shouldn't have to wait in line with day pass guests. They had no club soda, and the bartender said it was really hard to work behind the bar with no resources! I felt bad for her. Now onto the one restaurant they have open, insanely slow service and the poor bartender had a makeshift bar to work with. Her drinks were the saving grace. The chicken wings were inedible and our servers but crack was hanging out. The menu options are for lunch and dinner, pretty boring. My sister sent her salad back it was disgusting. Cool that they fry their fries in avocado oil though. The floor in the bathhouse is filthy, they never swept it. Almost slipped on the grass due to mud. Day pass people go to hotel only pools. Children crying and screaming. They don't offer slippers or anything so bring your own. Finally, we were able to get ahold of the manager, Scott. We had to call - he did not call us as promised. He was even more rude than Alicia! He argued with us! We got our room an hour late, had to call 5 times to get housekeeping to come and he just argued with us. Appalling customer service from management down. He insisted that we could not have a 12 pm checkout even though our room type is available for that day. No apologies, no remorse, no "sorry but here's an amenity on me for the inconvenience", just a rude manager happily saying no to paying customers. If you are going to say no to paying customers I highly suggest learning a more posied way to say it. Another thing is that day pass guests use the hotel only pools so they are always full and no one checks this, as I mentioned before. This place is a shame and it won't ever get better because management could care less. We gave them chances to make it better, but unfortunately we will not be coming back due to this awful experience.

Yelp
This review is specifically for the Hot Springs and the Coffee Shop next to the lobby. I haven't had the chance to stay in this hotel YET. However, I do live in the area so staying here feels a little absurd. Nevertheless, I've been fortunate to visit this property twice in less than a week, which this review will encompass! COFFEE SHOP: I wanted to start with the Coffee Shop because I'm sitting in it right now as I write this review. Everyone is probably wondering what their coffee is like of course. It's ok. I've only had the Dirty Chai. With tip, it brought me to almost $10. Was it worth that? Not quite. I've had better Dirty Chais. Will I order it again? Not a chance. Will I try something else next time I'm here? Absolutely! FOOD: As for the food, it's pretty much a 10/10. Find me on Yelp and you'll find that I rarely say that. Order the Burrata salad with Salmon *chefs kiss* Shoutout to AHNEE for recommending this on the menu. Truth be told, I'm a little disappointed in myself for not ordering it again today. I did have the Avocado Hummus & HOLY HELL. That fry bread is enough to get you out of the chair and dance, not to mention how fresh & crisp the vegetables were. You're probably thinking, "Ugh, this woman sounds like a health nut with her salads & hummus." Let's talk dessert then. Two desserts available at this fabulous place - crème brûlée and the cookies. I haven't had the crème brûlée yet, but the cookies... dear Lord the cookies. They're the size of a beautiful baby's face that you just want to eat up. Perfect texture. The chai cream that comes on the side was perfectly chilled and tasted better with each bite. SERVICE: Ahnee. Beautiful, radiant, and so thoughtful!!! I travel a lot and have eaten in many places. I've gone to places with incredible food, but lousy service that I won't go back. Because who wants to consume food infused with yucky energy? Not this girl. This place is lucky to have Ahnee and every table that has her is just as lucky. Food here is infused with "vitality" and serviced with gratitude. Not to mention, I was able to sit here for 4 hours while I worked!!! VIBE: If you're looking for the perfect coffee shop to sit and work, this is the place. Couches, high tables, lounging chairs, outlets. You got it! Only thing I'd knock down to this is the music. However, it is a spa type of resort so I can't blame them on the playlist being extremely laidback. What I do appreciate in terms of being able to work at this location is that it's not too noisy that I'm still able to host my meetings and focus on what needs to get done. HOT SPRINGS: If you're a weirdo corporate hippy like I am, you'll find a neat happy medium in this spot. Free wi-fi while lounging in front of the lake, hot spring pools, cold plunge, and mud baths to soak in just when you can't keep staring at your screen anymore. Oh, and that Cedar bath?! Please tell me why more Hot Springs resorts do not have this available. Caveat, this resort still has quite a bit of "revitalizing" happening, which means not everything is available yet. One cold plunge available. But after speaking with the medical professional on site, they're working on single tubs outside the fitness center. Which brings me to... FITNESS CENTER: This facility is immaculate! I haven't had the chance to workout in it though as I believe it's only available to overnight guests. Fortunately, I was able to peak in. You'll find all the weights, sleds, machines, and a banging sound system!!! As for the yoga studio, it looks a little small. But I've never actually taken a class in it so I can't say for sure. OVERALL: If you live in this area & haven't checked this place out, what the hell are you doing?! Get your stressed out butt over here. Day passes are available, along with Twilight. No lie, part of me didn't want to write this entire review because part of me wants to keep this place a quiet secret oasis. Yet part of me recognizes how great of a place this is for our community. Revitalize yourself. You'll be glad you did. With gratitude, Candice.
