Definitely worth a visit while in the neighbourhood, free entry and you get to see another interesting mural from famed artist Orozco and various different art exhibitions.

This museum was recommended by our tour guide on our second day in Guadalajara. It was a 20 minute walk from our flat and in a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and a youthful vibe.
We spent over 45 minutes just looking at the frescos. The other galleries on the first floor were also very good. Unfortunately, we ran out of time so we didn't get to the secod floor, but plan to go again this week before we leave. This is a wonderful musesum and a tremendous value (free admission). Be sure to drop a few pesos in the donation box before you leave.

Excellent space. Crazy nice auditorium! Some great art but not a huge amount which is fine. Well worth visiting :-)

Admission is free but ask for donations which I was happy to do. First floor had couple of exhibits which were nice, upstairs was virtually empty. Stop in if you have 15-60 minutes time, its worth it!

Nice art museum in GDL. Walkable from Col Americana, with very interesting exhibitions . One on lucha libre was very fascinating. Has clean restrooms and a small cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to drop off your bag before getting in and entrance is free with a donation to your discretion.

Front desk - very welcoming and friendly.
The building is beautiful.
The museum is the perfect size, not too big to be overwhelming and not too small to leave you wanting more.
Cauduro’s artwork is captivating and speaks to the subconscious mind and touches upon the intersection where multiple dimensions meet.
Entry - free
Orozco’s hauntingly beautiful murals are worth spending much time contemplating.
We plan on returning a few times before we leave Guadalajara.
Highly recommend stopping by.

Yelp
In centro Guadalajara, this small and unassuming museum is a delightful and hidden treat. Spend the day visiting the near by cathedral, lunching on the plaza and enjoying the art in this charming museum. We went weekday mid morning, not busy.

Yelp
One of my favorite museums. First of all it's free. 2nd, they keep great exhibits that rotate all year. You can easily go through it in an hour. The architecture and design of the place is breathtaking. I had the honor to see a Jose Clemente Orozco mural inside and it was absolutely beautiful. I sat and stared at the Clemente mural for such a long time, taking in every bit of it.

Yelp
If you are in the area to check out the beautiful cathedral next door, you must make a stop at this small but wonderful museum. Not sure it's worth a long trip by itself given the small size. Note that it's free entry so make sure to tip generously. I loved their gift shop and bought a lot of souvenirs for back home.

Yelp
Muy buen museo con grandes obras. Pequeño y probablemente 1 hora para ver. Tuvieron un evento y una construcción que nos impidió ver algunas de las habitaciones. El costo es una pequeña donación.
Very cool museum with great works. Small and probably 1hour to view. They had an event and construction that blocked us from viewing some of the rooms. Cost is a small donation.
