MUSE Hotel

There are so many positives for this hotel - the room is spacious, the food is great at the restaurant (we loved the veggie plate and the burger), and the staff is so lovely. The shuttle service into town or to the beaches makes everything easy. I also had an excellent massage. My only critique is that the lighting in the room is dim, and they should swap the makeup mirror to a ring light. Otherwise, lovely stay and I highly recommended.

Our stay at the Muse St Tropez was simply enchanting. From the serene gardens to the impeccable service provided by the team, every detail was attended to with supreme care. The rooms were very clean and the shower in suite Josephine was heavenly! The atmosphere allowed us to unwind and connect with nature, while still being just minutes away from the lively buzz of St Tropez. The added security offered by the Muse was much appreciated as well. We can't wait to return to this exceptional sanctuary.

We had the most incredible stay at the Muse Hotel— the staff are fantastic and attentive, the property is stunning, the food is excellent and the rooms are gorgeous and decorated beautifully. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and hope to be back soon!

"We were left disappointed with our stay at Muse during our mini-moon. Despite informing the hotel multiple times that we were celebrating a special occasion, there was little effort to make us feel special. The only gesture we received was a single glass of champagne, which felt underwhelming considering the significant amount we paid for our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, especially the pool and surrounding area. Also, the shuttle service is brilliant and our dinner was excellent. The staff at breakfast and round the pool and the guys that do the shuttle service are very attentive and friendly. ||However, we do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:|- We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and the hotel didn’t even acknowledge this after flagging this when we booked. In contrast we stayed at a hotel in Nice last minute as our flight was cancelled and we casually mentioned to a member of staff that we had just got married and when we returned from dinner there was a lovely note, bottle of champagne and cake in our room. The fact Muse didn’t even say congratulations is disappointing |- The breakfast is very poor for a five star hotel. Normally breakfast is the meal we look forward to most on holidays but here you just get a few average pastries, juice and yoghurt included. If you want eggs, pancakes, even water! etc these all come with a very high additional charge. In the end we did pay for this as the included breakfast was so bland. We have never seen a hotel charge for water at breakfast before |- We were staying in one of the highest levels of suites and there was no outdoor space. They tried to “sell” our suite on the basis you could see the sea - however, you could barely see it from the window. It seems so odd that rooms cost the same amount and some have outdoor space and others don’t so it is just luck of the draw if you get a good room or not |- One evening we didn’t get our turn down service |- One evening the hotel booked a restaurant for us and when we arrived at the restaurant we found it was closed that evening so we had to wonder around looking for somewhere else to go |- The restaurant food is great at dinner but the restaurant is empty most evenings so the atmosphere is quite strange |

We came last month to celebrate my mom birthday and we spent a lovely evening at MUSE Hotel. All the staff is very charming and friendly. The Chief propose an excellent food. We took the menu « Passion » with 5 courses it was amazing ! The atmosphere is very peaceful by the pool. We enjoyed all the dishes that were as good as beautiful. Thank you so much to Luca Binaschi and team for this amazing experience. He really deserve a Michelin star ! It was a pleasure to discover this restaurant in this beautiful hotel. We will definitely come back !

I wish I could rate this hotel higher than 5/5. The staff was beyond attentive, the service was exceptional, and the hotel grounds were stunning. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. I genuinely cannot wait to return! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Muse Saint Tropez is truly exceptional. The spacious rooms with ample storage, beautiful facilities, and a fantastic pool make it a great place to spend the day. It was sometimes difficult to leave for the beach or town. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful.
