Muse is the best date night spots in Brooklyn! The vibe is romantic and cozy, not to say how beautiful the garden seating is and the customer service was absolutely incredible. The food is truly authentic and delicious. Our favorite was the Wagyu fried rice, the squeeze of lemon made the flavors perfectly balanced. The BKK wings were super crispy and well flavored. They also have happy hour drinks from noon–8:30pm, so if u get a chance definitely check out their cocktails and mocktails. The purple lemonade drink was surprisingly amazing, especially for only $9! All the portions are huge (we had to pack leftovers). Plus, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Brooklyn Museum. Definitely coming back for next time🥰

Absolutely loved this place! For appetizers, we had the Rock Shrimp — perfectly fried and topped with a delicious sauce — and the Avocado Salad with peanut dressing. Even if you’re not a big fan of avocado, you can skip it, but honestly it tastes great on its own or with the sauce. For mains, the Beef Rib Massaman Curry was incredibly fragrant and rich — my absolute favorite. It comes with small potatoes, rice, and a side of flatbread (the bread was sooo good!). The Alaska Fried Rice (salmon over fried rice) was also amazing, served with two sauces — one spicy and one non-spicy — both delicious. We also ordered the Pad Thai (mixed seafood). I usually prefer pad see ew with wide noodles, but even though this one had thinner noodles, it totally hit the spot. It had shrimp and squid, with crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lime — super flavorful and well-balanced. For dessert, the Thai Coconut Pudding surprised me! I thought it would be like a cold coconut jelly, but it came out warm. Soft, slightly chewy, and really comforting. Drinks: Thai Iced Tea is a must-order — you literally can’t go wrong with it. The Ginger Tamarind mocktail (non-alcoholic) had a strong ginger flavor and wasn’t too sweet. Definitely coming back!

This Thai restaurant in Brooklyn is absolutely amazing. Every dish tasted authentic and full of flavor. I really loved the decoration and overall atmosphere, and the outdoor garden at the entrance is perfect for photos. I highly recommend the Mook Kung Curry — it’s so flavorful and goes perfectly with rice. The Thai Style Pork Over Rice was also one of my favorites. The pork belly was fried crispy and delicious. Their cocktails were great too, and very beautiful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and come back again!

I went to this place for dinner with a friend on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was already packed and buzzing with energy. My friend was seated at the bar while waiting for me, and once I arrived, we were quickly given a table. The service was good, and my friend enjoyed the drink she ordered. We skipped appetizers, though the menu looked tempting. We even considered trying the bao after the server recommended it, but knowing our appetites, we decided to go straight for the main dishes instead. I ordered my usual Thai go-to: minced pork stir-fried with basil and Thai spices, served over rice with a fried egg on top. They absolutely nailed it — perfectly spiced, flavorful, and very filling. My friend ordered a pork belly dish, which she really enjoyed as well. Overall, the food was excellent, the menu had plenty of great options, and the place clearly has a loyal crowd. By the time we left, there was already a line forming outside. The dining area isn’t very large, so I’d recommend arriving a bit early to avoid waiting. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good Thai food in a lively atmosphere.

As soon as you walk in, you can immediately feel the garden-inspired design—lush greenery, warm lighting, and soft music that naturally slow you down. It’s especially nice in the evening, perfect for chatting over a meal. The atmosphere is calm and cozy without feeling heavy or stiff. What I tried: 🍹 Purple Lemonade The color caught my eye the moment it arrived—a dreamy, soft purple. It’s refreshing with a gentle tang, not overly sweet, and pairs really well with the aromatic, slightly spicy Thai dishes. Bonus: it even matched my purple dress! 🥢 Shrimp Roll The shrimp was fresh and springy, wrapped just right. Light and clean in flavor, making it a great appetizer. 🥢 Duck Roll The duck was impressively tender, combined with vegetables and sauce for a nicely layered flavor. Lighter than expected and not greasy at all. 🍚 Beef Fried Rice Wok-hei on point. The rice grains were distinct, the beef was generous, and the seasoning was fragrant without being overpowering. 🥗 Avocado Salad The avocado was very fresh. The dressing was rich but not heavy, balancing well with the greens and vegetables—super refreshing and great at cutting through richer dishes. 🍛 Panang Curry This one really surprised me. Deeply aromatic with just a touch of heat, the coconut milk and spices were beautifully blended. The sauce was thick and comforting but not heavy at all—absolutely addictive with rice. I’d come back just for this dish, and there are so many other Thai curries on the menu I want to try next time. 🍮 Coconut Pudding The perfect ending. Smooth, light, and delicately sweet—satisfying without feeling too rich. Overall, the portions were generous and very filling. The service was thoughtful and unhurried—no rushing at all. They even helped pick up something I dropped and proactively packed our leftovers. A really complete and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

I went here with a large group before going to the museum nearby and had a wonderful time. Their food is really delicious and was very accommodating to me (I cannot have dairy) and my friend who is vegetarian. I got the spicy soup and it was so delicious and I wish I could’ve had more of it but I was so full!! It did seem like our waiter had a hard time remembering drinks for our party, but our group was very large, so it may have been that. Probably most ideal for smaller groups so they don’t have to juggle everyone.

Lovely Thai restaurant with great vibes and authentic flavors. The dishes are well-seasoned and beautifully presented, and everything tastes fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great place for a relaxed meal with friends. Would definitely come back! 🌶️🍽️

Had an excellent dinner at Muse Thai. The food was flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. We ordered several dishes — the Rock Shrimp, BBQ Rib, Pad Ka Pow Beef, soft-shell crab fried rice, and the yellow curry shrimp — and every single one was impressive. The Pad Ka Pow Beef was the highlight for me; perfectly spicy and incredibly aromatic. Their cocktails were also great. “Just A Minute” and “Passion In You” were both refreshing and well balanced. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. A fantastic spot for Thai food in Brooklyn. Highly recommend and would gladly come back.

MUST-TRY Dishes! *Rock Shrimp: Crunch textured shrimp with a touch of sweet sauce. * BBQ Rib: These ribs are the epitome of perfection--succulent and flavorful. Beef Rib Massaman Curry: This dish is elevated to a whole new level with its slow cooked rib and flavorful Massaman curry sauce, served with ROTI bread!  * Duck with GREEN CHILI AVOCADO Sauce: OMG, this sauce is REALLY a MUST-TRY! It's mouthwatering goodness and flavor explosion that will make your tastebuds dance! You have the option to pair this sauce with any meat. Definitely one of the best Thai food in NYC! Highly recommended!

I went here twice. My first visit was near perfection. Seating was ideal. Service was quick. I loved everything I ate but what stuck out to me was the duck rolls and chicken pad see ew. I also appreciated how they served my Thai iced tea without milk (since I can't really have milk). Everyone was so kind and welcoming too! The presentation was also on point. I had felt like I had found a new Thai spot to go to... My second visit showed me a couple of flaws that I can't seem to get past. For one, the person working at the bar was really rude about not adding milk to the Thai iced tea. She basically explained how it was impossible to do and can't be done... confusing and also weird. Two, I ordered a pad Thai this time around and didn't like how the noodles were like a thin spaghetti type rather than the usual thick l, skinny, and flat noodle you usually get in pad Thai. Three, I took this order to go and no one was even in the restaurant but it took about 45 minutes for me to get the food. I just felt really disappointed because my second visit was the opposite of my first visit. Overall, I haven't been back ever since my 2nd visit. But if your experience is better than mine, fabulous! Because I really did want this Thai spot to thrive... maybe it still will. Hoping for improvements from my 2nd visit whenever I have the motivation to go back.

I don't think I have any complaints, so I'll just jump into why this place is undoubtedly a five star rating. Every item's presentation is just as attractive as it is delicious. The tender Beef Rib Curry looks like a work of art and has a rich palette. Every pork belly slice throughout the table spread is crispy and always has a juicy, fatty cut to balance the meat. The Muse Roti has savory, tomato-heavy notes, and the Muse Bay noodles provides a clean, fresh, and sweet notes to the meal. The creamy Rock Shrimp glass cup presentation knocks everything out the park. The drinks are gorgeous as well. The restaurant's interior is modern and chic. Really great spot for any occasion, and really great, kind service. Couldn't recommend this place more!

All I can say is wow! I did t expect the food to be so good. There is happy hour in a Saturday! Order the roti. The curry is so good we had to order another. As a Jamaican, I'm picking about my curry. But this one blew my mind. Friend loved her Crispy Pork Belly Basil Fried Rice and I had kea Mao Drinks were ok

Came here on a Thursday evening for dinner with the gf. It's a pretty nice Thai restaurant on the corner that has outdoor seating on the sidewalk. They also have a noodle bar attached to the side, but was not open, but they were still serving the items from the menu. Staff members are super friendly and are pretty attentive to us. We started off with drinks and both were made beautifully. Just a Minute ($16) is an Irish Gin drink with Aperol, Jasmine essential, egg white, and lemon juice. Chili The Eyes ($16) is a Mezcal drink with long hot chili, pineapple juice, lime juice and syrup. I am a fan of mezcal and then with the added spiciness enhances the drink. For appetizers, we had Rock Shrimp ($12), which are fried shrimps sprinkled with mango and green apple served with special chef sauce. Can not go wrong with these. We also had the BBQ Ribs ($14), which are seasoned char-marinated with BBQ sauce. The meat is fall off the bone good and the sauce on the ribs are phenomenal. We also got the Papaya Salad ($14), consisting of fresh papaya, carrot, tomato, string bean, peanut, chili, and spicy sweet lime dressing. It's a good cold dish to have. For entrees, we shared the Muse Curry ($18) w Duck (+$13). This is a homemade curry paste, fresh coconut milk, bok choy, and asparagus served with jasmine rice or steamed rice noodle. We got the jasmine rice as we like soaking the rice in curry. The sauce wasn't spicy, but tastes delicious. The duck is well made and not oily or dry. We also got the Muse Bay ($21) from their available noodle bar menu, which is homemade roasted pork, crispy belly, bok choy, steamed chicken dumpling, egg, noodle, garlic oil, scallion, cilantro, and chili powder. This thing had probably everything you'll ever need in terms of meat. The broth is served on the side for you to pour into the bowl yourself or however you want to consume this dish. I personally like eating the crispy pork belly while it's still crispy and everything else I did not mind soaking it in with the broth. This wasn't really spicy as advertised, but it's delicious. Overall, loved this Thai spot. If you live in this area, I envy you as you have a nice variation of options to choose from while also being unique and authentic.

This is our 4th time here. Twice to-go and twice dine-in. This was our first time here for their lunch special and was a steal!! Actually this was the first place we ate when we moved into the neighborhood. We ordered it to-go on our first night in the midst of the chaos of moving. We remember it being SOOOOO good. We were excited that this place was nearby. Husband got: -BK wings (2-pc). THE BEST -Drunken noodle with chicken. This has some spice but really really good. -Comes with salad with miso dressing. That miso dressing, I need to bottle up!! I got: -Crispy vegetable dumplings (2-pc)- with sweet chili sauce. Wow I was shocked at how good these were! And the sauce had some heat but also a nice sweet side. Perfect balance. The dumplings doesn't have a vegetable feel to it. Just deliciousness. Loved it. -Spicy basil fried rice with chicken. Classic with some spice! Absolutely loveddddd it. We both split everything and still had to take it to-go. The lunch special is such a great price with the size of the portions and getting an app and salad. Also happy hour is practically all day on weekdays. I think this is our new favorite spot. 4/4 times it's been a hit. The service was also wonderful. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and comfortable :)

Came here last night with a friend for dinner. I ordered the Thai iced tea, great and not too sweet. They ordered a ginger beer that they liked. The duck buns were good but not best I've had. The skin wasn't crispy and the duck was a lil gamey. Delicious chicken pad Thai and hella Spicey but amazing 4 wheel drive soup. Service was solid and efficient! Ambience was solid with cool lighting and love that they have a wall of all windows, fans and AC kept us cool with this humid af weather.

2nd time in a week, first time I took the food to go, second time I had to sit in there, they didn't disappoint. It a cute little spot located in Brooklyn, I'm definitely going back to try new dishes There's also a noodle bar, which I'll be trying next.

I stumbled across this amazing gem and it did not disappoint. First off, the decor is amazing and I am not gaslighting. It's soft, rustic, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. The food was quite good, I had no complaints. My son ran through 2 orders of appetizer wings. The service was A1, the staff was on top of everything. I will add that the restaurant wasn't crowded. I have seen the negative reviews, I definitely will be visiting the bar area to observe more and will update with food pics...

This restaurant is a hidden gem in my opinion! I'm never really around Prospect Heights and there's not many trains nearby, but it is very close to the Brooklyn Museum and there was still a good amount of customers for a Thursday evening! The mocktail Mojito Fizzy was sweet and really good. The VS. Wings had excellent crunch and the BBQ Pork was tender and chewy. As for the entrees, you should totally pick salmon for your protein. The salmon looked dry, but was actually not! The Drunken Noodles are wide, chewy, and mildly spicy. The Muse Curry was so yummy. It's not spicy and has a great thick but runny texture. The duck was also a perfect choice to go with the curry and white rice. The Tamarind Sauce was really flavorful and paired well with the crispy shrimps. Muse is small inside but actually has lots of tables and a really nice bar. The atmosphere is relaxing and a good spot for a date or casual meal!

Muse is a Brooklyn Love Story. Muse (est 2017) is a contemporary-style eatery serving Thai-style small plates & classic entrees such as pad thai noodles. It's a good place for vegans. They have a friendly and professional staff. Indoor layout and design are very spacious and modern with deep ocean blue wall, respectively. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Service was impeccable. Prices were reasonable. We had the Pad Thai Noodles, Fried Calamari and Lemonade. Food was tasty and flavorful. Drink was refreshing. Overall, it's the best Thai restaurant in Prospect Park neighborhood. I highly recommend this restaurant/bar.

I've had a lot of Thai fried rice. It's my go-to whenever I can think of something to eat. Crazy enough, this spot has been open for years, and I never had any from here. I rely on my good Ol faithful spots b/c I know I'll be satisfied. However, one random night, I knew I would have to try it b/c my normal place would take forever to deliver. So I ordered some rice to go. I wasn't disappointed. THANK GOODNESS! I now have a place that's right there to order and pickup. Yay!

The beef rib Massaman curry was incredible! The meat was braised into sublime tenderness, so tender and juicy. The rich flavor of the curry lingered long after the last bite. Muse Bay brings back memories of the Cantonese dish I enjoyed in my childhood. With garnet-red char siu, crispy suckling pig, and springy noodles... it's amazing that I got to savor all these delights in one bowl! The rock shrimp was wonderfully crispy and had an intriguing hint of alcohol flavor. The fresh mango salad was crisp, sweet, and tangy, bursting with flavors. The two mocktails, Purple Lemonade and Tmojito Fizzy, were stunning! They weren't overly sweet or sour but presented a harmonious blend of delicate flavors that invigorate you!

Delicious food and friendly service! I've been here twice and enjoyed both times. The prices are reasonable and the presentation is thoughtful. I also really enjoyed their watermelon cocktail with espolon although I tend not to like espolon. I'd like to try more of their cocktails next time around.

Came here after work spontaneously. Cute little restaurant. We were immediately seated. Lee was very personable. She explained to me what some Thai restaurants called it Pad Se Ewe (Muse just calls it Se Ewe). Food was delicious. Best part? Happy hour until 8:30 pm! Definitely will return!

If you're looking for authentic Thai food, this place is excellent. The flavors are rich and true to traditional Thai cuisine. Every dish is prepared with care and tastes amazing. Highly recommended for anyone who loves genuine Thai flavors!

The spaciousness, nice bar, outdoor dining, excellent service, and friendly staff really add to the ambiance. Plus, the fresh mango salad, BBQ ribs, Muse Bay noodles soup, Alaskan fried rice, and Branzino curry all taste delicious. And a pretty mocktail to top it off--definitely the perfect place to hang out with friends and relaxing.

This gorgeous Thai restaurant in Prospect Heights offers a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We started with their stunning cocktails - a true work of art! I can't recommend the Spicy Tamarind enough. Their mocktails are also super delicious! The appetizer selection was fantastic. The calamari was perfectly golden brown with a light crispy coating and tender squid inside. We also shared the rock shrimp, which were incredibly flavorful and addictive. Our server also recommended the peanut dumplings, which was filled with a surprisingly delicious combination of sweet turnip, red onion, and ground pea, all wrapped in fresh rice. 10/10 The pad Thai with seafood was a classic done right - generous portions of fresh mixed seafood cooked perfectly, complemented by a tangy-sweet sauce. We highly recommend this dish to anyone new to Thai cuisine. The green curry with seafood was delicious and my personal favorite. The seafood was tender and flavorful, cooked in a creamy coconut milk with green curry paste, artichoke, string beans, sweet peppers, and fresh basil. We loved that you could adjust the spice level to your preference. We also loved the 4 Wheel Drive, a spicy Tom Yum soup unlike any I've had before. It comes with your choice of protein, egg noodles, ground peanuts, scallion, cilantro, and a seasoned boiled egg. The broth is incredibly flavorful, you won't be disappointed. We also ordered the spicy basil sauce. This dish features basil, onion, bell pepper, string beans, and chili paste, served with a side rice. Trust me, it's a must-try when you visit. With its mouthwatering dishes and warm hospitality, Muse Thai is a Brooklyn gem waiting to be discovered. It's the perfect spot for a memorable evening with friends or family.

This spot in Crown heights Brooklyn was so good, walking in the restaurant was beautiful, the food here was amazing! I would Suggest the Rock Shrimp, and the Fried rice but you HAVE to try their amazing cocktail selection! They had some cool presentation with some of them and others were so cool for pic and videos (if you're into that!) staff was very attentive, the bartender was a lot of fun to talk too!

I've come to the conclusion there are no truly great restaurants in the weird gentrified strip of Prospect Heights other than Cruz del Sur - Vanderbilt Avenue is sterile in a way that only Brooklyn can be. But there are good restaurants, and Muse offers a perfectly enjoyable consist of Thai staples with a couple of more ambitious offerings under their "street food" menu section. I opted for the roti, which was similar to the roti canai I've had at Malaysian restaurants, and thankfully here also came in a vegetarian version with steamed tofu. If you're a fan of South Indian parotta, you'll definitely enjoy Muse's flaky roti.

Tried takeout from Muse recently and it was really good! Generous portions and quick service. We ordered online and it was ready by the time we got there to pick it up. It's a cute restaurant too. Would definitely come back to eat there. It's a great takeout option and so glad it's in the neighborhood!

Walking down the street looking for a dining spot when we saw this quaint resto. BFF and I knew we had to check it out, after all it was dinner time! Muse Thai did not disappoint. Will definitely go back and tag my fave neph, who's a chef, to check out this place! Their staff was always smiling, which I liked, and the food was superb!

Searching for a Thai restaurant, we found this one in Brooklyn and we wanted to give it a try. We started our culinary adventure with their mouthwatering appetizers, the crispy calamari and the BBQ ribs. For the main courses, we ordered Pad Se-Ew noodles, their savory and delicious Crispy Pork Belly Over Rice and their Alaska Fried Rice...OMG! The quantity was huge!! Special mention to their signature cocktails. We chose the Purple Love and Just a Minute. Well balance cocktails and classy presentation. We couldn't resist and ordered the classic young coconut too, which teleported us to our vacation in Thailand. We gave the Thai Creamy Custard a try, we were (almost) full though. The perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to offer recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Very tasty food just wish it wasn't as pricy as it is for the amount of veg / protein that's in the dish. Good place to take kids though as they were super patient and accommodating but ye only part that feels frustrating is the stingy portions. Put more veggies in at least! Protein too ideally

I have been here a lot. ALOT! Lovely decor. But unfortunately, or fortunately I have found a few dishes that I LOVE and I cannot seem to order anything else. I keep meaning to but what if I get something else and then I miss out on my chance to get the things that I LOVE!!! I tried to hold this review until after I tried something else but, I realize that is probably never gonna happen. Wait service can be distracted, some tables get more love then others. But the bar is exceptional!!! She comes out from the behind and personally hands you your drink if the waitress is taking to long. And those drinks are good! She understands me. I needed this drink! There is a happy hour too. Her Mezcal Mule is why God made alcohol. True story. Appetizer: BBQ Ribs: Crispy on the outside, tender and delicious inside and dripping with sauce. Just the right combo of sweet and fat in your mouth. Yummy!! "No we cannot share these four ribs. Get your own. There is barely enough for me." Had the Crispy Calamari & Wings( I cannot remember which one) once- they were both fine. Avocado Salad with Miso dressing - Plenty of avocado in this salad. Then you smother it all in that miso dressing. I cannot shove this in my craw fast enough! The way the miso compliments the avocado. Delicious! You can also get it with the peanut dressing but I prefer the miso. First timers: Get both on the side then you pick. Miso Curry - I get it with Duck. I think I'm getting some drool on my keyboard right now. That aromatic curry sauce makes me want to crawl on that plate roll around in it. I want to lick that plate clean. You know cause "waste not want not.". Not because I'm greedy. ( Excuse you.) Dessert? Are you serious right now? After all that food I need the jaws of life to pry me out from behind that table. Then I can slowly roll my fat happy ass out the door until next time.

Great HH deals until 8:30PM - count me in. Got a screwdriver ($8) and bluepoint lager ($6) for drinks. The screwdriver was STRONG. For food, we got the papaya salad, BKK wings, and tom kha soup (calamari). Food came out fast but it isn't the easiest getting the server's attention (not many employees on the floor - understandable. The sauce on the wings were flavorful (sweet and spicy) and was double (maybe even triple!) fried. The papaya salad was perfect - sweet, spicy, crunchy, and refreshing. Green papaya, green beans, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and peanuts - everything you want and need in a papaya salad. The soup was surprisingly spicy - take note and caution!

Came in by myself for a late lunch and sat at the bar. It had a ton of stuff on the bar top, making it cluttered. Wasn't feeling a drink so I ordered a lemonade and some Vegetable Pad Thai. I liked that it came with such a variety of veggies! Besides that though it didn't have much taste besides being a little sweet. Not very authentic so just kind of meh.

The driest duck I've ever eaten. Definitely not worth the $20 price. My friend ordered pineapple shrimp fried rice and it was also disappointing. So places to go in Brooklyn other than this overpriced place.

The food is amazing, cocktails fantastic, staff is phenomenal... I haven't made it to Thailand yet, but the beautiful people of Muse are provided us with the tastes, hospitality, and warmth of their 'Land of Smiles'. A 'muse', an inspiration - perhaps a modest transcendence to an alluring South Pacific oasis brimming with friendliness and authenticity of culture and flavor... right here on Washington Ave in Brooklyn - just a short tuk-tuk ride from wherever you are. Food was actually pretty good But service Waitress is terrible, unfortunatel! Sad because likes the food but don't think I ll go back...

Really sad to leave a negative review given we've been many times, however our experience earlier today was so disappointing and unresolved that it left a bad taste for us and my family will not return. Clearly a poorly managed restaurant and you should beware as they provide meals with missing key items listed on their menu. For example, noodles dish that includes 4-5 vegetables listed and they have a singular piece of one of the 5 veggies in the entire dish. So essentially you are just eating pasta. When this was brought to the attention of the restaurant over 3 calls and in finally attempted to resolve in person, and unfortunately the staff was very rude and dismissive. Super dissatisfied and very upset with how they handled this.

Went to Muse. I preface my review by saying I am a hard grader. Most would give this place a 4 but I like to leave room special food or experiences. 3 for me is good and returnable. 4 is very good food. 5 is superb. I would definitely return here. Ambiance. I love blue and it is painted blue with a blue banquet. A bit rustic and that is not a bad thing. Service. The staff is wonderful. They greeted us at the door and were pleasant and helpful throughout the meal. I was able to get them when needed. Food. The food was tasty. As an appetizer, we had the duck bun. The duck was well prepared. The buns were smaller than expected but delicious nonetheless. I had the tofu eggplant basil. It was spicier than expected but I was warned. Not inedible. Just more of a punch and I like spicy. All in all, it should be a go-to for a neighborhood spot.

Best food ever. Best ambiance! Amazing drinks, all the staff were extremely attentive and polite. Such a fantastic place!!! Will definitely be back

Came here on a whim with a friend and it did not disappoint at all! The vibe is very cozy and gets intimate at dinner time when the dark blue walls are only lit with candles and warm lighting. The food was really good and satisfying, good portions for pricing. I had the lava shrimp which was so tasty. The drinks were so good! Big drinks and heavy pours are always a good combination! The only slip up for me was the service. There were three of them to cover the bar and the tables both inside and outside. I'm not sure if everyone felt it but we did really feel overlooked at times. It took them forever to come take our drink and entree orders. Would definitely still come back here and recommend to others. Perfect date spot.

Great cocktails, reasonable prices, but the food was very salty, especially the duck. The drunken noodles were delish!

Probably, almost definitely, certainly my favorite Thai restaurant in Brooklyn. Muse Thai is cute and small and the food is always good. I've ordered the shrimp and basil Thai noodles several times and each time has been a hit. Tasty, hot, good food is what Muse is dishing out. Great for a date night or a solo bite to eat. I've been picking up food to go lately. Next time, when I have time, I'll try a cocktail or two. Muse is a great place.

Went for a late lunch Thursday Feb 8th invited by a friend who loves this place. Our group of 9 was seated comfortably at a cluster of 2 person tables. We had a rib appetizer that was devoured before any photos were taken. Next came platters of sautéed eggplant and veggies we loved. Main course was crispy shrimp over spicy basil noodles- awesome. Others had pineapple rice and loved it. Service was as polite as it gets, reasonable prices, and clean facilities. Highly recommended.

I'm 98.9% sure that this has become my favorite Thai restaurant in NYC. My first time at Muse was on a whim with a friend. I liked the rustic look, the portion was good for the price. The service was pretty good and i have already recommended Muse to a few of my friends.

I came to the Muse to celebrate a great friends birthday. I made reservations via Yelp, but we were running a little late because parking was so difficult on that side. I believe it's all due to the other eatery's and lounges in the area. If you can park on Eastern Parkway, parking garage if you can, walk or just take an Uber. I called to let them know I would be a little late. When we arrived we were seated in 10 mins . We were seated in the outdoor dining area on the side of the restaurant. The table and chairs cleaned off immediately. There was only one waitress and she was on point. I mean you wouldn't believe she took our drink and food order and didn't miss a beat. She still managed to serve all the customers inside and outside - ON HER FIRST DAY! We ordered there famous wings and two orders of the Hawaiian Thai rice. I was surprised at how much flavor the food had. Just to be clear this place is now my best place to order Thai food. The drinks need a little improvement, but I believe it was because of the rush to get food and drinks out to all the customers in a timely fashion. The birthday boy enjoyed it all and complimented the waitress for doing such a great job. I enjoyed it so much I ordered a Hawaiian rice to go. The bill was only $90 dollars and that was with (2) drinks, (1) order of wings, (3) shots and (2) order of rice. I must confess I enjoyed the food and the company, but the service is 100% on point. Please give it a try, I promise you won't be sorry.

Drinks- took forever to get to the table and when they did get there one tasted like dish water. When we told the staff it wasn't good, they took it back looking at us like we were insane. Food- came out partially which always sucks raw veggies inside rice that were old and papery. Bland chicken with no flavor, and out of street noodles. Service- rude rude rude. When we told them of the papery onions they ignored us again and instead came over for payment, so when I skipped the tip she rudely snapped at me "you're paying in cash for tip right?" After the rude service, rushed food, and nasty drinks, no I will not be tipping or coming back.

Food was very tasty. The soup had great flavor. Great service with very nice people. Drinks were pretty solid and the ambiance was great. I would def go back or recommend. Especially for a date night

Overall good vibes. We got the papaya salad that comes with the BKK wings and a side of sticky rice. Then we ordered an entree of the chef's special curry with duck. Papaya salad was tangy, sweet, and a bit spicy. The BKK wings were amazingly crispy, perhaps double fried? The sticky rice was a bit dry in my opinion so I didn't eat too much of that. As for the curry, it was super creamy I love the sweet coconutty flavored sauce. The duck was cooked just right and crispy, with no bones. The platter came with various greens, like avocado, bok choy, and asparagus. I didn't finish the curry so I took it to go. To my dismay when I opened it the next day there was very little leftover curry sauce, just the duck, even though I had left a good portion of it on my plate. Maybe they wanted to minimize any spills but please keep it saucy in the future! It is the one of the best part of the dish.

The food was cooked to perfection but we like our food a bit more spicy so it wasn't spicy enough and was overbearingly sweet. The drinks were so well made and cheap so we still would go back just might ask for way way more hot sauce on the side

Oh this place is really cute and yes the food is good to. I came here with some gal pals for a good ladies night. I was highly pleased with the service. The bartender was really sweet and she made some bomb cocktails. So good I can't remember the name but the taste we good. I opted for the Muse Curry with shrimp & veggies, this was awesome!!! The house curry was everything savory, sweet, spicy and well seasoned!! It came with your choice for white or brown rice. The portion was fantastic and the shrimp amount and size was fulling, just looks a the pics. This spot is in my neighborhood and I'm so glad, its hard finding good Thai food. If your in the area come check it out good seating and it very relaxed. 5 star menu with a very chill and friendly atmosphere totally enjoyed it!!

If you have Celiac: beware of the way their menu is formatted. Things with "wheat" are marked with a W, but stuff with soy sauce (which has gluten!) and other "crispy" items slide past the "wheat" label, which can be a huge problem for anyone with food allergies. Stick to the curries, which are almost always gluten free. I get the red curry every time, and haven't gotten sick. Drinks are decent and happy hour makes the drinks really affordable. The vibe is great, and their outdoor seating is really nice, too.

Pretty tasty Thai food in a very nice location, although there are some other Thai places in Brooklyn that I've been to recently that were of similar quality and slightly cheaper. I think the curry here was much better than the pad Thai.

We came here on a Friday night without prior plans, after not being able to get a table at another restaurant nearby. We got here around 7pm and were seated immediately at one of the outdoor tables. The restaurant is small and doesn't have very many outdoor tables, probably around five. They are open for indoor dining right now. The menu does not have a lot of variety and contains many typical things that you normally find at Thai restaurants, stir fries, curries, pad thai, etc. There weren't any uncommon or special dishes listed. We opted to share the massaman curry roll as an appetizer. My husband got the pad thai, while I ordered the lava shrimp. The massaman curry roll was probably the best dish of all. It consisted of beef in a roll, and was deep fried. The pad thai was okay, and my husband thought the same. My lava shrimp was not bad. The shrimp was fried and crusted, then drowned in a sweet chili sauce and served with steamed broccoli on the side. The sauce was a little bit too much by the time I got to halfway through the shrimp. Service was a little bit hard to get hold of at the end, but was generally good.
