Absolutely shocking customer service. I arrived after driving from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv during missile sirens, after having to pull over twice on the highway because of interceptions. I was exhausted, anxious, and shaken. Despite the fact that all my information and credit card details were already in their system, the receptionist Alona refused to check me in because I couldn’t immediately locate my passport in my bag. Instead of showing even basic compassion, she called her manager in Hebrew, assuming I didn’t understand, and complained about me, saying I was “מבלבלת לה במוח פה.” Then the manager Ronit told me on the phone that if I couldn’t find my passport immediately I should look for another place to stay. During a war!!! The interaction was so rude and humiliating it literally brought me to tears! Manager Dov eventually stepped in, apologized, and checked us in. But by that point I was already so shaken by the experience that two hours later I left the hotel and went to a different place. I ended up leaving the hotel 2 hours after i checked in! I didn’t even ask for my money back. I just literally ran away from there, because after the way I was treated I felt I simply couldn’t count on the staff for anything if a real problem occurred. Cute place. Absolutely horrific service. Stay away!!!

Great hotel right by the beach, surrounded by cafes and dining options. Welcome Treats...Complimentary bottled water and a box of chocolates await you in your room upon arrival The lobby offers 24/7 free coffee, frothed milk, cookies, and fruit. Rooms are modern with high-speed internet, AC, and amazing large showers. Breakfast is served next door (15 steps away) and is fantastic, with hot pizzas, quiches, and a huge salad bar. Reception is open 8 AM–9 PM, but there’s a 24/7 phone response and secure code access at night. Very safe and highly recommended❤️

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was NYE when I checked in so they offered me champagne. Room was nice clean, fabulous coffee machine with many different flavoured Nespresso's. Breakfast was served next door which I think is a sister hotel, as you could speak to one reception if the other was closed. There were just two things that I disliked about this hotel. 1, The Wifi it never worked even when it showed a full signal. 2, The TV, they put a remote in which prevented you from changing the source. This mean't you can not connect your own device. I had a very wet stormy day so I ended up watching Netflix on my own small device having to use roaming data. Other than that, I definitely recommend the hotel.

Very much enjoyed my stay here. It’s perfectly located next to the beach and the rooms are modern and clean. This hotel is next door to the metropolitan hotel (same ownership I was told) and there you can use the gym and have breakfast.

Great location, great hotel. It is a boutique hotel.with touches of modern arts. Unfortunately, there has been metro tram construction that cause a lot of noise and dust along the streets. Many shops are closed or abandoned along these routes. Room is large with modern amenities. It is well maintained. The windows need improvements to minimize street noise even at night. Breakfast was excellent. Many healthy delicious options. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was noisy during breakfast having neighbor doing consultation. We had to move inside in the lobby. Lobby is well maintained, thanks to Evans and others who diligently keep everything clean. For dinner, we had to go to next door, Metropolitan hotel, owned by the same company. All staff were friendly. .

We had a wonderful Tel Aviv stay at The Muse. The location, kosher food and service was spectacular. Shout out to Ben and his team for their friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Children and teens are not allowed at the hotel. The ambience is very relaxed and every detail is considered for their guests pleasant stay. This boutique hotel has a high level of food service with an exquisite breakfast/brunch. Highly recommended!

This hotel is clean like a pharmacy. One of the best places to stay in the middle of Tel Aviv. 2 minutes walk to the beach and walking distance to all attractions. We stayed 7 days and its feel like home, the room got all we needed, beds sheets were so comfortable, the breakfast is one of the best, the selection and the quality filled us up till dinner. All day and night different cold drink, coffee, espresso, tea and cookies available in the lobby On Thursday afternoon Happy hour with wine and trays full of mini sandwiches. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Muse Hotel Tel Aviv. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in December and absolutely loved it. Attentive staff, very timely and attentive service, a lot of attention to detail, very courteous and friendly, particularly Ben the manager. The breakfasts were absolutely delectable, with a lovely selection of your standard Israeli vegetarian breakfast and cheeses as well as made-to-order egg dishes such shakshuka and pancakes. Also, a very central location super close to the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions which allowed us to pretty much walk everywhere. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Muse Hotel!
