Google
A fascinating museum about the history of toys. You can find many toys from different era like Barbie, teddy bears, dolls, cars, ... It's a pretty small museum but you can spend an hour or more inside. There's also some board games that you can use during your visit which is nice. It's a museum for everybody but I would say mostly older kids and adults. It's more on the educational side which wasn't an issue for me. I learned a lot of things and enjoyed my time. Also the staff is lovely!

Its a small, very cute museum. At each floor, you will find board games or other activities to play with your kids, along with an exhibition of tous from different times. Last floor is dedicated to trains and several of them run!

Nice little toy museum in the center of Colmar with several nice exhibits, including model trains and an impressive Playmobil display. You can also play several games, including boardgames and classic arcade games. Not the biggest museum, but nice to spend an hour or so, especially if you have young children. Highly recommended!

Nice museum with lots for kids to do. The puppet show was unfortunately not working

I went with my son with low expectations having not read any reviews and literally making a spontaneous choice to go. My son and I engaged in everything that was on offer. It was funny for him to see toys his dad had once played with. We built stuff we pressed buttons and loved the time we had there. Only complaint is that some of the buttons didn't work and we could only get one train to work. But all in all friendly staff nice well laid out Museum.

Small museum with nice exhibition. Wish the play area had more toys available to play with. Worth a visit.

It's such a great place! This museum is located in a beautiful, colourful little city. We did not have any kids with us, but this toy museum has sparked some nostalgia for some of us as some used to have the displayed items. It's really interesting to see what some kids in some parts of the world played with at different moments in history. We went there on a rainy day, but i recommended this place if you are around.

Yelp
This museum has an extensive collection of toys over three floors. On the top is model trains. The second floor is devoted to dolls and the first floor has vintage toys through the eras. The temporary exhibit on toy aviation was great too! Lots of Legos and Playmobils. Tons of places for kids yo play or create! Great family museum with something for everyone.

Yelp
This was a very cute museum. With a Many interesting facts from toys throughout the years. It was nice that they had some binders full of English explanation as well They also have a puppet show in French just ask the front desk for the times when it runs. The only thing that was annoying was at 10 minutes before the museum close they asked us to leave. Plus 10 minutes before that they were already turning off lights and such. When we pay for a ticket it's only fair that we get to stay till the closing time.
