Interesting museum but not more than that. When I was there, the main building was under renovation. So I visited the annex part only. If you like to see old American jeeps, missiles and tanks... this is the place. Can be seen in less than one hour.

Still closed for renovation as of November 2023 but the building itself has stunning architecture and you can visit the nearby Granma Memorial for CUP 200 (~$0.77)

Still closed for the main exhibition. The part where all the vehicles stand is still open for 200cup. But you have to leave your bag kind of kind of unattended and not locked away at the „ticket office“, we left for that!

I too was unable to go into the museum building as it was closed. I saw the outside display. It was eye opening to see. Until I visited, I was not aware of more than one U2 being shot down. I honestly thought, the one shot down over Russia was the only one. Turns out I was wrong. I saw pieces of the one shot down over Cuba. Granma was there, the boat Castro, his brother, Che and about 70 others took from Mexico to start a revolution. It is a static, very humble display of jeeps, tanks, planes, etc. But screams so much history. Enjoyed and recommended... as is the rest of this beautiful country.

Cuban version of history. Nice place. Students on tour, otherwise closed inside.

Been there prior to renovation and essentially a banana republic museum with nothing worth viewing. Instead of wasting money renovating how about caring for your citizens who have no food, electricity, water, medical, or other basic necessities.

Interesting visit. Building is still closed. Foreigners are charged $200 CUP each. Only the park is open to walk around and take pictures.

I went a few years ago. Very clean, good presentation and not too busy. Very interesting and informative artefacts. It takes about an hour going around. Would definitely recommend when visiting Havana.
