Museo del Títere

This puppet museum is small, FREE, and fantastic. I really really like it (and I hate dolls and I hate puppets). They have puppets from all over the world. highly recommend you spend 30 to 60 minutes here.

A bit tricky to find, small door in busy traffic circle. Gratis entry (!). A small but unique little museum, upstairs. Cordial greeting and in you go. Puppets of all kinds in several rooms, very well done mostly. Wood, ceramic, mache, clothe. If you're in a hurry, don't bother with it. See the big catedral, Roman theatre, promenade for sure. IF you have a spare hour, some energy, a cute place to visit. Reminds me a bit of the Fallas museum(s) in Valencia. A unique, interesting, pleasant, and more important, memorable, surprise.

Very interesting place. I was surprised to see the masked puppet from Nepal as well. There is a collection of puppets from different parts of the world.

Very nice place - small museum (no more than 1 hour for visiting!) and very interesting, great for children! IT IS FREE! You can touch dolls and watch their fantastic dresses very nearly. Dolls from all over the world!

Even if you are not interested in puppets this is a wonderful museum to visit when visiting Cadiz. Entry is free and the exhibitions are well presented.
