Going to this museum and shop was one of the highlights on our trip to Italy. It was interesting to learn about the olive oil process over the years but what made the trip to this store so special for us was the incredible people working there. They we so friendly and welcoming. They were informative on different types of oils, balsamics, and other products they had us sample which made it easy to choose what to buy. I will absolutely return the next time I am in Italy! Visiting this shop is worth a trip!

Very beautiful museum, that tells a story of olive oils production. You will find various tools and watch short films that explain the entire process. Entrance and the parking are free. At the end, you can taste and purchase different olive oils.
We’ll definitely visit again!

A very interesting place. Entrance is free. I saw olive processing facilities for the first time in my life. Here I also saw handmade wooden screws (for oil presses)! I was speechless! I also bought REAL olive oil! It really wasn't expensive. Very friendly staff. I will definitely come back, in the future holidays.

Olive oil testing was such a pleasant experience! You could feel and taste a part of authentic Sardegna. And the best part… hospitality of the owners Francesco and Federico makes it so special.
PS. Great place to celebrate your wedding anniversary!

This is well worth a visit. In a very short time they provide a very informative education on Olive oil and how it is made both now and in the past. They have a few nicely done videos and many museum quality items from the history of Olive oil production. At the end you can sample many items and buy some if you like. Also note that the restroom is outside on the side of the building and they need to buzz you in from the front desk.

A small museum with numerous artifacts, maps, machinery, and historical presses. There was a gift shop with flavored and classic oils. Parking was available on site. Tasting area is on site, and the museum entry was free.
