Terrrance had a good view of Catania. Etna was a bid cloudy on my visit but suspect it can be seen on a clear day. Good collection of religious artefacts. Might not be everyones cup of tea

Interesting little museum, the most interesting thing (IMHO) is that the ticket gives you access to the Achilles Terms next to the Cathedral. (Enter inside the Cathedral grills and on the wall at the right of the Cathedral, before entering into it, you will find the entrance of the Achilles Terms). Nevertheless, this museum exposes some interesting artifacts that worth a visit.

Went there with a combined ticket from monastery and were surprised with how good the exhibition was! Really enjoyed the terrace on the roof and exhibited objects, especially books and paintings.

The terraces were the only thing, I really liked. Many artifacts did not have an explantion in english. It was an average experience, nothing special.

Wonderful Museum with plenty of masterpieces of the Catholic Art. The museum keeps a couple of secrets: inside, you can see part of the underground river Amenano ("The headless"), and from the top of the building you will get access to a priceless point of view of downtown. Really recommended.

The view from the terrace is breathing. It's said that you can see the mount Etna as well (not while we were there, but maybe on a clearer day), but nontheless the roofs of Catania, especially the churches, were amazing. Staff is polite, but as with all the rest of Sicily, no one speaks English. The visit would've been much more helpful if we had any English material to explain to us what we were looking at

Pretty boring museum, at least when pretty much nothing is in English. The underground spa/bathhouse was pretty cool though (and it is a separate attraction on its own..) No air conditioning so prepare to sweat your skin off if you are visiting on a hot summer day.

No english translation. You only have a flyer an english with brief explanation about each room. Not very informative
