A few days ago we travelled to Ronda and this museum was in our top 10 places to visit.we really enjoyed our excursion. We saw a lot of exhibitions and we were reading several interesting facts about each. The staff is really friendly and you can rely on them! they will always help you or even explain some curiosities. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!

We found this museum by chance, and what an amazing place to visit! There are so many collections to look at. The museum is a tardis with different rooms and areas to view. The gentleman/owner was so lovely and extremely helpful. Will definitely come back and recommend a visit here to everyone. Don't miss it!!

A brilliant museum with so many different sections, there is genuinely something for everyone. So much fun, and the staff are lovely and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Ronda - and don't forget to see the spooky sections downstairs!

The Spanish Inquisition display was fascinating and very well done. It had a very curious and amusing old-fashioned dildo machine. Hysterical. Absolutely worth a visit. Remember the Spanish Inquisition section is downstairs. Very quaint and in keeping with the beautiful town of Ronda.

Well worth the entry fee. This is a personal art and historical item collection of varying themes. Some local items, a bit of a mix, but it will keep you entertained for an hour.

We had an absolutely wonderful time walking through the interesting displays at the Lara Museum in Ronda a few days ago! Sr. Lara has so many amazing collections, and he shares them with the public in beautiful ways! Each room showcases different eras and themes such as clocks, musical instruments, gramaphones, cameras, cinema, machinery, bullfighting, guns, fans, dolls, and the varied content goes on and on. We were reminded about past days and we're whisked back into history around every corner. We had the distinct pleasure of meeting the proprietor himself, which was a joy! It was a wonderful change of pace to explore this beautiful building which housed so much of yesteryear. We will visit again!

I was drawn there by the Spanish Inquisition torture display which was quite interesting. There are many more diverse exhibits. An eclectic collection. The lovely lady that sold the entrance tickets was warm and welcoming, encouraging me to interact with the displays. This is a museum where you are expected to touch stuff. It is not very big which is nice. You feel like you don’t need to rush through one part just to get everything in. Entrance price was nominal.
