The faulty towers of museums! An eclectic collection of anything ‘Lagos’ including some nice local art and historic paraphernalia. A very strange method of entry existed when I visited and the staff appear to have been trained by the gestapo ! All in all worth a visit especially if you qualify for consessions and it is a grey and windy day.

Just walked be and decided to visit. Entree €3. Nice things to see. Paintings, old stuff, very beautiful Church with a lot of gold. Lets surprise you!

Like I read it from an other review. Small local museum very well arranged, with interesting pieces. Pretty well done. It worth to visit approx 40 min. And it pleasant to walk in and visit. Nice

Nice little museum, worth a visit with family. You’ll spend about 20–30 minutes there. It costs around €1.50 for students or €3 for adults. When it’s smoking hot outside, it’s a good place to visit – they also have AC!

Measly entrance free for an interesting museum, albeit one with a very confusing layout, with no clear directions which way to go. The pièce de resistance is St Anthony’s Chapel, right before you exit. There is no warning to the immense, gilded grandeur you’ll see. Worth the price of admission alone. Otherwise some random, beautiful artifacts and mediocre nature themed art pieces. Staff are quite kind (except for the moody reception). In and out in less than an hour.

Small, but perfectly formed museum! Creative displays - I especially loved the big 'Cabinet of curiosities', which was a room sized enclosure with everything from ethnography, through medieval objects to natural history exhibits. Stunning gold church interior as the last room. Simple single route through the museum. Each room had at least one tactile object with accompanying brail description.

Absolutely brilliant museum, good range of items all in great condition. Me and my friends really enjoyed walking arround, decent for the price and the church at the end was a great surprise ending the visit on a high.

Museum is OK for the price, but the wait is too long. We waited 30 minutes on the hot streets before the angry looking fat man let inside, where we waited another 10 minutes to be let into the mostly empty museum.
