Museu Náutico da Bahia - Farol da Barra

Amazing! Incredible! So much history, a lot of interesting things to see, and even a cafe/restaurant inside. I highly suggest climbing to the top of the lighthouse (if you can handle the steps)

Beautiful views, great artifacts, and welcoming staff. We got to interact with Alice, she is so well informed! She even taught us a few Portuguese phrases Lol. Highly recommend a visit to this museum for historical and cultural insight.

Stunning views of the city and easily one of the most beautiful spots in Salvador. It’s a popular destination for both locals and visitors, and for good reason. A great area to stroll around, take in the scenery, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Historical building with a great value by itself, the place also offers great views for pictures and sightseeing. Many people walking and doing sports at all times. Nice place like the are that around, try to visit early morning to avoid the massive tourist but recommend. It’s a nice place to take a walk around the beach

Nice area to walk to but I would say go during the day for sure. The area doesn’t seem great at night but there are a lot of police around. We didn’t get to go inside but was nice to see up close. People will try non stop to sell you things so just be prepared to say no lol

Amazing view! It is historical fort in Salvador. We can feel and imagine that era atmosphere. Even for kids, they can enjoy fully this beautiful place.
