Excellent comfy interesting museum. First floor is great, second floor is good, and third floor is not much there.

What a fun museum! A creative juxtaposition of bread and it's impact on civilization with art. English explanations throughout, along with an very thorough audio guide provided.

Small but perfectly formed. What a wonderfully quirky and unexpected little museum. A museum about bread and the art it has inspired. Exhibits cover the history and origins of bread from both a social history and scientific context. Then art works from Chagal, Dali, Warhol, and many others.

A small privately run museum over 3 floors. All about bread, looking at it from many perspectives, not just as a source of nourishment. It has an excellent audio guide in English, French or German ( possibly other languages too). Separate audio guides for children. Some interactive exhibits. They also run lots of workshops, apparently. They are holding a festival next week, which I’d love to attend. We were told they will be closing down for 6 months to reorganize until May 2019 soon. We spent 2.5hours in the museum and completely lost track of time there. It exceeded our expectations and we‘ll definitely come back in 2019 for a workshop and to see the new set up.

lovely staff & interesting collection, a great mixture of historic and recent art with objects explaining the history of bread, baking and milling in an old rennovated warehouse in ulm.

Not really focused on bread. More an art/history museum with bread related comedy here and there. Really fun experience!

An interesting museum, which introduced lots of economic, historical, political knowledge with bread, a very basic daily necessity of life.

A story of bread told by art, not bad.
