It is a good example of a medieval tower. They have a high tech system for audio guides, but it is quite irritating. It doesn't work well and some of the content is quite irritating. Most visitors know was a fossil is.

Recommended by our host who introduced us to this ethnic group (being Ladin himself). Great place to learn about Ladin history and heritage. Very interesting.

A gem of a museum, rather unique in its exhibition approach in several ways, at a scenic remote location—we recommend it highly to travelers interested in the unique Ladin culture of this region. Easy to access by car, accessible as it turns out by bus as well—the hike up in high summer on a paved road was insufferable.

Found this little gem on our way. Very interesting place. The lady at the reception was very knowledgeable and gave us great information. Don't miss out if you are in the neighborhood.

The museum is within the castle and all is so well preserved. You will feel as if time has stood still, since 1230 ! All very impressive

Remarkably good and detailed exhibition about the ladins and the people of the Dolomites. Worth its price. We spent 3,5 hours there.
