No ticket required, free entry. They offer guided tours in English, Sinhala and Tamil. I booked on eventbrite for free. It was an immersive exhibition themed land use thoughout decades. Loved every piece and the narration by the staff, as well. Kids also loved the display.

Attended a curator’s tour for Total landscaping rotation 1 by Thinal and absolutely loved it! So deep and insightful. Worth visiting! And the best part is that it’s FOC!

Wish I got more perspective inside. Loved reflecting on how the burial of violence and cruelty occurs in the sunny Sri Lanka today. It’s based in Colombo but really there should be so much more study and showcasing of the war’s effects on people and center Tamil perspectives. Even the name of the exhibit ironically is about land reformation which smudges the subject of the the war’s impact. I’ve spent a month here looking for stories of the Tamils and even when asking locals many confuse facts with each other. There should be more on this marginalized and discriminated population. I understand it’s the start of shedding light post-war though because it is somewhat recent.
