Modern Art Museum

Very small but nice, if you are limited in time, I advise to visit another museum

Lovely place. But last time try to visit. With Romanian tourist groups. That time with out any information they closed.

A beautiful enormous old traditional Kuwaiti house holds the Museum of Modern Art that consists a number of artworks of local artists. I loved the essence and old traditional architecture, specially the open sky square at the center of the house, where the “WINGS OF MEXICO” (photo) is placed.

We attended the unveiling of a mural this evening. It would be nice to see the space utilized for multifunctional events that music and dance along with contemporary arts.

Tiny bit interesting museum of modern art placed in a very traditional building. There is an interesting gap between the works that talks about war and what happened right after. Let's say it's more of a national museum of modern art but not one to be of great importance for modern art. Sculptures are of very good quality, works telling the horrors of war are of utmost interest.

Museum of modern arts talk about history of arts in kuwait from 1960 to 2019 and he was a school for boy then for girls

A lovely venue for exhibitions. The road to reach there is bumpy, but plenty of free parking is available on the site and easy to find.
