12 new family-friendly attractions to visit in Asia - SilverKris

"This child-first museum in Mumbai (opened late 2023) aims to inspire young visitors to become responsible, conscious citizens; adults may only enter when accompanied by a child. Spread over five exhibit floors, the museum features interactive displays on water conservation and climate change, a Make Lab for design thinking, robotics, woodworking and photography, and a Grow Lab rooftop tropical garden that teaches practical lessons about sustainability and gardening." - SilverKrisandRebecca Wong

We spent about 4 hours on a Sunday with our 4 year old and all of us had a fun time here. Good variety of activities to keep various ages engaged productively. The STEM floor and maker space were our favorites! The climbing structure was very cool, even we as adults had fun at the Lego and construction materials stations. Seems well maintained and the cafe is convenient for a quick bite if hungry. The cafe could do with a QR code system as service took a really long time. It’s a bit hard to find what activities are on each floor. We thought we covered each floor and never came across the mini golf area shown in one of the previous reviews.. might. A map is very much needed.

Muso – Museum of Solutions is a great destination if you're looking for a full day of learning, play, and exploration. It’s very easy to reach — just get down at Lower Parel station, and the museum is within comfortable walking distance. The overall concept of the museum is impressive. You can purchase a full-day pass, which I highly recommend, as there is a lot to experience across multiple floors. Each floor is thoughtfully designed with different themes and hands-on activities. The Science Lab, Play Lab, and Discover Lab each offer unique, interactive experiences that keep children (and even adults!) fully engaged. The exhibits encourage creativity, problem-solving, and curiosity, making it an ideal place for both fun and learning. There’s also a cafeteria on the first floor, which is convenient when you want to take a break and grab a quick bite without leaving the premises. The only area that could be improved is on-ground guidance. With so many activities and floors, having more staff members available to guide visitors, coordinate activities, and offer directions would definitely enhance the overall experience. Apart from that, Muso is a beautifully designed, modern space that truly inspires imagination. A great place to spend quality time with kids, explore, learn, and enjoy a full day of discovery. Highly recommended!

MuSo is children's paradise! I visited this place a couple of weeks ago for a child's birthday and I was really fascinated by the entire setup. From boosting a child's creativity to igniting a flame of curiosity, developing their motor skills and encouraging team work MuSo has it all. They even have a library! Beautifully designed, meticulously executed and lovingly nurtured. The staff is very helpful, professional and kids friendly and one does not have to worry about the child while they are here. It is quite popular for birthday parties. Valet parking is available at the venue.

Visited this place recently and the experience was quite disappointing. First, it is definitely not walking distance in the scorching heat from Lower Parel if you have a 2 PM slot. Even locals around the area hadn’t heard of it, so don’t rely on getting proper directions. We had picked up some quick bites assuming we could have them in the lobby before starting our slot. To our shock, they didn’t allow my child to eat there and asked her to sit near security to finish her dry snacks — extremely unreasonable. Strangely, when we returned, we saw kids openly eating popcorn in the lobby. The rules felt inconsistent and frankly outrageous. Coming to the activities — hugely overhyped and absolutely not worth the money. KidZania is 100 times better in comparison. The Water Lab was a complete waste and many of the equipment pieces clearly needed maintenance. Overall, not worth the hype or the cost. Definitely needs better management, clearer rules, and major improvements.

This place is awesome to get your child's creativity up.But you need more time. 3 hours are not enough. Go as early as possible. Very good spot for one day of knowledge n learning for kids. It's situated near parel station. You can go walking or by a taxi. You can also take a direct taxi from Dadar station.

A very interesting space with friendly and productive staff. I visited for my daughters assignment and decided to make it a family outing. The staff was very kind in accomodating and much thanx to the young man at the desk. Will definitely recommend parents to go along. Tons of fun any day, over a INOX or a Mall trip. Very helpful staff on all floors and a interesting Vroom car floor for the guys! Keep it up people! Just a request - My daughter had travelled from Pune and we mistook the T&Cs of accompanying child as we booked online. If there is a possibility of putting an interlock of not permitting booking if children are not part of the process it would save the inadvertent missing of T&Cs

Visited Muso Two days ago . Amazing infrastructure. The staff is amazing which makes this place stand out . The only downside is that there isn't a helpdesk to guide the kids and parents into the various activities. There was just a placard in the lift . The museum has a lot but lack of awareness of the various activity is the sad part of this place . Please come up with an interactive qr code enabled map which guide the kids to pursue some of their areas of intrest also ensure your contractual staff that man the lift is having a basic knowledge of the floor activity
