This is such a complete and modern museum. Perfectly fit for families with children or just those who want to learn more about history, especially Javanese, Balinese, and even other provinces in Indonesia. It has 2 buildings and the second one is more interactive. The first building has more prehistoric stuff such as jewelry, daily utility, tools, toys, as well as wayang dolls. The second building has 6 floors with lots of dioramas and interactive information.
You'd better stroll through the museum with a tour guide so you get the full information and story, since it's really interesting. The guide facility is free and very helpful.
You can also try to do archery with an AR tools, so fun!
The parking spot is limited since it is located in the center of the city, so it's better to come here by public transport.
