Musheireb Boutique Hotel - Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli

Hard to find because reception (and breakfast and spa, gym and swimming pool) are all in different buildings. We were rescued by Shahin in the hotel golf cart who was excellent. Explained the system and drove us to our room. Our room is fantastic. Huge with big windows and a great view. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choice and very tasty. Also freshly made coffees were really appreciated.

Great location! We stayed at Al Najd, and it is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, traditional architecture and right at the centre of the beautiful Souq Waqif, with plenty of cafes and restaurant's near by. I spent my anniversary in Doha, and courtesy the incredible service by Touheed and team, we had such a wonderful experience. Thanks to Touheed also for arranging a cake for my anniversary night, making sure that our celebration night is a great experience. He also helped us check-in earlier than possible as we had a 2 year old naughty toddler along. ||Me and my wife were both incredibly happy with the service and staff behavior. Will definitely visit again, and recommend this place to everyone.||Also, shout-out to Ibrahim for his help and guidance in navigating in and around Souq Waqif.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Souq Waqif hotel. The hotel was fantastic and a very good location as it was near all the sightseeing places. |The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough. The stay was very good. I want to personally thank Ansar who is a true asset to this hotel. Ansar drove the buggy cart and was very helpful, clearly loved his job and couldn't do enough to help us. The heavy rains was such an unfortunate timing when we stayed. We were looking forward to exploring Souq more and perhaps walking to Msheireb for some other festivities, but we were a little hindered by the strong rain. However, the staff made sure we had an excellent experience. A man carried our luggage on foot in the rain as the buggies were soaked. We were checked in quickly and while we were booked to stay in Jomrok, we have no complaints as Al Bidda had beautiful rooms as well-- plus we were charged with what was originally quoted in my reservation. The hotel itself is really exquisite, there was clearly a lot of care put into designing the rooms down to the furniture. The showers were nice and hot to make up for how cold it got, and the temperature control was easily accessible in the bed itself. ||||Breakfast was delicious, but I do wish they could showcase the local cuisine more. ||||My only other complaint is that the wifi was a little slow. It was a memorable stay nonetheless.

The hotel is very much recommended. It has a fantastic location directly in the Souq and right next to the metro, which makes getting around extremely easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and always made us feel welcome.||A special mention goes to Abdul Hafeel Shahid from the housekeeping team, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He even made sure we always had extra water, which we really appreciated.||We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Check-in process was poor - our room was not available and rather than telling us or resolving the issue to our satisfaction they just changed us to a different hotel and expected we would not notice. We ended up needing to move rooms and the check in staff were not polite about it. However, all other hotel staff were extremely polite and provided good customer service. The spa was also nice and the location in the souk was great.

I would like to sincerely recognize Abdul Hafeel Shahid, Housekeeping Attendant, for his outstanding service. He is extremely helpful, always cheerful, quick to respond, and very attentive to details. His positive attitude and professionalism truly enhanced my stay. Thank you for the excellent service.
