Had a wonderful stay with great service. Receptionist Ebtsaam was very helpful arranging bookings. Definitely recommend having the driver from the hotel do airport transfers. Our driver Ahmed was very polite & professional and gave us lots of ideas & tips for activities to do during our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic & good value. Will be staying again on our next trip . Loved the location.

Great location, on the doorstep of the souk. The spa massage was beautiful. 'Upgrade' was not an upgrade when I checked the photos on the website. Staff were wonderful, particularly Fahad and Dhurba Bikash who really made sure we got the most out of our stay. Breakfast was amazing!!! Stayed one night but staying 3 more this month and looking forward to it.

That was a very nice hotel in the middle of the beautiful Souq Waqif in Doha - the perfect spot to explore the charming and traditional heart of the city. The hotel‘s staff was extremely friendly and attentive at any time. Many thanks again to my favorite receptionist Kynn who managed all my requests and made my stay very easy and enjoyable.

What a gem! These are a set of (8?) hotels that share amenities and have a great shuttle service within Souk Waqif. We stated at the Al Jasra Hotel and found it very convenient to the souk (via foot), the Museum of Islamic Art (via foot, a longer walk), and the rest of Doha (via Uber).||Ansar (the porter and shuttle driver) was a delight, a fount of information, as well as a good contact for arranging restaurants/tours/etc.||Note that the breakfast is great but that it is >not

We had an amazing experience, especially because of the staff and thanks to Shain, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel as usual with an extraordinarily helpful staff. Kudus to Shahin for his excellent service. The room is spacious and comfy, location cannot be better.

Great hotel one of the 4 in the group. Close to the markets and lots of attractions. Excellent spa in one of the hotels next to my hotel which I used as I was flying out the next day to Australia

We had a 21 hour transit in Doha. We reached late at around 11 pm. The stay was terrific. Situated at the heart of Souq Waqif. We could see falcon market, camels, horses around the corner. The hospitality of Abdul Kader, Ansar and not to forget, Ibrahim who maximised our 4 hour tour to visit as much places as we could, made our stay memorable.
