Waited in line 30 minutes and the guy at the counter was still helping the first customer. Either hire more people or figure out a more effective way of renting instruments. I’ll go somewhere else.

Instructor no show, no call. Drove 40 min to get there to wait the entire lesson in the lobby. Instructor never called or answered his phone. I guess gas is free and our time isnt important. Take your business somewhere else unless you can waste gas and time.

Although I saw some bad reviews from over a year ago, so far this store has been a pleasant experience with a helpful staff working there. Moreover, I can honestly say from a service standpoint this store operates a bit better than the one I took piano lessons from back in Maryland.

It was our first time at the store a couple days ago. My son's teacher had recommended two other shops that were closed on Sundays and this store popped up in our search. We were not disappointed. Pati was the only person in the store when we were there. She greeted and acknowledged our presence, then proceeded to finish up with her current customers without rushing them. We browsed and checked out the rest of the store. There's an area in the corner with chairs and tables. We sat there and waited a few more minutes. The rental process was quick, easy, and painless. Pati was very helpful and informative about my different options. I could tell she was also very passionate about music from her demeanor in our interaction and her background. We will return to the store because it has a convenient location and hours for us, seemed to be reasonably priced, and the customer service is great.

3 strikes and I’m done with them. First was my daughters instrument repair which we were told would take 2 weeks. Ok not bad I expected as much! Until…. 7 weeks passed I call to find out the status and they don’t even know!! Was told “it might be on our next truck coming Friday” … excuse me.. MIGHT BE??? Well it wasn’t. We got a call a week and a half later it was finally in. Second strike… went on a Sunday to get something my daughter needed for an upcoming concert. They’re closed 😑. Are you freakin kidding me??? Google hours says they’re open and we’ve gone previously on a Sunday!. Ok fine whatever we’ll go the next day. Third strike. We go the following day after work AND THEYRE CLOSED. Whhhhy????? Their hours said they’re open til 8. We went at 6:30. So needless to say we’re done with music and arts and will turn in our rental and go to KBI music on the other side of town. Y’all are a joke 🙄🙄🙄

Stole $31 from me ordered a pitch pipe in September a month goes by no phone call saying it has arrived called and talked to Anthony was told I needed to come into the store for a refund came in he canceled my order and requested a refund almost 2 weeks goes by still no refund few more weeks goes by I go back in there and ask where my refund is he shows me on the computer he canceled the order and he would look into where my refund is it is now December and I still don't have my money back avoid this place unless you like having thieves steal your hard earned money

IT WAS HORRIBLE. We went there today to pick up my instrument (which I have to play TOMORROW) and they were closed when it says that they were open so we drove all the way up there and came back with no instrument at all.
