I had a great time staying here! It's a great place to meet new people while staying on a budget in Nashville. Rooms were simple and tidy, and the people were all quite kind. I made some wonderful pals and we went out together in the city. It's in Midtown, so it's a wonderful quiet area away from Broadway, but if you're feeling energetic, you can still stroll to Broadway.

Stayed here for a week in August of 2021. My experience at this hostel was phenomenal! Location is great. It's a bit outside the city center, but not too far. 10 minute car ride to Broadway, and there are plenty of great bars in walking distance in nearby Midtown. Staff was awesome and the other guests were great! Super friendly and relaxed vibe. Will definitely visit again when I return to Nashville!

Very nice and clean hostel. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I really like that you don't need a key card / key. You only need to remember the pin-code for the locks. The location is in a calm area in midtown. A lot of bars and restaurants are in walking distance (10 minutes). If you want to go to downtown you can walk (30 minutes) or also take an electric scooter (10 minutes).

I loved staying here! Great spot to stay on a budget and meet others in Nashville. Simple & clean rooms, and super friendly people all around. I made some good friends and we hit the city together. It's in Midtown so it's a nice peaceful spot away from Broadway, but you can still walk to Broadway if you're feeling up to it.

Staff was always extremely accommodating at all times!! The owner Ron always makes sure his guests are satisfied with their stay! I stayed here for about 3 months and I had a great experience, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the city. You can’t beat the price for all the amenities they provide, even through the COVID pandemic! Memorable staff members we’re definitely Kate, Liam, Jess, Ian, Maria, and Mirna. They made my stay here so memorable and they always went 100% out of their way to make sure all guests were more than happy!

I had a great time at the Music City Hostel. I chose it over the Downtown Hostel because I wanted a quieter stay. After stopping in at the Downtown Hostel I was glad I did. My stay was quiet but there were still people to socialize and go out with. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. My bed was in a room with four bunks and en suite half bathroom. The bathroom with the shower was shared by 12 people. Lockers are available in the office but bring your own lock. They can fit a purse or small backpack. Kitchen, grill, computer and laundry are available for use. Walgreens is just down the street if you need anything. Free off street parking is available as well. Downtown was a bit of a trek so you'd either want to take a cab, drive your car or bring your walking shoes.

We visited Nashville for 4 days all the way from France, and we are very glad we ended up staying in here. Not only, the price per night is probably the most affordable in this entire (and super priced) city. But also it was a lovely way to get to know people from all over the world to hang out with. The staff is friendly, the shared dorms are small (2 bunk beds per dorm) and very, very clean. The backyard makes it a perfect place to grab a drink and chat to the other guests. Highly recommended!

Unlike other hostels I’ve been to in the States and abroad, it feels like there is minimal privacy among rooms, and you can hear every door slam and every conversation people are having inside their rooms. The layout of the rooms and common room makes for absurd sound travel, so it’s very loud especially at night. The bathroom is shared among 12-16 people, so you’re constantly waiting for it but there is a sink in the room which is nice. It’s not a great shower - what you would expect for a hostel. It’s functional. There is good security, and the staff is nice. The location is quite central, which is great, so it doesn’t take too much time to travel to Broadway, Music Row, and Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities.
