I really wanted to like this place, especially given the number of restaurants that have cycled through this location and the limited dining options for us living on the north side of town.
During my first visit for a to-go order, my coworker and I discovered that our chicken sandwiches were completely undercooked upon returning to work. To their credit, the staff replaced our meals, but I had to drive back to the restaurant, and by the time the replacements were ready, we were no longer interested in eating.
After about a year, I decided to give the restaurant another try. When I entered (through what I believed to be the main door on the front on the building), I waited for guidance at the register since there wasn’t any clear signage. When a staff member finally approached, I mentioned it was my first time dining in and that I wasn’t sure where to start. Their response came across as dismissive and impatient. I tried to overlook it, but the food unfortunately didn’t redeem the experience — the chicken was heavily breaded, dry, and overpriced. I ended up eating only a few bites before discarding the rest. Seems like a cool enough place for the atmosphere if you're a regular, needless to say I haven't been back since and have heard similar experiences from others I have talked to.
