Musik Boutique Hotel

We had a fabulous week-long stay. We looked at many boutique hotels in the Gothic Quarter and El Born and narrowed it down to ones with reviews that commented on quietness at night. There is a lot of night life in those tourist areas, so we wanted someplace where we could sleep but still be in the middle of the historic area. Our room was on the second floor facing the street (more like an alley, but a street nonetheless). IT WAS SILENT AT NIGHT! The room was spotless and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We also felt very safe coming and going from the hotel. There are many great restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Barcelona.

We loved our stay at Musik Boutique Hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful.......helping with any question. An added bonus is the amazing breakfast on-site.|Centrally located within walking distance to so many sights. This is a true gem and a great place to stay in Barcelona

The Musik Boutique Hotel was an excellent place to stay. Located in the El Born district of Barcelona, we were within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and breakfast was divine. The staff, Ennio, Denis, Elvis, and Geyak were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had four excellent nights in this little gem. Clean room spotless shower. Charming view down the tiny alley opposite the hotel. Even a very smarl veranda where we could enjoy streetlife and if the door was closed no noise what so ever|We arrived late but still had excellent service by the porter.|Breakfast was a treat with international and catalan choices on the buffet. There allso was vegetarian options. Can recommend

TERRIBLE!!! Do not stay here. This hotel is located by several alleyways, one being directly across the street. Ubers refused to drop you in front of the hotel claiming they cannot fit through the alleyway. We were robbed in the hotel lobby when returning from dinner. The hotel never informed us the doors locked at night and there was a delay with the hotel opening the door, which lead to a random person off the street following us in the hotel when they buzzed for the door to open and we were assaulted in the lobby in front of the receptionist. The receptionist did absolutely nothing to help us or scare the attacker away. Once the attack was completed, the first thing the receptionist said was “we won’t call the police because they won’t do anything”. They responded saying the assault did not occur in the lobby of the hotel. I can assure everyone the assault occurred INSIDE the lobby of the hotel.

What a gem! This was our second time in Barcelona and I'm so glad we selected this charming hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and nicely updated, and the location was fantastic. Thank you, Musik Boutique, for your warm hospitality!

The room was clean and very nice welcome message in the room. The location is great! Close to the metro/bus station and you can walk many places in Gothic area. It was really nice to stay there.

Lovely cozy room at Musik boutique. Everything was ready upon our arrival for a truly romantic getaway. Staff at front of house were very helpful, especially Caesar who gave us tips on where to go for food and also how to find our way around Barcelona. We really appreciated his help and kindness throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back again and would stay at the hotel. The area was very central with lots of shops around and places to eat within a very short distance, so many options to choose from in terms of food.
