Excellent hospitality and friendliness of all working there. It's a priceless experience to stay in such a historic building - although bathrooms might be small and hard mattresses, the place is an unique oportunity for everyone understanding it's value. Tasty, homemade breakfast.

The perfect place to stay in Mostar - a haven of tranquility just 10 minutes walk from the Old Bridge. The shady courtyard filled with flowers is a lovely place to sit with a cup of coffee or a book to relax. Gabi’s tour of the beautiful house and her answers to our many questions about life in Mostar in the 1990s really helped us to understand a lot more about the history of the area. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds, great air conditioning and toiletries provided. The breakfast room is beautiful and also air conditioned. If it isn’t too hot - 43 during our stay - you can eat in the second beautiful courtyard. There is parking available for a charge but we found a space in the street right outside the front gate. A lovely walk through the historic streets takes you to the old bridge in minutes. The hotel recommended two lovely restaurants to us for the evenings. Don’t look any further, just book this hotel, you won’t regret it! We so hope to return one day. Get up early and wander the empty streets without the crowds before returning for a delicious breakfast and the tour of the house.

The hotel is a real gem. It's nicely located between the old town and the railway/bus station. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, though the floors pretty creaky when other guests were moving around. Would heartily recommend.

This is a wonderful stately home of a noble Bosnian family. The rooms are wonderful with just the right amount of medieval without sacrificing any modern requirements. We had a very restful night and a genuine welcome from Gabriella who checked us in with professionalism and warmth. Each member of staff helped us without hesitation and suggested things for us to do in Mostar. Travelers feel right at home here, especially during the buffet breakfast which is held in a beautiful inner courtyard. Everything about the hotel is intentional and done with consideration for the welfare of guests. Thank you to Gabriella, Mediha, and Bakir. A most memorable stay.

The building and rooms are historically very beautiful and so well looked after. As a place to stay . It is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Everyone that works there are so kind and helpful. The location is very close to the bridge.

An excellent boutique hotel in a museum setting. Loved the house and location is excellent. I was actually ill for a few days and the staff took excellent care of me. Service was above and beyond what can be expected. I recommend!

We had a lovely warm welcome here. The hotel / museum is spotlessly maintained in an attractive walled garden and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice of quality food. Ideally placed for the town and bridge.

Beautiful rooms, very nicely decorated. The Accommodations are superb. The bed is too soft in my opinion. The woman who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. If you are not familiar with the area, you will find parking to be very difficult and the streets extremely narrow and hard to navigate. Be sure to stop in and ask to park in their lot, as parking on the street is very limited. The breakfast is a continental style, with meats and cheeses. When we arrived for breakfast there was only 1 omelette left and there were 4 people in our party. No one came to bring more omelettes and we were there for at least 1/2 hr. The coffee was nice and strong. Overall it was a very nice stay.
