Today, 6:00pm Monday 29 December 2025. I always support this shop and buy here often, but the staff’s attitude today was unacceptable. No welcome, rude facial expressions, and very unprofessional behavior. Good products mean nothing without good customer service. Tell your staff learn how to smile to the customer!!🤬( can check the camera recording and see how your staff acted to the customer also do the bad eyes contact by staff and staff)!

Dropped by today for the first time. They have lovely designs and a fantastic staff but I guess they're so popular that they've unfortunately sold out of everything I wanted. One of the gentlemen working there was kind enough to hold onto a top I wanted bc I forgot my credit card. Thanks Kinsley!

The clothes are nice and the prices are suitable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It’s many sizes for chosing. I’ll comeback next time

Hãng lớn nhưng mình thật sự thất vọng khi đến nơi, bước vào thì nhân viên còn không mở cửa hay chào hỏi, không quan tâm đến khách hàng. tụi mình bước ra khỏi store không biết nhân viên có biết nay không nữa. Giá của hãng cũng không phải dạng tầm thấp, nhưng việc chăm sóc khách hàng khi đến store cực kì tệ.

Hãng lớn nhưng chăm sóc khách hàng cực kì tệ, mua hàng báo khách ck xong lại tính thêm tiền này tiền kia, đôi co với khách k hoàn tiền.

Shop cực kỳ dễ thương, đặc biệt là Chi nhánh Sài Gòn. Phục vụ trên cả tuyệt vời. Em Huyền cửa hàng trưởng thì thôi rồi, chăm khách vô cùng

Đầm thiết kế ở đây rất đẹp. Các mẫu cá tính, phá cách và độc đáo. Mình đã mua nhiều sản phẩm của shop. Rất hài lòng
