My taxi driver recommended Mustor's for local food. His father is an executive chef in New York, and this is his favorite restaurant on the island- I can see why! The flying fish and cou cou were delicious! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It felt and tasted like a homemade meal!

I absolutely loved the Flying Fish and Cou-Cou, the national dish of Barbados! The service was excellent, and the owner was such a friendly and welcoming person. Every dish served was amazing. If you’re in Barbados, this place is a must-visit for some delicious local cuisine!

Wow! Authentic bajan food. Very satisfying meal of flying fish. The staff was very pleasant. If you're visiting Barbados; this is a definite visit to place to add for "places to eat." Prices were very reasonable, and portions were plentiful. Nice view too if you sit on the balcony. This is a true gem of Barbados. Highly recommend!

Had delicious flying fish and coocoo (sp?) with ice cold beer, sitting on a little balcony where you could see folks walking around downtown Bridgetown and the ocean in the distance! Price was great too- cash only. We got there at 11:45, and it was totally full by the time we left! Service was fantastic- they even offered to come give us extra gravy halfway through the meal.

I visited Mustor’s with my family while in Barbados on a cruise, and it was a disappointing experience. We shared two local dishes—flying fish and marlin with typical sides—but the marlin seemed spoiled. While my family found it off, I ate more of it and ended up with severe diarrhea, fever, and a headache that lasted several days. The rest of the family had mild symptoms. The restaurant was a bit neglected, and the British owner was not the most welcoming person. Although the flying fish was ok, given the negative experience I would not recommend this restaurant.
